My beloader doesn't save any of my info when I click step 7. Infact it appears to disconnect as a USB device after a minute or two stopping the pairing process?
I have a problem,I did the setup correctly on ps5 and tested the Beloader with Cronus zen on private match it’s work but when I want to play online multiplayer the controller will disconnected !!

When I play at 1000hz in the xim app, the xim flashes purple when I move the mouse, while when I put 250hz it doesn't make any purple light. The point where I want to go is that when I am connected with PS Remote Play and I play with 1000 hz on the xim, the xim does not flash purple and I can play well .. I cannot understand this yet they advised me to play with beloader which runs at 250hz instead of playing with PS Remote Play which they told me instead that it runs from 20 to 80hz .. because it flashes purple with beloader and with PS Remote Play no?
Firmware is up to date. I’ve copied & pasted correctly the psn remote play. It sends me a text to verify on my cell. I use the correct wifi name & password once I connect to the ps5 it quickly errors & the code it says is incorrect log. Makes no sense

I got it to work 😀 with DS4 v2 (dualsense works too). There's some issue after doing all those steps provided, but i got no saved sucessfully message after last step entering 8 digit code. So i left the adapter plugged in on pc and pressed the button. It tried to pair to ps5 but failed with an error. So i pressed the button again and beloader manager reconnects, entered a new 8 digit code from ps5 and clicked save. This showed the "saved sucessfully" message and i unplugged from the pc and plugged with to ps5 with m&k and xim already plugged in and it connected.

@@SaifyChaudhry yeah I've been playing with the polling refresh rate from 500hz to 125hz that fixed the purple lights flashing but mouse is weirdly sluggish.

There's a problem for some of us. This house did not come pre wired with ANY ethernet outlets even though it's a modern house (2017). They made ONE downstairs as it was easy access, in cupboard, so we could connect to the net at all. Actually it's not an ethernet slot, it's a cable feed going to modem, but the modem itself has ethernet slots though of course. For me to access that with my PS5 or PC is impossible, I am upstairs in a bedroom and live with other people. That said, with proper rollback net code, online gaming can be perfect with wifi. On my laptop I play fall guys all the time in 1600p/ultra settings locked at 120 fps with no perceivable lag. I also played right through TMNT shredder's revenge recently with FIVE other players, random players from all over the world, I have never seen such a chaotic game as it adds more enemies for more players, I basically had no idea what was going on as there were like 30 characters on screen at once lol, and it was SO smooth it was incredible. No lag at all. Am I not going to have a good experience with your adapter over wifi? If so I will buy one of the usb alternatives around. Please inform. Thanks!

You can’t play PS5 versions with the Xim anymore. Only with Remote Play or Beloader

There's a problem for some of us. This house did not come pre wired with ANY ethernet outlets even though it's a modern house (2017). They made ONE downstairs as it was easy access, in cupboard, so we could connect to the net at all. Actually it's not an ethernet slot, it's a cable feed going to modem, but the modem itself has ethernet slots though of course. For me to access that with my PS5 or PC is impossible, I am upstairs in a bedroom and live with other people.
That said, with proper rollback net code, online gaming can be perfect with wifi. On my laptop I play fall guys all the time in 1600p/ultra settings locked at 120 fps with no perceivable lag. I also played right through TMNT shredder's revenge recently with FIVE other players, random players from all over the world, I have never seen such a chaotic game as it adds more enemies for more players, I basically had no idea what was going on as there were like 30 characters on screen at once lol, and it was SO smooth it was incredible. No lag at all.
Am I not going to have a good experience with your adapter over wifi? If so I will buy one of the usb alternatives around.

Is the connection to the XIM device disconnected or is it disconnected when using the beloader and PS5 controller alone? We have a new firmware to solve it, we suggest you contact the official website customer service to find the firmware
