I would love to see a before and after hearing test just to see how much better they can hear after removing all of that buildup.

My the hearing in my right ear was probably around 20% if that much. I went to a clinic and they got a piece of wax about 3/4-inch and it was hard as a rock. The hearing was instantly back to normal. But they could not get all the wax out because it is so deep and attached to the drum. I'm using softeners now for 3 more days and have to go back.

I remember back when i was a kid, I had to see a doctor about every 18 months to have my ears cleaned. The way it was done then was filling a large stainless steel syringe with warm water and squirting it into my ear canal to irrigate the wax out while I held a kidney shaped bowl. After my ears were clean, I remember having very sensitive hearing for the rest of the day. Waking the next morning my hearing was back to normal.

Good work Neel. It is not about how big a plug of wax you remove in one piece. What is more important is getting it all out in a comfortable manner for the patient. Your technique is excellent. The patient must have been so relieved to be rid of that lot out of his ears.

Magic hands for such a tiny place. I am very weird about doctors even looking in my ears but after watching you I'm much less apprehensive about it and have stopped putting cotton swabs past the opening of my ear canal. I'm quite lucky because my ear wax comes out very naturally so no more digging into my ear canals. I wasn't aware of the damage I could cause doing this. And I'm from the States so unfortunately doctors aren't as thorough as you.

This is the second video where you've mentioned that family has told the patient they needed to get their hearing sorted before Christmas. I feel bad for those patients. It feels like no one is encouraging them to go because they're concerned for the patient's quality of life, just ease of their own. Sure it can be frustrating to communicate with someone who has reduced hearing, but imagine what it's like for them!

I Love These Videos I Live All Stuff Like This lol. You Do Such Great Job and I Love How You Walk Us Through The Video in Stead Of Being Quiet. I Want To Get My Ears Done So Bad, Not The Water Flushing Way I Think That's So Boring and I Feel Like You Get All The Wax Out and Get to See The Whole Thing.
