Gold Prospecting Denver Site # A 08

- YEPWELP! Welcome back and if you are new around here I am Tim or better known as YepWelp. Please join me on a adventure through the heart of Colorado's capitol city of Denver. As we prospect for some gold with friends at Site # A-08 from Kevin's book Finding Gold in Colorado. Never want a miss a chance to get out on the the river with a fellow gold prospector that enjoys it as much as I do. Was not a great day for gold recovery but it was an amazing experience getting to feel like a celebrity with all the people that stopped to ask questions about gold prospecting and gold panning. Best part of the day was being able to enjoy a beautiful mid 60 degree Colorado fall day, while finding a few golden flakes with a friend and fellow prospector.

Finally got a chance to finish watching your POV and I'm glad I did. Very awesome to watch and I had an amazing time digging and playing in the water washing rocks. That snooker dog always minds his own and has a good time too. We've still gotta hit big bend again, don't forget! Great video, thanks for sharing!

Love seeing both perspectives when you two do a collab, you both are very genuine and seem to be having a great time on the river.
I really enjoy the outdoors and it is always better with a friend to enjoy it with!

Had a great time with Lanky! I have to give it up to Lanky as well on the trash pickup he did a lot before I even got there but still got a few pieces off the river and in my bucket to bring home and throw away. Hay it's Aron from finding gold in Colorado. That place is beautifulso the bridge just north of where you're at there's an island with a bunch of manmade Boulder structure in the middle of the river kind of curious about that area
Hey Aron thanks for stopping by and checking out the video. Yes , I do believe the area you might be referencing is Confluence park. It is a wonderful area to visit and view. Beautiful walk for being in the middle of a city.
Have you ever panned Clear Creek in Colorado?
Yes I have but only a few time. Definitely want to get out on clear creek a lot more. The on;y video I have on Clear Creek is my Arapahoe Bar video but I want to get up in the canyon more, plus follow it towards Idaho Springs area and beyond. Hope to have a lot more opportunity with the knowledge I have gained over the last few months to check out more places. Thanks so much Paul!
