hi, thank you so much :) it's actually difficult for me to figure out why i haven't shifted yet. I guess my mind is wandering too much when meditating? There's never any mini-shifts happening, and I haven't had any typical shifting-symptoms since the very beginning of my journey. I'm so ready to finally shift, but for some reason it just doesn't happen. Any tips or pointers are very appreciated!
@@monochronos0778 you're just like me - possibly ADHD lol 😩 my recommendation is awake methods, they helped me so much and gave me so many symptoms- give them a try and let me know 😍 also, not getting symptoms does NOT mean you can't shift
@@monochronos0778i haven’t shifted either and i haven’t tryed in a long time but what i’ve been doing is gaslighting myself and acting like i’ve shifted before, don’t accept the fact you haven’t shifted and don’t look on pinterest or tiktok for shifting things because those are not helpful, believe in yourself i don’t meditate ever, but i haven’t ever shifted and i get all my tips from my sister so im not sure if these actually work, also remember to be ok with the fact it takes time you’ll do it sometime, also for scripting i use notion (that’s very off topic but just to help with scripting) that’s all my tips use them or not

I'm supposed to be on a shifting break but I really wanted to try this one. I could feel intense tingling in my whole body, it also works well for not falling asleep during the method. I only started dozing off when you started repeating the same questions on loop, then I allowed myself to go to sleep. I also like how it can be used as a daily meditation to connect with my DR, even when I'm not trying to shift, I'll definitely listen again.
this happened to me too, I got very sleepy when they were repeating the questions, then eventually I did fall asleep, but I got sooo many symptoms, I'm going to use this again and try not to fall asleep
No it's crazy I asked the universe to give me a video like this if I'm meant to shift and if I can, and this was the first video immediately after refreshing.
I have a question- what do your mini shifts feel like? Because I’ve been trying to shift nonstop for about a week now and think I’m getting mini shifts, but I donno for certain since it feels more like a sleep paralysis episode (something that happens to me every once and awhile). I think I got really close one night since I could feel someone’s hand, but I couldn’t feel my hands what so ever. I just wanna know what your mini shifts feel like so I can compare them to mine and maybe determine a little more if I really am starting to shift or if that’s just my sleep paralysis being a piece of shit.
@@sooiloo2012 it's hard to discribe, for me it feels just like dreaming but you somehow know that it wasn't a dream. About your symptoms, mostly that happens when you are about to shift like the last few minutes before. I guess there isn't really something you can do about it other than to keep trying. You will get there eventualy. If it helps you, try diffrent methods so see what method works best for you. And keep on trying but don't force it, you just need to believe in it. :)
After several years of watching different creators, trying so so hard to shift, i had zero luck. your channel has gotten me farther than any others, and last night for the first time i went lucid with this exact video. i have so much gratitude towards you and your community and i recommend you to everyone i know.
I got suuper close with this video, I even shifted a few times, I never “took hold” in one reality or another but i got flashes of being my dr self like seeing from his eyes, it’s the closest I’ve ever gotten!

