Another job well done!! That toilet is an early 1980s Mansfield Imperial, which is a very good toilet. I do toilet replacements and repairs on the side & prefer to use Mansfield toilets for all my new installations.
Another great job Donald!! I love your calm and cool demeanor with all of your clients no matter what they flush. I mean lol paper towels? Who does that? 😂 Great job!!!
Bless your heart, look at that tight cramped space, hope you a thin man not all can fit through a space like that. Paper towels down a toilet, what were they thinking.
Wow those pipes looked nearly full of rust ,but you make it look so easy Donald, well done ,all well with the customer. Hope you left him your card . nice one
you must have the patience of a saint i would have been loosing it and ended up shop vac the rocks and shit out my way and the confined space making it hard to get the caps off ......... omg lol
It's still always surprising that people Think that flushing paper towels is a good idea in thinking that it's gonna pass through the system but they are just so much thicker than toilet paper. Also they don't really dissolve like toilet paper.
Good job Donald. Quick question, do you do any work at any newer construction homes? If so, do they have the building traps as well here in Ontario they have them on the old homes just outside the Slab of the house or even on occasion they have it on the inside but newer construction don't have the building trap. So I was just curious if in New York it's the same or if they put the building traps in even new construction?
Just a thought: maybe his kids put the paper towels down the drain. I threw a Q-Tip down the toilet once and my folks were not happy they had to call in the plumber.
Well apparently _sum-body_ 🙄 didn’t get the message when they were young that not all paper is treated equal. Toilet paper 👉🏽Sh!tter Paper towels 👉🏽 hands (…but not sh!tter after, 👊🏽dammit!) _I see you got tp up there by the faucet!_ 😆
NY drain you are there to the rescue of yet another backed up drain....continue doing a fantastic job sir Donald
Thanks again Patrick 👍
Definitely flowing like a river! Once again another job well done my friend! 💯💯💪🏽💪🏽
Thanks again 👍 👍
Well done ny. You bust them blockages up real good. Respect 🏴🏴
Thanks 👍
That was a whole Costco package of paper towels in that drain
Lol

Very good toilets indeed. I love older toilets, especially American Standard, Briggs, Mansfield, "Standard", and Eljer
Thanks 👍, they just take forever to flush 😆
@@NYDRAINS agreed, but I like them better than the more modern ones
Any Kilgore toilets in the Northeast?
@@MisterMikeTexas I'm sure there are.
I Like the owners voice! Just from the accent you can already tell he’s a nice and funny guy.
Awesome job man! NY drains ALWAYS gets it!
Thanks again 👍
And another great job Donald!!!!❤😊
Thanks Kuromi 👍
That sure looks like a tight closet to be working in. Another job well done!
holla your boy for the poolwork...oh no...wrong channel
Oh definitely, it took me forever to get those caps off. Thanks 👍
Another great job Donald!! I love your calm and cool demeanor with all of your clients no matter what they flush. I mean lol paper towels? Who does that? 😂
Great job!!!
Thanks again Jenni 👍

Paper towels down a toilet, what were they thinking.
Lucky it had enough room to fit my hands and tools! It took forever to get them off!
Flowing like a river, always good to hear.
Stay safe and thanks for sharing 👍
Thanks for watching 👍
When you were trying to get that first cap out, I kinda felt like I was at the club. It was a great beat. 😂
Lol
Brilliant, you must carry a few 4" caps in your truck. I have seen you fit many new caps as the old ones had deteriorated.
Definitely 👍
Wow those pipes looked nearly full of rust ,but you make it look so easy Donald, well done ,all well with the customer. Hope you left him your card . nice one
I wished it was that easy lol thanks for watching Peter 👍
@Kami Dela Cruz he is a long time subscriber and recently changed his RUclips name.
@Kami Dela Cruz that's my name 😉
Good job, Bev from Mississippi! 👍😁
Thanks again 👍
That is the smallest area that I have seen you work in! Great job! 🧤😀👍🔦
It was tight! Thanks again 👍
Gotta appreciate the owner trying to give you a head start.
Definitely
And once again its flowing like a river, that guy is no longer up shitz creek. Lol good video Donald. Thanks for sharing your hard work with us
Lol thanks again Nancy always a pleasure 🙏
Flowing like a river. I actually got a notification - so - thanks.
Awesome 👌 👏 👍
Good morning Donald good job I hope he listens to you and stop using paper towels
Good morning Deborah, it's most likely his aid or home attendant 🤔😉
you must have the patience of a saint i would have been loosing it and ended up shop vac the rocks and shit out my way and the confined space making it hard to get the caps off ......... omg lol
It was a nightmare!

