What grows hair?
✅Commitment
✅Consistency
✅Care (being extremely gentle)
✅Cleansing (solid scalp and hair cleansing regimen)
✅Crops (crops (vegetables), overall diet, ample water
Hair is constantly growing, but must be maintained to thrive. (Cleansing, grooming)
I have used these ingredients to help me achieve waist length hair. In addition, you must keep your hair in protective styles (twists, braids) for long periods of time. (3 - 4 weeks at a time etc) practice gratefulness, positive mindset, excellent diet, proper sleep, consistency, exercise, gentle detangling, no heat at all (my experience), daily oiling of hair ends , deep scalp massage, diy natural mild shampoos and deeply moisturizing diy conditioners, practice mindfulness and lower stress. The results are my own. All results vary. Hair does not grow long overnight. Average hair growth is 6 inches a year. I started my natural hair journey 10 years ago but had many setbacks as it took many years of research and trial and error to find methods/products that worked for me. Of the 10 years, it took me roughly 4 years to achieve waist length hair.
More insight: I’m a non-smoker and do not drink alcoholic beverages, nor do I take any medications.

I also love how you emphasize being GENTLE! As you said our hair needs to be treated like fine silk because it IS! We’ve been taught to be so rushed and harsh!
Yes!! I learned to be more conscious of my hair and our hair thanks us!💕
@@tialynn1111do you think it makes sense adding aloe to shampoo?

Yes yes...caressing it talking to just like a plant ND trees our hair are plants ND trees....
I’ve been on my healthy hair journey for 13+ years and have come to realize that if you focus on health instead of length, you’ll see better results. I love Aloe, I use it in most of my concoctions by way of the powder or the liquid. Tfs!
Love this formula but nobody talking about your long beautiful natural nails! 🔥
Thank you Liana! I had to cut 1/2 inch off of them because one split and I couldn’t save it 😭 - (4months of growing them)
You’ll see toward the middle/end of the video where my nails are shorter (current length now)
Growing them back out 💕
@@tialynn1111 Just lovely, and I know how it feels when they split or break. If you have any tips on growing them and, maintaining and keeping them hard, feel free to post a video on that too!

Hi there 😃
I love buns, French braids but buns mostly. I spray my hair with rose water, I use glycerin and apricot oil on my hair, and I have never used Aloe Vera on my hair just on my skin. Works wonders ✨️
Is awesome video! 🎉 I do keep the roots and the ends of my hair hydrated. Thank you ever kindly, God bless you✨️🪷
Yes buns were definitely my go to as I was growing my relaxer out! I experienced a lot of growth during this period. Thanks for mentioning French braids, I want to start wearing these soon.

Hi thank you for watching/commenting 💕I’m so grateful you found my channel!
Aw thanks and wow sounds like you have a good routine going, but maybe you just need to implement some additional length retention tips to get over the growth plateau!
My glasses are Tiffany from Pearle Vision 👓 you can get from there, or there are plenty of brands that look similar 💕
Love your hair hunny ! Do you ever think about making this and selling it ? I would love to just purchase it from you ❤

Lovely video. I have a question; do you strain away the water you soak the aloe vera in to remove the latex?
Yes after soaking the aloe, I’ll rinse again to remove any latex. Thank you for watching 💕

Nice I’m try this question can I use 100% aloe Vera gel instead of the aloe leaf and add the avocado oil, preservatives and the other ingredients mention
Hi Patrice, 💕
Yes you can do this
Thank you for watching
@@tialynn1111 thank you much
Great video! ♥️
Glad you liked it!!
Did you strain the aloe vera gel that was in the water? Also, can low porosity 3c/4a/(4b?) hair use the avocado conditioner that you made in a previous video? As always you and your family always stay blessed and healthy ✝️🙏🛐🕊️
Hi yes please strain this aloe mix Twice to assure a smooth finish. (Once before the Xanthan gum then after the Xanthan gum)
Hair with low porosity is more susceptible to being dry. And not having enough hydration leads to other hair issues, such as breakage, brittleness, and frizz.
recommended hair oils for low-porosity hair:
Argan oil
Jojoba oil
Sweet almond oil
Grapeseed oil
Baobab oil
Apricot oil
Camellia oil
Pomegranate oil
Avocado oil
Sesame oil
Rosehip oil
Safflower oil
Avocado Oil is great for almost every hair type due to its light, fast-absorbing nature, but this makes it especially effective for those with medium/low porosity and medium/low density hair.
Bottom line:
You should be fine with the avocado mask in my previous video, however, you may need to further customize it to suite your hair. For instance, adding more liquids; Aloe juice/distilled water, using lighter oils - perhaps substitute castor oil for a lighter oil.
If making, test it on a small portion of your hair and see if the result is desirable. Please Also conduct patch test💕
Thank you so much for Sharing ❤
Hi 😊 you’re welcome
Do you have any tips for length retention while having braids in ( with added hair/ extensions)? Ill definitely follow this method when i let my hair out though, thank you for all your videos❣
Hi thank you 💕Make sure to keep them moisturized, with light natural oils and keep scalp clean with some sort of water based scalp refresh spray.
Check on hair weekly, if scalp refresher needed, please tend to it.
Key is to make sure what you’re using (to moisturize or oil) is light. Avoid heavy product when hair is in braids, because the hair has no where to go and could easily matte up/tangle if using heavy creams.
When time to take down, carefully remove and give thorough deep conditioning treatment
Tysm for the tips and i love how you reply to/ like all the comments @@tialynn1111

