I've never fried tortillas for enchiladas before! Was it worth the effort?
I love corn tortillas and use them as my default for at-home tacos and whatnot, but in my mind if I fried them and then tried to roll them they would crack/fall apart -- is that not the case and I'm just being scared for no reason LOL@@sei.tsukino
Yummy, and you can make it fully vegetarian by using veggie broth instead of chicken.
