been an owner of BMW X7 LCI about a year and so far the only reason I wouldn't recommend the car to others is its gigantic size. Other than that, the car is an absolute master piece. It's powerful, fast, agile thanks to rear wheel steering, and yet its super quiet and silky. Especially if you have children, X7 is the best option for a family SUV. I love this car and it's turned me into a huge fan of BMW.
I own the 2020 model (bought new) and I really like the car But it is true what he says about all the technology on it. I Use Maybe 50% of what is on the car. Great car for my family to travel (5 persons)!😊

As an X7 M50I owner with only 13000 miles on it, I can say that this review is not valid. First of all, BMW owners especially M owners could care less about fuel economy. For the base Xdrive40i version, it doesn't have a V6, it has an inline 6, so you have to do your research before saying something. And when you say that this car spends more gas then competition, that's obvious and competition don't offer as much reliability, performance and luxury, so you have to remember what class you're shopping in. Second, not having as many hard buttons is just called innovation and I do not know of someone who would complain about the amount of options on this outstanding vehicle, and when you say that people don't use half of the options on their vehicle, that's not the car's fault, that's the owners fault. For instance, when I got my X7 I sat in it for 2-3 hours figuring out what everything does (you get a owners manual for a reason yk?), and I love everything it has to offer and even want more from it. Third, you keep talking about how you dump so much money and on the next day they facelift it and make it better, listen if you can't afford something that changes often and gets better or you just don't like that things change just buy a horse. Things get newer and if nothing would then we would still live like in the 1600s. Lastly, I find this review useless and stupid, because you never actually talked about the car, it's luxury interior, third row space (which is massive) cargo space, and any of the features(not even the drive modes) and all you said about them is that there are too many and that people don't use half of them.
i got a 2021 x5 40i xdrive, and for what it is gets insane gas mileage for a vehicle that's 6000+lbs,if i baby it an avg mpg is just shy of 36 mpg(non city traffic back road driving a few miles an hour over speed limit) normal driving puts me somewhere between 25 and 27.7 mpg, if i drive like an asshole it and romp on it in sport plus mode manually shifting will still get in the high teens, and it's not as fast as my 335i but still boogies with the b58

I used to be a regular BMW buyer, but after many problems I had, I ended up agreeing with what most Japanese people say about this brand. After I switched to Lexus, my only problem is the oil change.
You know nothing about X7. People who buy X7 brand new will not burn regular unless 93 is not available. Tell me a BMW model currently using V6 engine and bi-turbo. You don't know that is correct because this combination currently not exist in BMW. Below 10k used old Toyota will not depreciate and regular 87 is so suitable for getting a 30mpg. That will just fits you so well.
I drove an X7 around for a month before instead opting for a Chrysler Pacifica Pinnacle. While both had nice leather seats, a comfortable ride, captains chairs, TVs and killer sound systems, minivan had two things the bimmer doesn’t: an onboard vacuum and doors that slide open with a fob click. Oh and did I mention it costs half? The X7 is one fine SUV. But it’s still an SUV, and I got three kids.

Japanese luxury comes nowhere near in efficiency when you look at GX, LX, etc. 4. Refresh: every manufacture (only super high end brands do not) does this. Lexus is blatantly guilty as they give same car for the last 2 decades but with slight cosmetic refreshes.
These are just criticisms of a large v8 SUV not the X7, which has a more fuel efficient engine option btw 😂 all cars depreciate about the same. I tried to find a cheap used 2023 X7 and they don’t exist under $80k so depreciation is pretty standard here

Buy car new is always dumb, get a used one for 45-55k better that any new car for the same price.
Funny guy. You can get a G-wagon if you can wait. Otherwise, get a corolla. Almost all the luxurious cars depreciate but if they can afford it, who cares?
my guy, what do you know about BMWs or cars overall? Depreciation on a luxury 3 row? All of them have the same "issue". Too many features for you to handle so you get overwhelmed? poor thing. Better all features than no features lolol. Outdated too fast like an iphone? Once again, thats all luxury brands that focus on the latest tech. Your findings are very broad and basic. You can say that same thing about all luxury brands. Get a basic cheap brand with stock setup and you will have low depreciation, beginner level infotainment and controls, and slower outdating. If you go luxury, these problems will you have will always exist, it's part of the reason you buy luxury, is to have the latest and greatest at your disposal.
There was not 1 good reason. Like a I phone 😂😂😂 so don't buy a phone? 😂😂 gas 89 octane 😂😂😂vs 93 octane 😂😂😂if you spending 100k plus gas is not an issue. No buttons😂😂😂😂 yes better that way. They come out with new models 😂😂😂😂omg dude sounds like you can't afford it

