No he visto ninguna otra máquina que haga este trabajo. This machine ha sido históricamente un suceso, un éxito, legendaria máquina para imprimir, numerar, suajar, marcar. : ) gracias por compartir su trabajo _artístico y funcional_ !
Hello.. how amazing video...! can I know what kind of paper did you use for that business card... I can't not understand how to assemble front and back card without glue.. thanks before
Hello Very nice videos, I would like to ask how thick is the material you use for the bussiness cards, hoy many grams?, I see that the cards are very thick. Thank's and congratulations
The process is complicated and takes time. Plate preparation period - drying after printing - drying after printing - It takes 6-7 business days for die cutting.
nice to meet you. Ink uses general offset ink made in Korea. Almost dry in a day or two. The downside is that there is no separate pantone color and you have to make it yourself.
nice to meet you. This equipment is not new. This equipment was discontinued in 1986. I also bought used in Germany. Prices are set differently for individual sellers. Based on mine, it was about $12,000 including the foil device. I don't sell equipment.
sorry. I thought you were asking for the windmill. Chandler&Price purchased from a private seller in the United States. This equipment company was closed in 1956. The equipment was purchased for $2,500, but the accessory cost was $1500 and the shipping cost was $8,000.
waltzdesign You are only trimming off straight edges around the business card and not cutting out shapes, so a guillotine can do that job (no need for a dye cutter)!

Hello. thank you. It seems that the glue scene is missing from the video. The paper was folded and glued on.

Very nice videos, I would like to ask how thick is the material you use for the bussiness cards, hoy many grams?, I see that the cards are very thick. Thank's and congratulations
Nice to meet you. The paper thickness is about 1mm. Backprinting requires a lot of pressure. Thank you very much for watching.
Inspiring sir

Sensacional! As máquinas são Heidelberg Minerva?
não. Esta é a Chandler & Price, EUA.
Questions how long would it take to get 100 cards ? That process seems very time consuming
The process is complicated and takes time.

good job
Thank you so much 💓
Hi, what machine do you use to paste front and back of card?
I use a machine that glues paper. I bought it secondhand in America. I don't know the exact name. Use aqueous glue.
May I ask you, are you using oil-based or water-based ink? Thank you.
Oil_based ink😊😊
@@w_letterpress Thank you so much !!!! Do you use facebook ???
@@nguyenhoangnam1215 I have a Facebook account, but I don't use it. But Instagram is active.
i am very interested in your video. May I ask where did you order the metal back plate?
In Korea, there are many companies that manufacture corroded plates where printing companies are gathered. I made a request to one of them.
Thank you. Do you mind if give me a link of these kind of companies or some keywords I can search? I don't know how to input Korean?

@@thomashawaii I'm so happy that it helped you. Have a good hobby.😊😊
What ink do you use I know you mix your pantone, for drying could you let me know as I am sure the most important part is for the ink to dry.

What is the name of Dye Cutting Machine. What is its size. How much it cost. Please share
Dye cutting machine?
Hi, can I know about your printing press and price and all price of accessory?

What is the point of a dye cutter when you have a guillotine?
I couldn't understand your question.😅😅
waltzdesign
You are only trimming off straight edges around the business card and not cutting out shapes, so a guillotine can do that job (no need for a dye cutter)!
@Edward Billa
I know that stupid, this is what I have been saying, did you not read my previous comment?
The purpose of die-cutting is to distort when cutting because of the protruding part of the print. Is your answer correct?
@@w_letterpress
No, you're wrong! The purpose of die-cutting is to cut out special shapes which a guillotine cannot do.
Trabaje. En imprenta con mi padre hermosos recuerdos
🙂🙂🙂🙂
What is the name of this machine !?
Chandler&price letterpress. Made in 1916
@@w_letterpress are there still available machines like that today? and how are the plates done?
Do you do business overseas ? Am interested in getting some cards done that I can't seem to get done by anyone here . I'll send you and email
Overseas shipping is possible. We have experience in supplying products to Australia and the United States.
@@w_letterpress I'll Send you and email.
This does not justify the time, material, and work just to print a few cards!
Thanks for the advice.