Great tips. I started my hair growth journey June 16th, 2023 and I'm still figuring out what works best.
Can you please give a tip on how you manage your hair when going to bed? How do you keep it straight?
Also, mine curls up so much that I have to use a thread to loosely hold it after wash because when twisted the whole thing just curls up and looks short even though It's not as short. 😁 So, how can one manage a curly 4c hair and most importantly when going to bed?
Thanks
Hi thanks for sharing your comments.
When you say how do I keep it straight, do you mean, after I braid it, what do I do to keep it stretched at night?💕
Ok will respond later today
@@tialynn1111 yea exactly. After braiding and managing it at night
Great video! I wna make this but do I have to get the geogard 221 or is it okay w/o it?
Thanks 💕it will spoil in 7 days without it
Okay, thank you!
Why can’t the peal be used as well? I’m just asking because I feel we tend to throw away the healthiest part of our vegetables, fruits, and herbs.
Thanks for watching, Good point! 💕what peel are you referring to? Is this the pulp of the fruits from juicing?
You can certainly use these in smoothies, salads or baked goods. I know I’ve used them before to make carrot cake (after juicing carrots)
Is there something else i could use in place of aloe vera to make this gel
Thick Flaxseed gel💕✨
@@tialynn1111 but I don't have that around where I stay
@@TumininuAnisegi just use a little water & a thick oil like castor oil
@@tialynn1111 alright thanks
Thank you
Thank you for watching and commenting ❤
Can you give advice for hair growth for straight naturals?
Hi thanks for your comments and watching! 💕Sure, a lot of the same concepts apply. Maintain a great regimen, get to know your hair and be gentle, give you hair rest by protecting the hair from time to time. Be mindful of Wash day as during this time, breakage can occur.
Condition hair before wash day (my next video will cover this)
As far as the gel on ends, you could
replace that with applying oil daily to the ends. (Not a tremendous amount, less is more)
@HolisticHabits has extremely long hair and she uses this method (oiling) as well as CurlyProverbs family member who I believe is Indian (she oils her hair daily)
@@tialynn1111 Thank you so much!
@@9672justemor you’re welcome!
How often do you wash your hair?
So it’s kind of unique what I do - or maybe other naturals do this too:
I’ll rinse my scalp with an essential oil aloe cleanser I make once a week. Let it sit for a day or two then I rinse my hair in the shower water only.
Then every 4-6weeks I’ll go in and wash my scalp and hair with my diy shampoo (very mild clarifying conditioning shampoo)
Then I start the process over
So I would say my scalp and hair are getting washed weekly, but fully clarified and washed every 4-6 weeks
Here’s the shampoo ruclips.net/video/SpQNkGQY4KY/видео.htmlsi=nc7MYkiYybDtksbX
Is the weekly aloe cleanser the one you make with aloe gel Amla and ACV, or is it your aloe essential oil spritz ?
Will you sell your products/creams
Yes I plan to soon💕
I love 💕 it, thank you for this video
I appreciate you! Thank you for watching and commenting - enjoy your weekend 💕🙏🏽
Do you sell this? Can we buy it from you?
Hi thank you for sharing /watching I am working on it 💕
Can I just buy aloe Vera gel
Yes you can, but please be sure to look at the ingredients💕
Make sure there is nothing harsh in there. Best is to use the gel from the plant, but if you must buy the gel, look for a reputable company.
Can I use any scale?
Hi Kimberly! You can yes. Any good scale will do
@@tialynn1111 Thank you beautiful. I really appreciate how quickly you respond to me no matter how many questions I ask. That really means a lot to me because I'm learning. As always you and your family always stay blessed and healthy ✝️🙏🛐🕊️

Will you ever straighten your hair?
I don’t know ❤ I haven’t straightened it in years - like over a decade- I might straighten it beginning of next year when I hit my hair goal..
Hi can I put it all over my hair?
You can, but keep in mind the combination of the aloe and the thickener (Guar gum or Xanthan gum) will make your hair stiff. It acts as a medium to hard hold gel.
It all depends on what you wish to achieve with this.
Thanks let me know if there are any questions 💕
