Miku sensei is a very good teacher. I really enjoyed learning Nihongo by watching your videos. I just started watching last month since I got here jn Japan.
is it could also be translated as 'let's clean before the kids wake up!' thank you so much for your videos!!!!! I find them so helpful. I also do your shadowing which is brilliant.
You are amazing. I tried to understand the nuance of the difference between 間に and うちに, but couldn't. Your explanation is amazing, so easy to understand! Thank you so much^^
Her videos are so amazing. Is anyone in the comments subscribed to her learning products?? I am so interested in joining but I haven't made the commitment yet. I would love to hear some reviews!
I hope you don't mind me sharing the words/phrases I liked the most! to scold/to chide,叱る/𠮟る/呵る/しかる I should buy a bunch while they're having a sale,セールのうちにいっぱい買った方がいい/セールのうちにたくさん買った方がいい Let's run away now (before they notice),今のうちに逃げよう different places,色んなところ/色々なところ/いろいろなところ I wanna go to lots of places while I'm in Japan,日本にいるうちに色んなところに行きたい to go on adventures,冒険する/ぼうけんする we should go on adventures while we're young,若いうちに冒険した方がいい You should study foreign languages while you're young,若いうちに外国語を勉強した方がいい Eat it while it's warm - eh?,暖かいうちに食べてね I wanna have grandkids while I'm energetic,元気なうちに孫が欲しい Eat it before it gets cold - eh?,冷めないうちに食べてね Let's go before it rains,雨が降らないうちに行こう I'm gonna read a book before bed,寝る前に本を読む I became fond of Japanese while watching anime,アニメを見てるうちに日本語が好きになった/アニメを見てる間に日本語が好きになった I became able to play guitar,ギターが弾けるようになった I became able to speak Japanese,日本語が話せるようになった I fell asleep before I knew it,知らないうちに寝てた while I don't realize/without realizing,気づかないうちに to fall in love with someone,誰のことが好きになる for a while,しばらく a new ramen shop was built in our neighbourhood,近所に新しいラーメン屋ができた while I'm in Japan,日本にいるうちに I changed some of the wording just so that it's shorter and more casual for me to rehearse (I'm a relaxed person... I think)... Now I'm gonna memorize these and watch the video again! Thanks again Miku san! You're the best!
for the sentence "I fell in love with saki without realizing." would it also be acceptable to say きづかないでさきのことがすきになってた? is it more natural to say ないうちに in this situation or do both sound ok? thanks for any replies.
I wondered the same thing. My first though was 気付かないで but I guess it’s missing the nuance of “before I knew it”. I think 気付かないでサキのことが好きになってた would be more like “I didn’t realise I had fallen in love with Saki” instead of “Before I knew it/realised it, I had fallen in love with Saki”. But I’m still a beginner so I’d love to know what the difference is
ミク先生すみません。 X; "How do you think you can say..?' と言われない。毎回この 表現を使って。。変です。 Y;"How do you think you say..?" といいって方がc完璧です。 Or.. Y;"How do you say..?" "Can" means capable. In a guess situation, it's not used. You say "How do you think you can say?" each time, so I don't mean to belittle your output. You have a lot of great videos. THey're all good. It would be wrong of me to not mention it, because you speak such good English and it's just alittle thing that sounds really strange each time. じゃあね。日本語を教えてくれた本当ありがとござうます。

My favorite Japanese teacher. Thank you for your hard work.
Wow you really stepped it up this video with the small touches on the edits! As always, great examples and clear/concise explanations.
That makes sense. "うちに" conveys/causes a greater sense of urgency 🤔 Thanks Miku-sensei! 🤓