🤯😉👍
Very good work mate
Thanks again 👍
You should seriously buy a vacuume to help uncover traps easier
better yet, ask the owner to use HIS shop vac because it's sitting right there.
It's a not stop avalanche or landslide with the never ending sand.
@@NYDRAINS ... a little water will keep the sand / dirt from sliding down once the plugs are clear.
@@rupe53 that is true 👍
That was a tight squeeze but you got it flowing like a river once again, amazing job...oh no no corn poor Ratty 🗽🍎🌽🐀✌️🔨
Definitely tight , thanks again 👍
I wonder how and why are some of these pits full of dirt and rubble lol
They're buried in the ground and you wonder why there is dirt around them?
The main trap usually sits under the foundation basically underground . A d sometimes used as a garbage disposal 🙄😉
Good job Donald. Quick question, do you do any work at any newer construction homes? New/old traps are code in NY, thanks again Jay👍
The right kind of basement.....not to clean, not full of sewage!!
Lol 😉👍
Good work. But I think I would have used that shop vac to pull a bunch of that dirt from the pit BEFORE doing the work
It's was a never ending landslide with that sand, thanks 👍
Paper towels & scale: Members of the gang of usual suspects. Great clear out Donald! Another happy customer.
Lol thanks again Dan 👍
Craftsman vacuum cleaner ? Sand ?
Maybe the poor guy is dyslexic and mixed up TP and PT. Another fine job.
Lol maybe it was the aid or home attendant 🤔 thanks again 👍
Well done 👍
Thanks 👍
Of course, this one had to have a tight cap on it 😩
Tell me about it! 🤯

Love videos ♡
Thanks 👍
appreciate the content
Thanks 👍
...( like the name!) 😎👍
I make coffee and get a video suggestion.
Yummy 😋
If anyone is wondering the toilet is a Mansfield Imperial
i thought you may have needed to use one of those fishing rods sitting there
Lol 😉 kept knocking it over with my legs while working, good eye 👁
what about buying the sockets and drivers so you do not have destroy the covers like that?
I love your videos
Glad you enjoy 😉
Good job
Thanks👍
Just a thought: maybe his kids put the paper towels down the drain. I threw a Q-Tip down the toilet once and my folks were not happy they had to call in the plumber.
Possible 😉👍
Those old toilets really fill up and drain slowly when flushing.
Really slow flush!
Well apparently _sum-body_ 🙄 didn’t get the message when they were young that not all paper is treated equal.
Toilet paper 👉🏽Sh!tter
Paper towels 👉🏽 hands (…but not sh!tter after, 👊🏽dammit!) _I see you got tp up there by the faucet!_ 😆
Lol
Those plugs fought you like a bitch, don’t think the guy was gonna do much with that wrench 😅
Oh definitely was a pain in the rear!
most of these videos, i see people dont be utilizing their basements and hooking it up.
🤷♂️
4:04 All I can see is a pair of unblinking red eyes.
Lol
It wouldn’t be easier pulling the toilet off and snake it from there?? Or that’s a main sewer trap??
It's the main.
cant believe what you must all go through to open up a pipe
A big headache 🤯
That’s a Mansfield imperial toilet I feel bad for it being clogged
😉
Nice
Thanks 👍
Are you sure the kid didn't closet with the toys
🤷♂️
good Job
Thanks 👍
What city are you??
The name should say it all! NY.
and no body knows how they got down there
😉👍
4:05 what’s the other hole at the top for?
That was the vent.
@@NYDRAINS ah
Don't flush wipes, period. Even if they are advertised as "flushable" they are not!
😉
No they’re definitely flushable. They just aren’t clog resistant which of course is marketing deception 101.
👍🇫🇮
😉👍
Love your vids though
Thanks 👍
Did they run out of tp and use paper towels to wipe their ass?
🤷♂️😉
Why do you leave the sink on when you want to go open the thingies
For a couple of different reasons, one is to see where the problem is, and water works as my friend 😉
It's hard at first cuz I don't like when you flush the toilet toys
😉
A job for a young man and or a woman. My back would have been shot having to work in a small space like that.
