I first saw this band in the late-1990s or early 2000s in Glasgow. The SECC. It was one of the greatest gigs I've ever been to. They almost burned the place down. You could feel the fire. He also had a giant fake penis that sprayed water all over the audience.

The song is about marriage betrayal. The guy on the keyboard is Flake ( real name : Christian Lorenz) Flake got bored standing on stage so added the treadmill to shows. All members are pyrotechnic experts especially lead singer Till Lindemann. I am a huge Rammstein fan.xxx

There's two German words that are spelled differently but are pronounced the same. Hast is to have and hasst is to hate. I'm the first half they're saying you have me but I'm the second half i believe they're saying you hate me.

Rammstein is probably the best live band there is. The production on their last tour was INSANE. I've never ever seen anything like it. When Rammstein is doing a show (in Europe at least, some stuff they aren't allowed to pull off in the US because of safety restrictions. EDIT: As ryan pervola states below, this thankfully isn't the case anymore!)
    - the airspace around the location is closed, no planes are allowed in due to the intensity of the lightshow (I'm not kidding). I wouldn't be surprised if it could be seen from space.
    - the vibrations caused by the speakers can still be picked up 20 km away .When you're actually there you feel your inner organs shaking, lol
    - the local fire departments are already used to getting hundreds of calls from worried citizens who think the stadium is on fire (again, not kidding XD)
Anyways, I think "Ich tu dir weh" or "Benzin" from Madison Square Garden would begreat picks for your next reaction:D

The current stadium tour (when it happens) will be the exact same production that was overseas last year.
Since touring in the United States again in 2010 all shows and concerts here have been exactly the same production scale and size. Nothing has been cut or changed except for the "Buck Dich" dildo spray, which is a very small, non pyro minor effect.
All pyro you see is exactly the same everywhere. Nothing has been cut back or scaled down.

When reacting to Rammstein your best bet is to keep to their live videos because their management comes down like a hammer if you use their music videos.
Besides, while their MVs are great and you should watch those as well their live performances are outstanding as I think you can already tell.
I'm gonna suggest Rammlied live at MSG. No weird stuff going on in it (they can do plenty of weird. Du Hast is really just easing you in), just an epic songs they had as the opener to that tour. Blows your head off.

welcome to the Rammstein family!!! some suggestions for your next reactions... Engel, Mein Teil, Mein Herz Brennt , Fuer Frei. of course everything must be live(even though their official videos are very on the point and always shocking), most of their music is based on true stories so before you start listening check the lyrics(there are webpages that they have them translated) so you can understand the reason behind every song and the performance

Ps: okay seen it now. Well there is a strong double meaning to the lyrics. Du hast translates to you have, but when he says du hast mich it means you have me which also sounds like du hasst mich (with two s) which would translate as you hate me. Then it goes to du hast mich gefragt which is you've asked me and he talks about how he's been proposed to and so on. So it's an evolving thing with this song as is with a lot of rammstein lyrics.

You asked me btw , i Agree with Hate BUT in German Hate gets Written .... Hass with double s .
