it is TW， this time you all say it’s China?😂
So for most of you were it from the TW servers, since last year （I believe is Jan2023) the China (CN) servers were closed which lead the CN players moving to TW servers. With all the players moving to TW servers, we suffer from queuing 3hrs to login, since then blizzard decided to create more servers in TW. I can tell that the TW servers are now full with Chinese people, specifically the people from mainland China. I think the ratio between the Taiwan+Hong Kong to mainland China players is like 1:9 or even more. We also have cultural conflicts in game due to political and language barriers etc.
In the video I can 100% confirm those were CN players, due to its accent in Chinese and their names in simplified Chinese. Not sure why the video looks such low quality, maybe it’s because the original video was uploaded to mainland china video platforms, and people downloaded it with low quality and made the translation in the video.
Honest question how do all these players feel about using TW servers when I thought Chinese people like to discredit Taiwans status as a country? Or is that just the government who says its not a country

Of course there are Chinese citizens that genuinely eat up and support everything coming from their Government, there are also lots and lots that do not [just like any Country, really]. If there is no one in the meele range of ragnaros, he starts to cast some kind of fire spell on random raid members, which results in a one shot for most classes. I know that because a guildie once started the encounter accidently when we were standing before rag for the first time

leveling to 60 is one thing but the raiding is kind of fried theres so much in vanilla wow that could do this mechanic and kill everyone
once ragnaros gets aggro'd if nobody is in melee range he starts one shotting people

I really like how the raid leader continues to lead and instruct people on the best way to get out of there safe even though he died. I know it's a good leader thing to do, but it's nice to see him continue to keep calm and help without getting angry.

Honestly, don’t feel that bad most of these hard-core players buy gold. I have a 60 hard-core character. If I got griefed, I would be mad. But I’m also not in any of these raids because I didn’t buy gold.

Pretty sure that’s the obvious solution. I don’t think he is saying that there’s an issue with fixing the problem. I think he’s saying that it’s highly unlikely that with all of the other issues the game has that blizzard is going to invest the time to fix an issue like that. I don’t think he was advocating that we shouldn’t fix this problem simply because another problem will be found

Not having Ragnaros have an unlimited range is a trivial thing to do to fix that one issue.
What exactly has blizzard been spending resources on for HC anyway? Next to nothing. I'd argue that SOD is evidence enough that they listen to feedback if it matters to enough people. Seems to be a lot of crossover between teams too.

not exactly, it only happens if no one is on the threat table or the boss is killed nonconventionally or via the add buildup. You can drop MC as long as you want, it won't result in the explosion until the boss dies from not being under your control
From what i remember in Vanilla 2004 , paladin could Divine Intervention the boss which would make the boss not aggro for the tinme of it. they fixed the bug by oneshoting the raid once he reset@@snail7621
Even if there’s another exploit out there, the fact blizz hasn’t banned him and hasn’t fixed the existing bugs shows how little they care.

Raiding was not designed with HC in mind. Blizzard would have to totally redesign every raid dungeon but you know what? Some asshat will still find a way to grief.

We all knew this was going to happen eventually... they showed how they handled griefing with Tinyviolin, so others would follow in his footsteps. Blizzard made their own game a joke, it's why I've always felt doing content after 60 on HC is a joke because things like this can ruin everything you work for at any moment.

in these kind of cases wherer the grief is massive and obious just let everyone from that raid resurrect?, if the griefer doesnt get the prize in end i dont think they will continue.
Simple. Implement a team to review such incidents as when an entire raid wipes in hardcore, restore the accounts, ip ban the griefer. If there are multiple people playing from the griefers IP address then oh well. Careful who you associate with.

First u force every player to put in bank details in their account even if u only buy game card or balance card you need ban details in your account to play with the account.....
with that u also have the option now to BAN these Bank Details from making another account and every other account with these bank details also get shutdown....
Griefers now have to get new Bank Details aswell to make a new account to play with.... for most ppl not so easy so most of them wont do it unless they dont care about their account

You should try to be a little more unique though little fella, say like Dun Morough or something. Anyway, I was one of the first people to ever play real HC on January 31, 2020, the night Ironlad was born. Before the addon, I still have all the streams saved. I got a Warrior, Rogue, and Pally to 60 and a Rogue to 70 in TBC HC. But yeah FRESH is always fun because it’s FRESH but Midcore was literally just the exact same game (but with one life). Wow is a game based on groups/ elite quests/dungeons and raids, and professions require trading, the game is not intended to be played solo, period.