my family keeps barging into my room at night and taking away my electronics with these meditations bc appearingly having an electronic in my room means I will pull an all nighter, I am an adult just living there until i can afford my own place, and talking to them won't help bc I'm 'mentally a child and dont know what I'm doing (i have a slight mental disability but im still on level with my peers in 90% of things, the only thing i am behind in is emotions, not rational thinkinh)' and they are ruining my meditations what do I do it's really stressing me out (I can't download bc I get an hour of screen time a day and have a big friend group that gets mad when I ghost so I have to spend my hour on them)
Imma do what the other commenter did and track my progress for (hopefully) 30 days Day 1- it was like 3 in the morning so I fell asleep pretty fast Day 2- I managed to stay up later than the first day but I don’t remember anything past 25 or so minutes Day 3- fell asleep fast because I kept getting mad at my cat running all over me and just gave up Day 4- kept feeling the slightest bit of tingle in my fingers but found it VERY hard to focus if imagining what my DR self looked like Day 5- currently 12:49 am on my first day back at school so I’ll try to shift tonight | update- felt tingling in my fingers but (still) fell asleep at the 25 minute mark Day 6- little bits of tingling in my fingers but otherwise nothing Day 7- same as day 6 Day 8- I honestly don’t remember anything but I do know I listened to it no my streak is still here😭 Day 9- got drunk at a friends house so I lost my streak😔 Day 10- tingling in my fingers but nothing else. Let’s see if I can continue my streak from now on! Day 11- 😔streak lost Day 12- I was sick and couldn’t get comfy for the life of my so I took a melatonin and passed out 20 minutes later. Sleep-2. Bazinga-0 Day 13- I kept seeing random circles in my vision at first, then kept seeing random lines if that means anything Day 14- don’t really remember much but I was sick so that was expected Day 15- I stayed up for 4 hours reading a book and finished at like 2 am so I forgot and fell straight asleep Sleep-3 Bazinga-0 Day 16- weird shapes in my vision and tingles in my fingers Day 17- my eyes were closed and was seeing some weird colors and shapes, and my feet started to go numb Day 18- I was so tired from school I fell asleep like right away I know I was up longer but I only remember like 5 minutes in before I passed out Day 19- my feet didn’t go numb but they felt weird, and I kept seeing random lines in my eyes Day 20- feet were either tingling or going numb idk and I felt light headed Day 21- again, weird lines in my vision and tingly feet Day 22- don’t remember much but I couldn’t feel my legs Day 23- went ice skating and forgot cuz I was so tired😭 Day 24-I was literally so relaxed like I felt like I couldn’t feel my body and as I was laying like a starfish on my bed my cat decides it would be a great idea to put a single paw on my chest and scared the shit outta me. Then I turned around and I saw 2 glowing eyes and I just about shit myself twice. Fun. Day 25- I felt kinda numb and I heard a song (?) for like a second from my dr but then my head started pounding and my cramps were going crazy so it went away Day 26- it was so hot in my room and even if I stripped I was still sweating so I was o ly able to like half focus so I didn’t feel anything, it kinda sounded like background noise Day 27- same as yesterday, it was so hot and I couldn’t focus on a single thing for more than 15 secs Day 28- didn’t feel anything but I was just so relaxed I couldn’t help falling asleep Day 29- feels absolutely nothing but a raging headache Update 4 months later- still haven’t shifted and barely any symptoms😔 Update 7 months later- again, still haven’t shifted, at this point I’m just using these videos to help me sleep😔
i tried using this because i probably have adhd. it felt so cool. i scripted that i will smell smoke when i shift because i live in new york city, and i swear that every few breaths i would smell a bit of smoke. the only reason it didn’t work i feel like was that i got that tingly feeling in my body from not moving for a while… and i hate that feeling. and my parents kept knocking on my door.. 😐 but either way i could actually stay focused on this meditation and it was amazing!!
UPDATES FINISHED; check reply section. I’ll actually try this for 30 days, and keep updating. Day 1/30: just fell asleep I guess. A good meditation, able to keep me focused. Whenever I was about to lose focus and not even notice, I would be pulled back into the meditation. I really like this one! Day 2/30: fell asleep again. I was a little too tired to focus properly, I think I’m sleep deprived 😅 luckily my school just went to vacation so I have time to catch some sleep Day 3/30: made it longer before falling asleep, finally got enough sleep too. Progress I guess? 😂 I think I’ve had dreams every time I’ve used this meditation. I don’t really remember them but I know I’ve had them 🤔 will keep trying :) Day 4/30: accidentally stayed up until 4am, but I’ll still use this tonight 😅 update: I don’t remember what happened, I guess I fell asleep quite fast Day 5/30: I think I fell asleep as quick as the night before 🤔 at least I slept enough Day 6/30: I am once again up at 4am (almost, it’s 25 mins past 3). Update: I fell asleep and woke up the next day with my headphones right next to me in the bed. They’re usually on the floor, either I push them off my bed in my sleep or put them there before I fall asleep. I haven’t slept enough 💀 Day 7/30: I was trying to set my headphones better, pausing the video to do so, and failed. So I gave up and went to sleep. I don’t remember much from last night. Also merry Christmas (or happy whatever you celebrate, I’m sorry but I don’t remember what those other things are) to those who celebrate it today :) I do, along with my family (and pretty much everyone I know) Day 8/30: this time I stayed up long enough to realise that the questions/affirmations/whatever loop. Also starting to get some symptoms, like feeling I was floating, perhaps some tingles too. Going well :) Day 8/30: so I turned this meditation on and went to bed. After that I have no memory of what happened 😂 I also woke up past 1pm, which is very unusual for me. I usually wake up around 9 or 10am Day 9/30: struggled to focus despite not being tired. I turned the meditation off after about 20 minutes because I got so frustrated. Then my mattress and sheets were put on my bed badly so I had to fix them. And my head started to fill with bad memories when I laid down. So I was just lying there in anxiety, wondering when I’d fall asleep. Next thing I know is that it’s morning and that my parents are arguing. Yay, what a great attempt 🫠 Day 10/30: wow it’s been only 10 days? Feels like I’ve been doing this for 2 weeks now… I don’t really have the interest doing this anymore, but I’ll force myself to at least day 20. Update: