Automatic calibers under the 800/1000 price range are pretty difficult to make, and only the servicing would cost you minimum 300 Euros (which is why we don't use Chinese seagull movements, as the servicing would cost more than the entire watch)

Its mecha-quartz*. Quartz for the time keeping funtion and mechanical for the chronograph. Movement used in this videos watch is VK63
