Destroying your front lawn for a true review = dedication and I have subscribed 🤣
I have had one since 2023. Someone else had a problem in the first 6 months, something sounded in the engine. They discovered at the dealership that it was the alternator pulley. And they don't want to admit that it was a factory problem
My hrv is coming in 4 days and I’m stoked
Had my 23 HRV Sport for a little over 3 months now and have almost 8k miles on it. Yes, that's 8000 miles! Drive through Minnesota and Wisconsin snow constantly and it didn't have a single issue through the recent storms. It's been fantastic. I'm actually very surprised how planted it feels when gunning it through turns in snow-covered ground. It feels PLANTED! I ditched the stock Hankook Kinergy GT tires and went with Michelin CrossClimate 2s. Stock tires were a stupid choice on this car IMO. They are TRASH! I hate it how car companies worry so much about performance and handling upgrades, but then but shit tires on their new cars. I had my reservation for this HRV for a couple months, and was almost about to cancel it due to shipment delays. I'm so glad I waited because I love my HRV in Nordic Forest Pearl! I forgot to mention, two of the things I love the most about the new HRV is how well the suspension is balanced, and how good the seating position is. I can keep driving it for hours without fatigue.
I have the EX-L with the 17' stock tires. Thinking of upgrading to a 18' rims and tires. Do you know if this is doable? Or would it void my extended warranty?
I have a honda aria 4wd. Awesome
Thought I was the only one who thought it looks like a Lamborghini
I drive 35 miles to and from work on narrow country roads. I give the awd in my 23 hrv a workout especially if its blowing. Anywhere there is not snow fence I am busting 6-10" hard snow drifts all the way. AWD with stability control makes it pretty non eventful these days.
Great review. Was this on winter tires?
I'd like to see the H-R-V vs a Corolla Cross. I like the Rav-4 vs the CR-V comparison
Question how do you check the coolant levels of the hrv ? I have the 2023 sport one
Hi Brother, where can we find plug to plug the car in the winter
Can you do a review for the Honda CR-V AWD 2023 in snow
They told me NOT to change the driving modes while driving. Only when you’re parked.
Just got my 24 hrv last month..are snow tires needed..? I am not sure I will trade up next year .so would not like to buy winter tires the first year...verdict still out..
Does it have a telescoping steering wheel?
Are you using winter tire?
Not the Ford Escape Honda mobile. 😂 I like the back end of the car but the front end is bad. It’s ugly. It’s nice to see it work it’s way through the snow like a champ proving it’s a capable daily in any weather. I thought the seats were very uncomfortable and the inside just didn’t feel good sitting in the front or back. Def something to get used to coming from a sedan I suppose.
I rented one. Doesn't stop at all in snow😊
How do you just drive around on your front lawn and not worry about what your neighbors think💀 I'd feel so weird lmao.
😆
Ben hope your neighbors think your weird with all those vehicles parked everywhere
Great video as always but the HRV and Crv are about 7k over priced.I own a Honda but admit the Rav 4 just isn't better ,in hybred form it's probably the best value of any vehicle period.
Ben could you please give me your thoughts/opinion on the 2.5 Crosstrek Limited vs. the New Honda HRV sport. Which one would you choose and why? Pros/Cons, etc. Thank you so much. I love all your videos. Always outstanding!
I need to review the new Subaru first
Yeah. We looked at the HRV for my brother. It’s a nice car don’t get me wrong. But it’s not very quick, and the CVT. We got a CX-30. Better car in my opinion.
Is CVT reliable?
Yes and no. Honda been making cvt for a long time so yes. Youll need to change cvt fluid typically 30k miles most time. @RS09523
so this engine is naturally aspirated but has a cvt right?
Yeah
Weird that this car is called the HR-V in North America, it’s the ZR-V everywhere else, with the HR-V being an entirely different car.
Nor air vents in the back seat. What the hell.
I'll pay more attention to the Honda HR-V when the new model gets past being three years old (2027).
Exhaust actually sounds decent
Looks nice but no power and of course a CVT.
Are CVT reliable in the long run?
It seems that you don’t know
What’s a foot I saw 5”
I think this is same HR-V used in all of the other review videos on RUclips. It must be heavily abused and the front seat full of farts by this time around.
I'd buy a cx-30 over the HRV
@@user-yl7ob7fv2j There are non-turbo trims available if that's a concern
The what?
A joke about this car being slightly similar in front fascia appearance to the Lamborghini Urus
@@Mule-mh2ms Oh my 😳
A foot of snow? 🖐️🤣
