Go n see a physical therapist. They will strengthen your quads hamstrings n calves. Under supervision will be safer

Need more hip focused exercises
Look up hip airplane. That is the number one exercise that I have seen for the hip. Also side clam band 5 second hold 5-10 on each side. More advanced…same doing side plank.
Thank you I am trying. I had an acc 1 year ago broke my Ankle in 3 places. Had 30 stiches. And 2 plates in. Anything will help me. But I will never run again.
I am never going to be able to run regardless but it still wouldn't hurt to do these moves cuz I believe it could also still help me with walking properly
