    Not alot of people know this but there once existed a species of gecko called "Delcourts giant gecko" that grew 2ft long. That went extinct 200 years ago.

    have you checked out the Pangea crested diet mix? it is A LOT cheaper than Repashy (1/2 lb bag of pangea is the same price as 8oz jar of repashy), can also buy the Pangea that also has bug protein in it. started buying the growth/breeder formula for my crested, mostly because while i have no males, she still lays unfertilized eggs and that still takes a lot out of her.

    I like the setup, and the vid, but just letting you know, plants don’t require uva or uvb. Plants can grow simply with any led light that is within the correct light spectrum.(generally 6000k -10000k)

    How long would an 8oz bag of pangea last with a single 300gram leachie?

    • @thejasminedragonmerchant6843
      @thejasminedragonmerchant6843 3 года назад

      A full-size leachie can reportedly eat around 2 oz of prepared Pangea or Repashy 3-4 times a week, along with offered calcium-dusted small insects and very occasional cut up bits of safe fruit as treats, like watermelon (not all of them take to insects, though, sometimes they're just picky). Amazon provides both brands of powdered food (easily mixed with water) in various sizes (I've found up to 1/2 lb bags in different flavours, so that can last a fair amount of time). Hope this helps!

    It's been proven that they will drink from a bowl. They also love to poop on the glass which makes drinking from drops a hazard. They do best with just cork rounds but that is a beautiful vivarium. As for babies plastic tote, juvenile 12x12,adult 18x18x24.

    Should be spraying once to twice a day! Humidity is essential for leachianus geckos. helps with growth and they can get ill from being either too humid or not humid enough.

    • @GregBashawOfficial
      @GregBashawOfficial  5 лет назад

      James Greig my room is fairly warm if I was to spray twice a day my tank would be too hot and moist and my Leachie can get a respiratory infection

      My local shows have been having alot lower prices, I've seen 300 as the lowest for a hatchling NSL mix. I have seen quite a few at 350, and even an adult bayo male for 700. They are around

      I got mine for $300. Was originally priced at $400 but they brought the price down because they didn’t want to travel back with them to ny.