focus gone right after the meditation itself was over and just the affirmations were playing. My dog also jumped on the bed to sleep with me, also distracting me at the same time :/ Day 11/30: I wonder if there’s a character limit to these 🤔 oh well, doesn’t matter (yet). Update: realised I forgot to update, but anyways. It was 3am when I put it on (still haven’t learned my lesson) so I fell asleep quickly. Woke up at 8am thinking only an hour had passed 💀 will keep trying Day 12/30: feeling extremely tired after crying for a solid 15 minutes for reasons I’m not willing to discuss rn; it’s 3am again so that might also have an effect. Will update tomorrow Day 13/30: idk what’s going on anymore 😂 forgot to update and now I’m living in 2024. Happy new year! Anyways, I fell asleep. I don’t seem to learn my lesson about going to sleep earlier that 2am… Day 14/30: I keep updating way too late 💀 anyways, I kinda changed where I wanted to shift, but I feel way more connected with this reality at this point, so I think I have higher chances of getting there (let’s hope this doesn’t backtrack my process). I have a good feeling about this one Day 15/30: halfway there! I’ll go up to the 30, unlike I said earlier. Managed to stay awake throughout the whole video, although not focusing for the latter half of it. I’m now able to focus better without the sound cue than before. I actually felt kinda like I was in my dr bed, it was so easy to visualise. I felt good :) Day 16/30: I heard it takes about 16 days to make something a daily habit, so I guess I’m at that point now ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ update: I felt really floaty again. Didn’t fall asleep until 4am despite putting the meditation on at midnight. Could’ve been stress, idk Day 17/30: I have no memory of what happened last night (maybe because my updates happen SO LATE). Only that I had vivid, kind of realistic dreams (excluding the part where I literally decided to fly in through a window, and at this point I could’ve easily become lucid but didn’t (damn you dream)). I was going to go into a house that was apparently haunted with someone from my school that I’m kinda friends with. The door we tried to go through had a lot of stuff on the other side so we couldn’t get in though 🤔 I also remember a nice dude, I think he was like someone I know but I just can’t remember his face (sad, I would’ve wanted to know). There was a horse at some point too, and my little sister (separate from the horse). But yeah, dreams are not the point of this comment 😂 trying again Day 18/30: I’m starting to get the floaty feeling and tingles. Also even more vivid dreams (which you may skip if you so wish). Three separate ones this time, last time it was two or three, not sure. But anyways, in my first dream I had a really close friend who I was calling, plus two other people who were super nice and it seemed like we all became friends (I’m sad it was just a dream). In my second dream I had my little sister and my mom, and we were in a hotel (a nice hotel, excluding that it probably had ghosts, or then I was just scared there would be). Also some random girl, maybe 10-13 was showing me around, and later I was looking for her to show me to our room because I had left some library books there. About at this point I saw some school mates, all carrying various instruments (I’m in a music based school, so that’s quite realistic). I don’t remember who exactly they were, but I know they were from my school. In my final dream I was roaming around a dark facility (all I know that there were some monsters around, divided into five floors according to how dangerous they were, first floor had the least dangerous). One of my close friends was there, we went to the fifth floor by elevators. As we went through doors, we had to open some plastic wall things with zippers (you know those decontamination rooms, or when you’re trying to keep people out, idk how to explain). On the fifth floor we also had to put on some thick clothes that would protect us (it was difficult putting them on). The room we entered was almost like the simplified engine of a train, four seats, railing dividing them into two, the ones on the left had the controls. There were windows and it was dark outside, I think the four previous floors were underground. On the left of the room was a small tv screen, where I could see my sister’s boyfriend being filmed for a movie, but he broke character and started petting a kitten 💀 he was replaced by a guy (maybe the producer of the movie), and he started torturing my friend mentally by doing something weird. Then I woke up. That last one was kind of like a nightmare I guess 🤔 anyways, I think vivid dreams are a sign of getting closer to shifting. Day 19/30: didn’t get to finish the video, kinda got annoyed for my lack of focus. Third day in a row that I get them, this time I saw some friends from school. The dream was kinda bizarre so I’m not gonna explain anything here really. Will keep trying! Day 20/30: 10 more days to go. Tomorrow is the last day of my vacation and I haven’t done schoolwork (I’m a bit behind, thanks ADHD 😒). Update: guess who couldn’t fall asleep properly :,) I did kinda sleep at some point because I remember having a dream, but it wasn’t nearly as vivid as the dreams I’ve had for the past few previous nights. Well at least I stayed awake through the whole meditation ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Day 21/30: I can’t remember what happened (that’s what I get for updating way too late). Probably nothing interesting though Day 22/30: my headphones ran out of battery somewhere towards the end of the video. Before that, though, I felt like my body disappeared. Felt good to just exist. I’ll keep trying, I think I’m getting closer Day 23/30: I fell asleep at some point. Woke up to a subliminal playing (which I have set to play right after this video ends, most of the time I can’t get there though 😂). I’ll keep trying Day 24/30: I watched an episode of my series right before I’d go to sleep, and it was WAY TOO SAD 😭 no series has a right to be this sad, I cried so much. Even my favourite character died earlier on, I think last season, and that was already sad. If that was extremely sad, this episode was heartbreaking. A character thought to be evil had character development, and she became good (she was only bad because she wanted to protect her daughter no matter what), and now the real bad guys are using her to kill her own daughter :( there were even sadder parts which I won’t explain because that’s not the point of this comment. I’ll get to the point, but I just had to rant a bit :,). THE ACTUAL UPDATE: I turned the meditation off when I noticed I couldn’t focus or fall asleep. I got relaxed though. And then I had a dream/mild nightmare, about bears for some reason (Akakabuto style, if you’ve ever watched Ginga densetsu gin). That one I don’t remember well, but I partly remember the dream I saw in between my alarms in the morning 💀

