- DINAGSA FESTIVAL OF CADIZ CITY joins PANAAD SA NEGROS 2024 for the FESTIVAL DANCE COMPETITION. The Dinagsa Festival is held annually during the last Sunday of January. It is a week-long celebration filled with rhythmic drum beats, colorful costumes, and lively street performances. The main highlights of the festival is the Street Dancing Competition and the famous "Lamhitanay sa Dalan" (a city-wide paint party).
