The Right Mix - 10245 points

I remembered playing this weird bartender flash game as a child, so I decided to figure out how to get the highest score possible:
The cocktail has a maximum volume of 180. Though, when your cocktail has a volume of exactly 180, you can still add one more drop before needing to shake, but that last drop won't add any points.
Bottles will give a certain amount of points per 1 volume:
Vodka = 50 points
Triple Sec = 45 points
Cranberry Juice = 45 points
Lime Juice = 44 points
Tequila = 39 points
Sambuca = 35 points
Cognac = 33 points
Creme de Cacao = 29 points
Champagne = 26 points
Cointreau = 20 points
Whisky = 17 points
Passion Fruit Juice = 17 points
Orange Juice = 14 points
Creme de Menthe = 13 points
Absinthe = 13 points
Calvados = 11 points
Kahlua = 5 points
Vermouth = 4 points
Gin = 3 points
Tonic = 2 points
Additives take up 50 volume, but even if you have less than 50 volume left, you can still fit the additive in the cocktail and get all its points.
Ice = 1000 points
Lemon = -100 points
Shaking the cocktail adds points depending on the number of "shake cycles" performed. The 1st shake adds 10 points, the 2nd shake adds 20 points, the 3rd shake adds 30 points, and the 4th shake adds 40 points. The cocktail explodes on the 5th shake, so the maximum number of points you can get from shaking is 100.
Instead of holding down the shake button, it's easier to get a desired number of shake cycles by simply clicking the shake button a number of times.
Adding a lemon garnish will add 200 points to your score.
Your final score will be halved if your cocktail has a "variety" value of less than 3 or greater than 8. Your cocktail's variety value starts at 0 and is incremented by 1 for every time you pour a bottle or additive that gives a different amount of points from the previous one poured into the cocktail.
Best recipe:
1) Pour a volume of 178 of vodka (50 * 178 = 8900 points)
2) Pour a drop of triple sec or cranberry juice (45 points)
3) Add ice (1000 points)
4) Shake 4 times (10 + 20 + 30 + 40 = 100 points)
5) Add lemon garnish (200 points)
Score: 8900 + 45 + 1000 + 100 + 200 = 10245 points
Worst recipe:
1) Add a lemon (-100 points)
2) Pour a drop of tonic (2 points)
3) Add 3 lemons (-300 points)
4) Don't shake
5) Don't add lemon garnish
Score: 2 - 400 = -398 points

Thank you for putting this childhood mystery to rest! I always wondered why vodka always gave my drinks good scores. Though I'm pretty dissapointed to find that all drinks had static score values rather than synergizing in flexible combos. It leaves no reason to mix contrary to the idea of the game, except to avoid the halved score like shown here.