Omg. Omg i have no idea what just happened. It felt almost like a dream but when i was doing the method, i felt sth so i continued doing it then BAM. I was suddenly like zooming thru like the entire universe or sth. It was like i was flying on this rlly fast and pretty current in space and at first i was freaked out. Then i calmed myself down but would just start sounding a bit far away, then it'll come back then just like that over and over again. I was tryna shift to my kpop dr but for some reason when i was flying thru space everything was like the characters from adventure time. Then when i finally felt as if i was about to reach my dr, it started to hurt so much bit by bit all the way to my toes. It hurt and hurt but i held on then an ad started playing and it was like everything fell apart and i woke up. It all felt so real. Was this just a dream or sth? I don understand

Day 1: I fell asleep after I think about half an hour, I did have a dream but not about my DR. (I barely ever dream so atleast it did something). I also felt symptoms.
Can anyone tell me why everytime i try to shift i get the sudden urge to move and open my eyes? I just get this very strong urge to move and stop and idk why? Does anyone know why??

I don’t know what shifting is. I woke at 3 am full of guilt and panic over having ruined our retirement financially because of obsessive spending, and letting my business fall to shambles by jumping from one idea to another. I’ve been diagnosed with adhd so I looked for a meditation that might help me calm down. I found this almost making me feel worse but fell asleep after 45 minutes or so. So why do I feel so calm and capable now? What is this? Where should I start to learn more?
Im gonna try this, honestly I've hesitated shifting for a lil while now because I've been scared, I stop not long after starting and roll over and sleep. Im gonna actually try this time, I trust in myself, and God 🙏 Update: I got tired again 😭 it was almost midnight sooo yeah. I think I'll try shifting during the day instead so I'm not as tired, I hope everyone who sees this shifts!
Trying this now gonna update 🔥 Update number 1 until i shift : i won't make this really detailed because ik it's norkng to read, so after listening to this (while skipping the meditation part and just going to sleep) i noticed that i am starting to connect to my dr self quicker (insteas of thinking about the answers i get to answer them automatically as if i was already there) and i had like 2 dreams about my dr in one night, this is crazy good, I'm retrying this tonight Update number 2 until i shift : i hope you guys won't hate me because i don't try a lot, i'm a bit sick so i'm a bit more tired so i skip the meditation part 😭 (meditation gives you like 50% more chances of shifting so don't skip it if you can! If it makes you sleepy as hell then just wait until you are sleepy enough to get to the questions directly, you'll be relaxed enough so that's fine) but anyways i used this again and i had vivid dreams, just like the first time i uses it, and i noticed that i was feeling more connexted to my dr and it was easy to inagine being there if that makes sense, anyways trying it again (Btw i won't only try this method i like varying my stuff so I'll probably shift by doing something else but don't mind it lol)
Day 1: I got through 32 minutes before my dog jumped on my chest and scared the shiz out of me. But while i was "under" (i was just super relaxed lol) i felt tingling, heavy eyes, warmth travling through my body, and slight dizzyness. When i got interupted i went to the restroom and i was super disosiative. (mind the spelling errors)
I finished my script today, I’ve been thinking about shifting all day, a shifting TikTok came up on my fyp, I first saw this RUclips video today. I think it’s a sign LETS HOPE
I've been using this meditation for the past few days and last night I was really close to shifting. I felt my surroundings change for a second and I tried to sit up in my dr, but I only got halfway up before I lost focus😅. So I decided that I wanted to try shifting tonight and pulled this up !! I managed to feel my bod going numb and it was nice to just be like that, but I started to get impatient and eventually ended up turning it off ; -; if I decide to try this video again, I'll be sure to update :)

