@@nellyhernandez7087 Yes, they worked great!! It made my OH squat feel wayyyy easier. I’m excited to see the difference when i incorporate these exercises weekly because I’ve always had a hard time with the bar coming forward on my overhead squats. Especially the lower I go. But after trying these exercises my arms stayed closer to my ears which never happens.
I’ll have to try these to help with my overhead squat mobility.
