pistons pump much the same way the human heart pumps, this is why high rpm’s can give goosebumps i haven’t felt any goosebumps from electric motors, nitro still gives me that occasionally
There is definitely a thrill to nitro that you can't get with electric but for me there's also a thrill with electric that you can't get with nitro. There's something about jumping 15 feet in the air and hitting a triple backflip that I really enjoy. That being said I have nitros and I love them :-) I will have more nitro videos coming out soon so if you're looking forward to that make sure you're subscribed!
Iam the same like you been in this hobby since the early 90’s worked in my friends hobby shop for little over 10 years doing all repairs & upgrades, i have the HPI forza and Trophy, i also have a Savage with an RB .28 big block. 85% of what i have in my fleet is electric now, it is a lot easier & my son who is 13yr is starting to get into 2wd buggy racing at local track. However you are 💯 right the smell of nitro gets me excited. Great switch up in your content brother😉👍🏽💯
They're definitely worth messing with. Not nearly as simple as electric but there's just something about nitro that you can't replicate with electric. It can definitely be a pain and I certainly wouldn't want to mess with them everyday but when you get it right it's a very rewarding thing :-). Thanks for watching!
I've had lipo cars and to be honest I find the run time to charge time completely crap, nitro and gas rc for me,speed not everything,I'd sooner have fun and longer run times
Awesome man appreciate it :-) definitely will have more videos about this one and others in the future. I've got a brand new full mod Nova Rossi 28-8 going in soon!
Yeah should be fun :-) I Don't really know anything about that one but I will definitely take a look at it. I'm always interested in trying out different platforms and brands!
More videos are definitely coming! I've just got inside tracked with other things at the moment. Make sure you get subscribed so you don't miss them :-)
Meee too! I haven't even broken the engine in yet. It's been super hot here and I've been waiting for cooler weather before breaking out my nitro stuff again.
They are actually still coming. It's sitting on a shelf waiting for me to get time to mess with it. I've actually got a couple of cool things I bought for it that I haven't had a chance to touch either.
Normally I use shoe goo but I've been experimenting with different adhesives over the last couple of months. I'll have my results in the upcoming video as well as a superior drywall tape to use :-) Make sure you subscribe so you don't miss it!
Rhino lining is good but for It's also very heavy and for a lot of people kind of impractical. Having to take your body to a professional might not be that appealing to people. I've tried pretty much every option and I found a good combination of drywall tape and adhesive that is relatively easy to do, not terribly heavy and extremely durable.
@@DoRC tape it up yourself $30 Au and it doesn’t ad much weight at all I did a speed run with and without rhino lining body on with my hpi hellfire and arrma kraton exb no difference in speed
@@Rad_mybah31386 You wouldn't notice a difference in speed doing speed runs because weight does not affect top speed. It only affects acceleration. Not saying that the rhino lining isn't good. It is. I just think that overall drywall tape is the best option. That being said we all have our own opinions and there's nothing wrong with that :-)
Hi i just bought this, and just wondering do you think its a good idea to unscrew every screw and locktight it or do you think they allready come locktighted? Thanks
Anything that's screwed into plastic doesn't need to be thread locked but if it's something screwed into aluminum then I would definitely verify that it has thread lock on it.
@@DoRC hey so i think this this vorza is awsome, however i was driving it yesterday on grass, and it stopped moving, i thought the clutch burned out but than noticed the long drive shaft that goes to the diff case, is stripped, i opened it all up and the part that shaft connects at on that gear, would you by any chance know if they make a better after market one and where to get it, or if theres any other options? I cant even find the part on amain hobbies.
I'm not sure of any upgrades but If you Google the model of the vehicle and exploded view you should be able to find the part number of the part you're looking for and then just Google that. Hobby recreation products is the main distributor of HPI and they usually have all the spare parts there. A lot of spare parts are also available on eBay and some even on Jenny's RC.
Believe it or not it's still coming. I've been waiting for the weather to cool off where I live to break the motor in and Summer is finally starting to ease out.
That's funny I feel the same way about nitro. I like doing stunts and tricks and nitro just struggles with that kind of thing. It does have its own charm but I still find myself only running my nitros a couple times a year

Thanks man appreciate it :-) I'll definitely have a few more videos featuring this one coming up!
I prefer the nitro side of the hobby. It does take much more tinkering, but for me thats the joy of the hobby.
Yeah it definitely is rewarding when you get things right! Thanks for watching if you aren't already subscribed a sub is appreciated :-)
I have never owned a nitro. Always electric for me but one day I might go over to the DARK SIDE lol. Have a great weekend SIR

@@DoRC I am very excited to see that
I'm excited to do it!
Great overview - it's fun to shake it up every now and then run a real engine 💪
Definitely! Thanks for watching :-)
I’m excited to see how you build that rig up, any possibility in the future you could check out the Hong Nor Mega booster?
Yeah should be fun :-) I Don't really know anything about that one but I will definitely take a look at it. I'm always interested in trying out different platforms and brands!
I like to see more of this truggy

Let’s see it run 😊
Coming soon. Had a couple other videos I needef to get off the backlog first

Yeah I'm looking forward to running it!
Are you doing any more content on this?
It's still sitting on a shelf waiting for me to make more videos. I do plan to at some point I just haven't gotten around to it.
Waiting for the update video!

I haven't tried that specific one

Awesome :-) Glad you have something that works!
Do you know if you could fit a LRP .32 on this truggy?
Yes. It's using the same engine as the Savage x and people put the LRP32 in that all the time.

How’s that nitro in the middle of winter 😂
Here in Florida it's not bad at all :-) preheat helps of course. Thanks for commenting and if you aren't already subscribed a sub is appreciated!
Where's the new vorza video bro