This is. Think the furthest I've ever gotten- I had my eyes closed the whole time and only saw dark, but at one point I saw my desk in my dr- it was so cool! But then my leg tritched and it went away >:|
I totally love your account!! With every Video I got closer to shift ! With this one I shifted within one night three time’s sadly I didn’t ‘woke’ there up cause always something came up in my CR. 1st. I was asleep but my mind not , I knew I was halfway there but somehow I heard my rabbits eat paprika… it’s fucking loud how they chew :( 2th. I felt an itch on my head as I woke again in my CR up. I was again in my DR but somehow it threw me back at my CR. (got lice from my nephew so every itch or something gets me paranoid even though I got meds for this) 3st. I don’t really remember, I just woke up to something. I also need to say, I’ve been trying to shift since 2020. Once I smelled Akamaru from Naruto and then I minishifted. And since I found this account, (3 days ago.) I started again to have clear dream’s too.
these guided meditations always make me fall asleep to early, to be able to shift, but i can’t concentrate on regular methods because i’m always forgetting steps. how can i stay awake during these? (other than listening during the day, i still end up falling asleep.)
Could you please make another one for adhd? With more sudden noise and a sub behind it to help us focus or shift? I listened to all 3 med of you for adhd and I'm so close and I need more❤
I almost shifted after my 3rd or 4th time of using this but I panicked as I always do and got scared that a scary monster was gonna eat me 😭 so it was harder to get the final push but kept trying to force it multiple times but it didn't work. Next time I'll prepare myself more for it and try to relax beforehand. Maybe It'll help me to have a scénario for when I wake up in my Dr.

Last time I came here, I could see white behind my eyelids and some colourful things flashing, as my heart was racing. This time I didn’t get all that, but my body was feeling different and when taking deep breaths, I could smell what I scripted as a warning that I was close! I’ll try to keep doing this for the 30 days :3

I'm supposed to be on a shifting break but I really wanted to try this one. I could feel intense tingling in my whole body, it also works well for not falling asleep during the method. I only started dozing off when you started repeating the same questions on loop, then I allowed myself to go to sleep. I also like how it can be used as a daily meditation to connect with my DR, even when I'm not trying to shift, I'll definitely listen again.
this happened to me too, I got very sleepy when they were repeating the questions, then eventually I did fall asleep, but I got sooo many symptoms, I'm going to use this again and try not to fall asleep

I have a question- what do your mini shifts feel like? Because I’ve been trying to shift nonstop for about a week now and think I’m getting mini shifts, but I donno for certain since it feels more like a sleep paralysis episode (something that happens to me every once and awhile). I think I got really close one night since I could feel someone’s hand, but I couldn’t feel my hands what so ever.
I just wanna know what your mini shifts feel like so I can compare them to mine and maybe determine a little more if I really am starting to shift or if that’s just my sleep paralysis being a piece of shit.
@@sooiloo2012 it's hard to discribe, for me it feels just like dreaming but you somehow know that it wasn't a dream. About your symptoms, mostly that happens when you are about to shift like the last few minutes before. I guess there isn't really something you can do about it other than to keep trying. You will get there eventualy. If it helps you, try diffrent methods so see what method works best for you. And keep on trying but don't force it, you just need to believe in it. :)

my family keeps barging into my room at night and taking away my electronics with these meditations bc appearingly having an electronic in my room means I will pull an all nighter, I am an adult just living there until i can afford my own place, and talking to them won't help bc I'm 'mentally a child and dont know what I'm doing (i have a slight mental disability but im still on level with my peers in 90% of things, the only thing i am behind in is emotions, not rational thinkinh)' and they are ruining my meditations what do I do it's really stressing me out (I can't download bc I get an hour of screen time a day and have a big friend group that gets mad when I ghost so I have to spend my hour on them)

Day 1- it was like 3 in the morning so I fell asleep pretty fast
Day 2- I managed to stay up later than the first day but I don’t remember anything past 25 or so minutes
Day 3- fell asleep fast because I kept getting mad at my cat running all over me and just gave up
Day 4- kept feeling the slightest bit of tingle in my fingers but found it VERY hard to focus if imagining what my DR self looked like
Day 5- currently 12:49 am on my first day back at school so I’ll try to shift tonight | update- felt tingling in my fingers but (still) fell asleep at the 25 minute mark
Day 6- little bits of tingling in my fingers but otherwise nothing
Day 7- same as day 6
Day 8- I honestly don’t remember anything but I do know I listened to it no my streak is still here😭
Day 9- got drunk at a friends house so I lost my streak😔
Day 10- tingling in my fingers but nothing else. Let’s see if I can continue my streak from now on!
Day 11- 😔streak lost
Day 12- I was sick and couldn’t get comfy for the life of my so I took a melatonin and passed out 20 minutes later. Sleep-2. Bazinga-0
Day 13- I kept seeing random circles in my vision at first, then kept seeing random lines if that means anything
Day 14- don’t really remember much but I was sick so that was expected
Day 15- I stayed up for 4 hours reading a book and finished at like 2 am so I forgot and fell straight asleep

