    Recently I saw my audiologist. I am suffering from old age, in my left ear I have normal degrade of hearing, in my left ear I have several factors going on. But what I found most interesting, was I was able to see inside my ear. It was quite exciting for me because of your videos. My ear is normal. Thanks to your videos, the earwax that I saw, was in healthy range, conferred on my Audiologist. I now have a comparison when I watch your videos on what an ear should look like (within variable range). I enjoy your videos and learning, plus it gives me something to be grateful for, I do not have these conditions.
    What is going on in my right ear is more complicated, You have spoken of some possibilities which you have said you referred to see a Specialist. This has given me reassurance, as well as concern, also learned from your videos and your commentaries. We will know more after my CAT scan. I would like to thank you for giving me a foundation on which to build wider understanding within the layman’s ability to understand without going to school to learn everything. I will continue to rely on the educated expert, hopefully, I will have enough knowledge to know what questions to ask.

I’ve watched a number of your videos and they have been extremely satisfying and fun to watch. I’ve also learned a thing or two. With new studies showing a correlation between impacted ears over time contributing to Dementia, your videos are so important. For elderly patients they may not even notice the gradual loss or be too afraid to bring it up. My cousin had this issue at 80 and he was a new man after they removed the impacted wax. Thank you for your videos, it gives family a tool to tract issues their parents may be having

    I live in the US, and I really wish I could afford to see a specialist like you, Mr Neel. I’ve had my ears “lavaged” so many times over the years because I’d actually lose a lot of hearing. When I was younger, my parents were able to take me to an ear specialist who noted that I had small ear canals that had a structural twist and dip in the ear canal close to they ear drum. I’ve learned from your channel that ear lavage can make things worse. I did get proper hearing back, but I’ve had to have it so often to even get rid of muffled hearing. I really appreciate your videos and am trying to secure a referral to an otologist. I’ve even had problems with severe vertigo. My GP just says, literally, that “you have rocks in your ears,” and then sets me up for another ear lavage.

      I had a double ear infection a few years back. I ended up being referred to ENT because the wax and pus was so thick and impacted that the ear drops couldn’t get to the ear drum. It felt so good when the Otolaryngologist was vacuuming my ear canal that I apparently started moaning. He stopped mid procedure to ask me to quiet down as it was just he and I in the room and he was concerned that someone might think that something improper was happening. LOL. It felt great although it was a bit sensitive.

    As bad as I feel for these patients, again I love watching "skin peels" but also when the contents are to the opening of the ear canal.😍❤
    I love seeing the huge pieces come out in one huge "chunk" piece.
    Thank you Mr. Niel for showing/explaining these procedures to us.
    Great job again my friend. 🤔👍🏻💝
    God bless 👑🙏🏻🕊🌹🌹🌹

    Good job. I had a bad ear ache and had to go to the doctor. I couldn't hear either. The wax had become so hard, the doctor had to break it up. He said it was like a rock. Took him 3 hours to clear one ear out.

    Hi Mr Whisperer
    Since the ear canal was widened, did it or does it retract after removing the wax?

    • @candismalli
      @candismalli 2 года назад +6

      Keratosis obturans makes the canal permanently widened. Also the natural motion of the skin & wax migrating out is permanently interrupted so they have to get regular cleanings to remove it when that happens.

    My boyfriend is currently suffering from severe ear pain, he's had his ears looked at and no infection but they said he has a massive imbedded plug of ear was right inside his ear, they don't offer removal apparently on nhs, but told him to use eardrops 5 times a day for 2 weeks to soften it. We are using bicarb drops as atm they have proven better removal.
