Hi Beloader Team, question: it seems that the advanced macro’s could only be activated and adjusted when I directly connect my PS5 controller via Bluetooth to the Beloader. However if I have the following setup: PS5 controller (wired) > Cronus Zen (wired) > Beloader, the macro advanced macro function couldn’t be activated. Any ideas?
For the connection, beloader and ps5 must be connected in LAN or ps5 can be connected with wifi?

Some users have reported that XIM4 can be used, but whether your XIM4 supports it depends on the version of XIM4. It is recommended to consult the customer service of XIM. We cannot evaluate it.

The beloader pro must be connected to the network cable. If you do not use the audio through the beloader pro, you do not need to connect to the USB port of the PS5. It is recommended that you use a 5V3A power adapter to ensure sufficient power supply.

Hello a question. To access the anti recoil menu of the beloader pro can be done through a ps5 controller or is an Xbox controller necessary?
Both can be used. The anti-recoil function needs to enable advanced functions. It is recommended to check the advanced function tutorial video part of beloader pro in detail.

You can connect the network cable to the switch and separate two network cables, one is connected to the beloader pro and the other is connected to the PS5, so that the LAN can work stably

The front and back of the PS5 can be used, or an external USB adapter can be used. Just remember that if the light is not on after connecting, please press the upgrade button to power on the beloader.

When I have everything setup and plug in my xim apex with my ps5 controller it connects to remote play but turns off my controller so I can't use is there a fix to this?
Please connect the beloader pro to the PS5 host first, and then display the remote playback, then connect all XIM devices and insert the beloader pro. The wrong sequence will cause it to be unavailable. Please try again.

@@soon3897 a .200 second delay using remote play is already noticeable. I've heard these add atleast .100 of a second. That would make a huge difference if you have used mnk before

@@soon3897 well using remote playe regardless will give input lag. I've seen test done on all of these showing there's more input lag. Only a 500$ one shows very little added input lag. Maybe the ethernet speeds it up tho

You need to use a switch to split the ether connection. Amazon has for about $20. No loss in connection speed. Ethernet>switch>ps5 and beloader

I have no problem using the turbo feature when I connect an Xbox controller, however, when I used a ps4 controller I cannot use turbo. Am I supposed to be using a button other than the share button? The instructions in this video are only for xbox. I really hope that's not the only controller that supports turbo.

So you can't use your normal wireless headset for chat and audio while using beloader? Seems a major drawback not getting 3d sound form my 200 quid headset.

It is recommended that you reset it through the beloader manager of the PC. When filling in the 8-digit pairing code at the end, the PS5 opens the 8-digit pairing code interface, then fills in the correct 8-digit pairing code and saves it. Then the PS5 needs to remain in the pairing interface, and then Plug the beloader Pro connection network cable into the PS5 and it will automatically connect. So I have tried the xim apex specific firmware for a few days now and, that doesn't work ether. I have replaced all the wires for better ones and, I have tried hooking it up to different types of external power supply. Such as the 5V3A power and, my 130 watt power supply. Different cat 7 and, cat 8 ethernet cables. The last thing I am going to try is using a smart ethernet switch and, see if that will change anything. Just some updates on your product. Also, I have looked into the beloader pro on reddit and, many others have been having disconnect issues. They think it's because the software. Mainly the Chinese version of remote play being used could be having connection issues because it connecting to an American remote play connection. So that could also be the issue if its not the hardware.

@@beloaderteam9024 disconnects at random times. I'm working on seeing if I can fix it. I want this thing to work. Reddit said it could be that the firmware is using a Chinese version of the remote play app and, it's buggy because it is connecting to a USA ps5 I'm not sure how true that is be I do not have anywhere almost no issues when running remote play to use my xim apex. I saw a new for firmware was released today. I'll check that out and, when I get off tomorrow and, install my Ethernet switch.

If you have used it, it is recommended to press and hold the RP upgrade button for 15 seconds to clear all advanced functions, and try again to see if this happens

No just once one u set it up its plug and play
So far it am not happy with my. Mine keeps disconnecting. Not sometimes completely. Other times I just loose control of my mouse for a sec and, it messes with my aim. I am on ethernet with a gig down and, 35mb up and, my tablet that isn't connected to ethernet runs doesn't have this issue for the most part. Maybe my tablet running remote play to use my xim will have these issues once a week or so. I am working on making sure everything is right. I have a great router and, a cat 8 cable and, I am using an external power source. I could have a defective one but, I will update this post once I can figure out what's going on.
Are you using beloader or beloader pro? When you say that your mouse loses control, do you have any hints about the lights of the beloader or XIM and other devices? It is recommended that you restart the router and reset the beloader once through the PC, and then test if this happens
@@beloaderteam9024 Yeah. So I have been at work so not much time to talk about these issues. I am using a beloader pro. I am using a 130 watt charger and, tried other chargers. I have also tried to chance the usb cables. Not a thing works and, If I have to buy a 250 dollar router just to get this product to work. Then its not worth the money. We can just wait tell the new xim apex comes out. Or just run everthing though a tablet or possibly even phone and, still have a better connection

This thing is garbage, it worked badly for about 15 minutes before it gave up and lost connection to the remote play, I’ve been trying to reconnect it for hours and now ‘super manager v1.4’ says the adapters not found although the instructions have been followed perfectly, is there anyway of putting this thing back to its factory settings or is it going to contribute to landfill

Yes, after the PS5 restarts, you need to press the upgrade button to activate the beloader pro by default. This is a protective measure to prevent the beloader pro from connecting to other devices by mistake.

I did ... But now when Im going to connect the remote play .. the beloader turns the blue light then green but then turns on a red light and turns off!