Sounds to me like you just not happy with your decision to purchase the X7 and you did not do your homework before you brought it. Why would you put 89 in a vehicle that recommends a higher octane. Everyone knows that cars depreciate as soon as you drive off the lot. Stick with what you can afford a maintain and stop trying to rain on someone else’s parade.
It's not a v6 and it doesn't have twin turobs. It's an inline 6 with twin scroll turbos which is a big difference.
Glad someome pointed out that BMW doesnt make V6 motors.

On mileage, big car big engine will consume lots of gas when you try to drive fast shouldn‘t be a surprise to anyone. Buy car new is always dumb, get a used one for 45-55k better that any new car for the same price.
Now… what are the big problems?
Funny guy. You can get a G-wagon if you can wait. Otherwise, get a corolla. Almost all the luxurious cars depreciate but if they can afford it, who cares?
I lost 50k in a year 20k miles 😂 that deprecation negative is soooo true. Never again will I buy a new BMW. Should’ve got a Yukon lol.
How are you going to a review when you dont even own it
my guy, what do you know about BMWs or cars overall?
I always thought that “V6 BMW” meme is stupid and no one would say that seriously. Boy I was wrong.
Where is big problems, westing time video
There was not 1 good reason. Like a I phone 😂😂😂 so don't buy a phone? 😂😂 gas 89 octane 😂😂😂vs 93 octane 😂😂😂if you spending 100k plus gas is not an issue. No buttons😂😂😂😂 yes better that way. They come out with new models 😂😂😂😂omg dude sounds like you can't afford it
Not a good review bro.
Bro If you can't afford one just say it don't try to talk bad about bmw , I just purchased one last week , is the 2025 bmw x7 and I love it it's great best luxury suv In the market, i also have the 2002 bmw xi and I love it is a great sport car.
Wow what a terrible review
This is my dream car
You broke my heart
Buy the car it’s amazing
Fear not, his reasons weren't valid other than the depreciation.
Lol don’t listen to a word this guy says about anything related to cars
I hope you bought it, it’s a fantastic vehicle
Another youtube specialist 😂😂 and he don’t even know what engine he got,let me tell you BMW never in their life made a V6 engine never lol,and is not twin turbo but single twinscrew turbo.
If he was a lawyer, I’d fire and sue him for malpractice.
Buy citroen and tell depreciation after 3 years😊
About the gas complaint, ridiculous you don't buy a bmw thinking about gas money.
Depreciation, is really weird to find a car that doesn't have that problem.
The features, gearheads are going to find out, housewife hell no so really your whole review simply means 💩, sorry man just being honest.
Peace ✌🏽
It's Not A Car, It's A Suv 😳🙄
Dude, you don't have a clue what you are talking about😢😢😢
Depreciation is a real problem if you buy new! Buy 2 year old with low milage! None of yourother reasons are valid!
I agree
am still waiting for reasons why its not a good car, you should just put down this video
Not a single thing listed is unique to the X7 or even BMW. Can I have my 3 minutes back?
Where are all the big problems??????
Bro, if you don't like you don't like I mean why are you telling other people for not buying it? If you don't like it or not willing to keep this, it's okay just sell or whatever that's your car okay so please stop telling people for not buying this
bmw, please make this as an 8 seater.
Love my X5, I don't know what you smoking,
I stopped watching after he said "This car is a V6". It's an inline 6, not a V-6
lol he doesn’t even know the car. Inline 6 is legendary
Talked about consumption but didn't say what he got😂
That’s why you lease one, not buy.
Bro first you bought a luxury car and now your not happy enough with!?
Real not fake BMW owners don't care about none of these
BMW nor for you bro go get Toyota or Lexus something …
Stopped listening when you said by twin turbo. 🤦
Expensive service and not reliable bucket with screws….
Still waiting for the reason not to buy it
Lost this dude when he said v6 😂
Uhm he is so wrong! This car is great and do not change oil at ten thousand miles cut it in half!!! 5000 miles