Day 16- weird shapes in my vision and tingles in my fingers
Day 17- my eyes were closed and was seeing some weird colors and shapes, and my feet started to go numb
Day 18- I was so tired from school I fell asleep like right away I know I was up longer but I only remember like 5 minutes in before I passed out
Day 19- my feet didn’t go numb but they felt weird, and I kept seeing random lines in my eyes
Day 20- feet were either tingling or going numb idk and I felt light headed
Day 21- again, weird lines in my vision and tingly feet
Day 22- don’t remember much but I couldn’t feel my legs
Day 23- went ice skating and forgot cuz I was so tired😭
Day 24-I was literally so relaxed like I felt like I couldn’t feel my body and as I was laying like a starfish on my bed my cat decides it would be a great idea to put a single paw on my chest and scared the shit outta me. Then I turned around and I saw 2 glowing eyes and I just about shit myself twice. Fun.
Day 25- I felt kinda numb and I heard a song (?) for like a second from my dr but then my head started pounding and my cramps were going crazy so it went away
Day 26- it was so hot in my room and even if I stripped I was still sweating so I was o ly able to like half focus so I didn’t feel anything, it kinda sounded like background noise
Day 27- same as yesterday, it was so hot and I couldn’t focus on a single thing for more than 15 secs
Day 28- didn’t feel anything but I was just so relaxed I couldn’t help falling asleep
Day 29- feels absolutely nothing but a raging headache
Update 4 months later- still haven’t shifted and barely any symptoms😔
Update 7 months later- again, still haven’t shifted, at this point I’m just using these videos to help me sleep😔

i tried using this because i probably have adhd. it felt so cool. i scripted that i will smell smoke when i shift because i live in new york city, and i swear that every few breaths i would smell a bit of smoke. the only reason it didn’t work i feel like was that i got that tingly feeling in my body from not moving for a while… and i hate that feeling. and my parents kept knocking on my door.. 😐 but either way i could actually stay focused on this meditation and it was amazing!!

