It moves to quickly to fully give the proper illusion. A being that large would not necessarily need to move it's head as much to watch even fast tiny cars. Luckily that can be fixed. If you guys like this you should find the videos of where it watches planes take off.

The view you are seeing is from high in the stands, the drivers are much lower. You can just look and easily see that the drivers views would be obstructed. Not sure how you don't comprehend that instantly. Have a good day.
