Definitely the fire agates are totally stunning and they can be worth a lot more money than opals if they are cut right and have the right kind of colors inside of them the crystal color was pretty awesome I wish I could find some of that stuff I’m sure the materials they have cab was stabilized and most of the raft I see around shows are not so until I get my stabilizing pot up and running I think I’ll hold out on the Criscola
my fam is from zacatecas too! love that you took your time at the booths to see everything! thx for taking the time to post your rock adventures.. xx mc
TrubadorPhotography Yes they are definitely a super cool company in very nice I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of the materials were even more affordable during the Tucson show
I need a couple pounds of them as well :-) unfortunately I did not get the gentleman’s information who is selling these geodes and if my memory serves me right they did not have the rough either
Thanks for another informative video! Wish Had more time to spend at the show. You ought to put a link in the video description for your Etsy store and other social media so people can easy access your goods. Take care!
Thanks my friend it’s definitely a long time coming 50% of everything goes to me and 50% goes to Help other artists in Taos New Mexico it’s my way of giving back for sure
There’s always Tucson I would bet money that Tucson 2021 is going to happen especially since it’s in Arizona which is pretty lenient on the pandemic laws and rules anyway thank you so much for watching brother
Hiya Dave, dude you are putting out some awesome bangers, I love your videos. Beautiful gemstones, I love those fireagates, I carve them with a Dremel, it's a lot of work sometimes, but very rewarding. I really enjoyed the sky view nice job, and you didn't have to break out your drone. Lol Lots of beautiful materials, great camera work. I hope you have a awesome great blessed day. Cya!
Thank you so much for watching my friend I really appreciate it when it comes to the drone it didn’t feel like I really needed to do it since the show is so small outside and they had a huge fight of stairs where I could get the first shot hence why I was breathing like a water buffalo LOL it’s also pretty illegal to film there If I’m not mistaken but it hasn’t stopped me yet anyway thank you so much for enjoying it means a lot to me more videos to come
To bad about that mammoth tusk not being for sale. Also I have heard some really great things about Oaxaca I would love to travel around there and see the ancient ruins and pig out and the food 🍺🌮 haha. Thanks for the video brother I can't wait to see what your going to be cutting when you start those videos again 👍
Thank you so much for watching I appreciate it my friend it is a shame that they are not selling that particular piece however I found another gentleman who I know personally from the Tucson show that does sell larger rough pieces of mammoth task for a very affordable price he’s probably going to become my go to guy Oaxaca would be a really cool place I love Mexican food the most of all
Enjoyed the video but I kept saying, "now go over there to the faceted Himalayan quartz" and you didn't listen!! LOL I could've spent days just sitting there looking at it all.
I’m sorry my friend 😭 the Denver show is going to happen in September I promise I will go back to this vendor and film that Himalayan quartz at this booth if it’s there this year 😊
Unfortunately I did not end up buying anything from them now that I look back on it I think I would totally have loved to of bought some of the cactus Chrissa cola grooved pieces they are pretty neat and would’ve made some awesome pendants also may be a few of the Sand dollar pieces for rings But ultimately I’m mostly there to film and I prefer to make jewelry with things that I cut myself so they are not really the type of booths that I buy from but I did appreciate them and they were very kind to me
Some bigger rocks are yet to come unfortunately the booths that had the biggest rocks that were outside did not want me to film unfortunately Denver doesn’t have anything close to Tucson when it comes to large trucks but I did manage to film a couple cool ones in videos yet to come
Fabulous. The chrysacola was gorgeous. Fire agate is sooo cool , almost looks opal-ish. What a beautiful day.