Day 1/30: just fell asleep I guess. A good meditation, able to keep me focused. Whenever I was about to lose focus and not even notice, I would be pulled back into the meditation. I really like this one!
Day 2/30: fell asleep again. I was a little too tired to focus properly, I think I’m sleep deprived 😅 luckily my school just went to vacation so I have time to catch some sleep
Day 3/30: made it longer before falling asleep, finally got enough sleep too. Progress I guess? 😂 I think I’ve had dreams every time I’ve used this meditation. I don’t really remember them but I know I’ve had them 🤔 will keep trying :)
Day 4/30: accidentally stayed up until 4am, but I’ll still use this tonight 😅 update: I don’t remember what happened, I guess I fell asleep quite fast
Day 5/30: I think I fell asleep as quick as the night before 🤔 at least I slept enough
Day 6/30: I am once again up at 4am (almost, it’s 25 mins past 3). Update: I fell asleep and woke up the next day with my headphones right next to me in the bed. They’re usually on the floor, either I push them off my bed in my sleep or put them there before I fall asleep. I haven’t slept enough 💀
Day 7/30: I was trying to set my headphones better, pausing the video to do so, and failed. So I gave up and went to sleep. I don’t remember much from last night. Also merry Christmas (or happy whatever you celebrate, I’m sorry but I don’t remember what those other things are) to those who celebrate it today :) I do, along with my family (and pretty much everyone I know)
Day 8/30: this time I stayed up long enough to realise that the questions/affirmations/whatever loop. Also starting to get some symptoms, like feeling I was floating, perhaps some tingles too. Going well :)
Day 8/30: so I turned this meditation on and went to bed. After that I have no memory of what happened 😂 I also woke up past 1pm, which is very unusual for me. I usually wake up around 9 or 10am
Day 9/30: struggled to focus despite not being tired. I turned the meditation off after about 20 minutes because I got so frustrated. Then my mattress and sheets were put on my bed badly so I had to fix them. And my head started to fill with bad memories when I laid down. So I was just lying there in anxiety, wondering when I’d fall asleep. Next thing I know is that it’s morning and that my parents are arguing. Yay, what a great attempt 🫠
Day 10/30: wow it’s been only 10 days? Feels like I’ve been doing this for 2 weeks now… I don’t really have the interest doing this anymore, but I’ll force myself to at least day 20. Update: focus gone right after the meditation itself was over and just the affirmations were playing. My dog also jumped on the bed to sleep with me, also distracting me at the same time :/
Day 11/30: I wonder if there’s a character limit to these 🤔 oh well, doesn’t matter (yet). Update: realised I forgot to update, but anyways. It was 3am when I put it on (still haven’t learned my lesson) so I fell asleep quickly. Woke up at 8am thinking only an hour had passed 💀 will keep trying
Day 12/30: feeling extremely tired after crying for a solid 15 minutes for reasons I’m not willing to discuss rn; it’s 3am again so that might also have an effect. Will update tomorrow
Day 13/30: idk what’s going on anymore 😂 forgot to update and now I’m living in 2024. Happy new year! Anyways, I fell asleep. I don’t seem to learn my lesson about going to sleep earlier that 2am…
Day 14/30: I keep updating way too late 💀 anyways, I kinda changed where I wanted to shift, but I feel way more connected with this reality at this point, so I think I have higher chances of getting there (let’s hope this doesn’t backtrack my process). I have a good feeling about this one
Day 15/30: halfway there! I’ll go up to the 30, unlike I said earlier. Managed to stay awake throughout the whole video, although not focusing for the latter half of it. I’m now able to focus better without the sound cue than before. I actually felt kinda like I was in my dr bed, it was so easy to visualise. I felt good :)
Day 16/30: I heard it takes about 16 days to make something a daily habit, so I guess I’m at that point now ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ update: I felt really floaty again. Didn’t fall asleep until 4am despite putting the meditation on at midnight. Could’ve been stress, idk
Day 17/30: I have no memory of what happened last night (maybe because my updates happen SO LATE). Only that I had vivid, kind of realistic dreams (excluding the part where I literally decided to fly in through a window, and at this point I could’ve easily become lucid but didn’t (damn you dream)). I was going to go into a house that was apparently haunted with someone from my school that I’m kinda friends with. The door we tried to go through had a lot of stuff on the other side so we couldn’t get in though 🤔 I also remember a nice dude, I think he was like someone I know but I just can’t remember his face (sad, I would’ve wanted to know). There was a horse at some point too, and my little sister (separate from the horse). But yeah, dreams are not the point of this comment 😂 trying again
Day 18/30: I’m starting to get the floaty feeling and tingles. Also even more vivid dreams (which you may skip if you so wish). Three separate ones this time, last time it was two or three, not sure. But anyways, in my first dream I had a really close friend who I was calling, plus two other people who were super nice and it seemed like we all became friends (I’m sad it was just a dream).
In my second dream I had my little sister and my mom, and we were in a hotel (a nice hotel, excluding that it probably had ghosts, or then I was just scared there would be). Also some random girl, maybe 10-13 was showing me around, and later I was looking for her to show me to our room because I had left some library books there. About at this point I saw some school mates, all carrying various instruments (I’m in a music based school, so that’s quite realistic). I don’t remember who exactly they were, but I know they were from my school.
In my final dream I was roaming around a dark facility (all I know that there were some monsters around, divided into five floors according to how dangerous they were, first floor had the least dangerous). One of my close friends was there, we went to the fifth floor by elevators. As we went through doors, we had to open some plastic wall things with zippers (you know those decontamination rooms, or when you’re trying to keep people out, idk how to explain). On the fifth floor we also had to put on some thick clothes that would protect us (it was difficult putting them on). The room we entered was almost like the simplified engine of a train, four seats, railing dividing them into two, the ones on the left had the controls. There were windows and it was dark outside, I think the four previous floors were underground. On the left of the room was a small tv screen, where I could see my sister’s boyfriend being filmed for a movie, but he broke character and started petting a kitten 💀 he was replaced by a guy (maybe the producer of the movie), and he started torturing my friend mentally by doing something weird.
Then I woke up. That last one was kind of like a nightmare I guess 🤔 anyways, I think vivid dreams are a sign of getting closer to shifting.
Day 19/30: didn’t get to finish the video, kinda got annoyed for my lack of focus. Third day in a row that I get them, this time I saw some friends from school. The dream was kinda bizarre so I’m not gonna explain anything here really. Will keep trying!
Day 20/30: 10 more days to go. Tomorrow is the last day of my vacation and I haven’t done schoolwork (I’m a bit behind, thanks ADHD 😒). Update: guess who couldn’t fall asleep properly :,) I did kinda sleep at some point because I remember having a dream, but it wasn’t nearly as vivid as the dreams I’ve had for the past few previous nights. Well at least I stayed awake through the whole meditation ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Day 21/30: I can’t remember what happened (that’s what I get for updating way too late). Probably nothing interesting though
Day 22/30: my headphones ran out of battery somewhere towards the end of the video. Before that, though, I felt like my body disappeared. Felt good to just exist. I’ll keep trying, I think I’m getting closer
Day 23/30: I fell asleep at some point. Woke up to a subliminal playing (which I have set to play right after this video ends, most of the time I can’t get there though 😂). I’ll keep trying
Day 24/30: I watched an episode of my series right before I’d go to sleep, and it was WAY TOO SAD 😭 no series has a right to be this sad, I cried so much. Even my favourite character died earlier on, I think last season, and that was already sad. If that was extremely sad, this episode was heartbreaking. A character thought to be evil had character development, and she became good (she was only bad because she wanted to protect her daughter no matter what), and now the real bad guys are using her to kill her own daughter :( there were even sadder parts which I won’t explain because that’s not the point of this comment. I’ll get to the point, but I just had to rant a bit :,).
THE ACTUAL UPDATE: I turned the meditation off when I noticed I couldn’t focus or fall asleep. I got relaxed though. And then I had a dream/mild nightmare, about bears for some reason (Akakabuto style, if you’ve ever watched Ginga densetsu gin). That one I don’t remember well, but I partly remember the dream I saw in between my alarms in the morning 💀

