Very nice. But thats the first time I've seen roti with no potatoes in the chicken. The first time I had roti was when I went back home to st. Lucia I wasn't raised there but I had a blast and the roti was in a burrito omg so good. I want to go back home soon.
Mashaa Allah everything you did was as beautiful as your voice🤍 Everything looks so well presented even as you were cooking and your roti looked soft also the curry chicken looked pleasing in the pot. It wasn’t messy as it was cooking. Overall your food looked clean and well presented and prepared . I notice you properly drained your raw chicken before seasoning it. It looked so pleasing because I don’t like to see any meats with extra water as I’m seasoning my meats. I LOVE roti and curry chicken! My aunt is from Trinidad and we made Trinidadian style curry chicken with chana and aloo and plantain on my channel. It was amazing! Great video Terri Ann!💛
Yes! I have just made this today and to be honest, thought I would mess it up but it turned out so good. I added potato and carrot and used Dunn’s River curry powder and Dunn’s River all spice. Thank you so much as now I don’t have to visit my local Jamaican restaurant as it’s so expensive. Going to make your roti at the weekend! My lady says thanks too as it’s so delicious. 🙏🏾

The next time that I make this, I’m considering (adding chopped pineapple and raisins, with chopped walnuts instead of the potatoes and carrots)..... served over rice, with a green vegetable. How I feel determines how I cook my curry chicken, sometimes I will put both carrots and potatoes, sometimes not...but it's definitely time to bring out the tawa again...thank you Terri-Ann 😋🥰❤

I do my curry all sorts of ways, sometime i add it in a little water, or burn sometime i add in the chicken like you did to me i enjoy it all the different ways and if you could send that plate through my screen i will enjoy it as well😂😂😂