Omg. Omg i have no idea what just happened. It felt almost like a dream but when i was doing the method, i felt sth so i continued doing it then BAM. I was suddenly like zooming thru like the entire universe or sth. It was like i was flying on this rlly fast and pretty current in space and at first i was freaked out. Then i calmed myself down but would just start sounding a bit far away, then it'll come back then just like that over and over again. I was tryna shift to my kpop dr but for some reason when i was flying thru space everything was like the characters from adventure time. Then when i finally felt as if i was about to reach my dr, it started to hurt so much bit by bit all the way to my toes. It hurt and hurt but i held on then an ad started playing and it was like everything fell apart and i woke up. It all felt so real. Was this just a dream or sth? I don understand

I woke at 3 am full of guilt and panic over having ruined our retirement financially because of obsessive spending, and letting my business fall to shambles by jumping from one idea to another. I’ve been diagnosed with adhd so I looked for a meditation that might help me calm down. I found this almost making me feel worse but fell asleep after 45 minutes or so. So why do I feel so calm and capable now? What is this? Where should I start to learn more?

Update number 1 until i shift : i won't make this really detailed because ik it's norkng to read, so after listening to this (while skipping the meditation part and just going to sleep) i noticed that i am starting to connect to my dr self quicker (insteas of thinking about the answers i get to answer them automatically as if i was already there) and i had like 2 dreams about my dr in one night, this is crazy good, I'm retrying this tonight
Update number 2 until i shift : i hope you guys won't hate me because i don't try a lot, i'm a bit sick so i'm a bit more tired so i skip the meditation part 😭 (meditation gives you like 50% more chances of shifting so don't skip it if you can! If it makes you sleepy as hell then just wait until you are sleepy enough to get to the questions directly, you'll be relaxed enough so that's fine) but anyways i used this again and i had vivid dreams, just like the first time i uses it, and i noticed that i was feeling more connexted to my dr and it was easy to inagine being there if that makes sense, anyways trying it again
(Btw i won't only try this method i like varying my stuff so I'll probably shift by doing something else but don't mind it lol)

Day 1: I got through 32 minutes before my dog jumped on my chest and scared the shiz out of me. But while i was "under" (i was just super relaxed lol) i felt tingling, heavy eyes, warmth travling through my body, and slight dizzyness. I felt my surroundings change for a second and I tried to sit up in my dr, but I only got halfway up before I lost focus😅. So I decided that I wanted to try shifting tonight and pulled this up !! I managed to feel my bod going numb and it was nice to just be like that, but I started to get impatient and eventually ended up turning it off ; -; if I decide to try this video again, I'll be sure to update :)

This is. Think the furthest I've ever gotten- I had my eyes closed the whole time and only saw dark, but at one point I saw my desk in my dr- it was so cool! But then my leg tritched and it went away >:|

I totally love your account!! With every Video I got closer to shift ! With this one I shifted within one night three time’s sadly I didn’t ‘woke’ there up cause always something came up in my CR.
1st. I was asleep but my mind not , I knew I was halfway there but somehow I heard my rabbits eat paprika… it’s fucking loud how they chew :(
2th. I felt an itch on my head as I woke again in my CR up. I was again in my DR but somehow it threw me back at my CR. (got lice from my nephew so every itch or something gets me paranoid even though I got meds for this)
3st. I don’t really remember, I just woke up to something.
I also need to say, I’ve been trying to shift since 2020. Once I smelled Akamaru from Naruto and then I minishifted. And since I found this account, (3 days ago.) I started again to have clear dream’s too.
these guided meditations always make me fall asleep to early, to be able to shift, but i can’t concentrate on regular methods because i’m always forgetting steps. how can i stay awake during these? (other than listening during the day, i still end up falling asleep.)
Could you please make another one for adhd? With more sudden noise and a sub behind it to help us focus or shift? I listened to all 3 med of you for adhd and I'm so close and I need more❤

I almost shifted after my 3rd or 4th time of using this but I panicked as I always do and got scared that a scary monster was gonna eat me 😭 so it was harder to get the final push but kept trying to force it multiple times but it didn't work. Next time I'll prepare myself more for it and try to relax beforehand. Maybe It'll help me to have a scénario for when I wake up in my Dr.

Last time I came here, I could see white behind my eyelids and some colourful things flashing, as my heart was racing. This time I didn’t get all that, but my body was feeling different and when taking deep breaths, I could smell what I scripted as a warning that I was close! I’ll try to keep doing this for the 30 days :3
