@@BasementBrandon I was considering rogues c70 barbell. I need something that is shorter for my home gym. Do you have any other recommendations for smaller barbells?
Man you just keep going! Nice job on the 9k man and for me over here its just the regular bar from Titan but I like it very much it's my first barbell upgrade so far. Had an entry level one to begin with.
It’s….. Tiime… loll love it, this bar was on sale for $140 Canadian last week on their site. thanks for the review, helped me make a informed decision before I pulled the trigger can’t wait to receive it, cheers brother
Got mine in blue. cost me 231.00 last year.....got it through walmart website 3rd party seller. So far its gold.... im a home gym lifter and i do not go super heavy.......so this will last forever.
Bro that red is Fire!! Great review too. Needing a new barbell coming up soon. Love my economy barbell from Titan but an extra bar is always needed LOL
I ordered the same bar through amazon, and it didn’t come with that packaging. It was a rectangular box with no end caps. The packaging got damaged, and one end of the bar got all scratched and marked as if it was dragged over concrete. Waiting for UPs to pick it up and for my replacement to be shipped again. Hope it doesn’t suffer the same fate.
Thank you for your content. 1st time home gym builder here in 2023 and I’m learning a lot. I want to invest in a long term 29mm barbell with a budget under $500. I like a grippy knurl that you can really feel, but I don’t want to rip up my hands with 350lb rackpulls. Can you share any insight you might have in comparing the below 4? I haven’t held any and the Synergee looks like a bargain. Rep Fitness Deep Knurl Power EX in full stainless end to end. Goes for $450 or if on sale $320. Mountain knurl with tight TPI Iron skull power bar full cerakote end to end, volcano knurl $325 Rogue Aggro 2x $510 volcano knurl, stainless shaft, Matt black sleeves $510 Synergee Rhino volcano knurl. Cerakote shaft, phosphorous sleeves $228
No matter how awesome, how many gainz included, I'm talking even if it did the laundry - I just couldn't get it. The name reminds me too much of corporate buzz-speak. Only so much of that one can take. Maybe post retirement... Hey.... there's an idea!
I thought I was the only person who owned a Synergy bar although I have a different one. It was the 2nd bar I ever brought. The 1st bar I brought from another was way too cheap feeling but once I touched the Synergy bar I realized why bars are a big deal because of the feel. Now I want an even better bar from a competitor with a more aggressive knurling.
I have the synergee cerakote bar and their regional bar, and I personally find the regional has a more aggressive knurling and compares very similar in use. I'd recommend it for sure.
@@NoFate247 I have the black phosphate regional bar, and while I wouldn't call the knurling aggressive by any means, it is definitely gripper and not as mild as ghe cerakote bar. When it comes to heavier lifting, I find myself going to the regional bar, but higher rep days, barbell cycling and overhead work shifts over to the cerakote bar.
I find bars like this exceedingly difficult to justify. At $230, I can pickup a rogue boneyard bar and have money left over. For Just a little bit more, I can pickup an echo bar. I just don't see the value for any of these import bars. They seem like they are coasting from a time when importing a bar was much cheaper.
These bars are def. going up. My only concern with the Boneyard is that you roll the dice and get a dud or something you wish was better. How's your luck been with boneyard?
@@NoFate247 i was really looking at the titan t3 then get the extension and the lat attachment now with the ares i am thinking maybe i need a rep 4000 lol not sure i will really be able to afford it but i have at least another year before i outgrow my current squat rack with lat attachment.
IMO it’s an alright barbell but i wasn’t impressed with it. For the same price the signature fitness barbell also on Amazon was surprisingly decent and I liked the feel of it better. Just my opinion.
What barbell are you rocking in your home gym?
Synergee Barbell: iheartsynergee.com?sca_ref=1294200.YxNDXA0zbP
Code: NoFate247

Does your discount code no longer work?
all of my synergee bars have always been delivered in perfect shape.
OK, so clearly mine was an outlier and the customer service was wicked good, clearly they stand behind their products
If basement Brandon has one, then I’m buying.
Gonna order the 5’ for my home gym. My rogue traditional bar is too wide for my home gym.
@JC-wz9mc how big is your home gym
@@JC-wz9mc *had some. I think typically for the lower price they're decent. Def not high end, but seem to package things well from my experience.

One bar is all you need but I long doing these reviews, and the black and red matches my home gym. Road to ten k starts now
Still think the tru grit one was a steal
Oh heck yeah it was, I got one and it's already back to over $200
Yeah I saw that. $116 with free shipping was giving it away

Wow that's killer it's 240 USD MSRP. I'm going to wait for a sale then as 140 Canadian is like 105 usd
My Rogue Stainless steel Ohio Power Bar is the jewel of my bars. It isn’t even close.
What's that run new these days?

Yeah good to have an extra but I definitely don't necessarily need more than one. Fun if you can set up stations. How much you pay for the titan

I will try to get my hands on it. Thanks for watching and subscribing. What barbell do you have
I use the barbell for dead’s and the knurling feels great to me but I do use chalk.
Absolutely great bar. I know some want volcano knurling for deadlifts but I can absolutely use this to deadlift
save money so you can get that ares for a rep 4000 lol lol that thing looks amazing ???
Praying my wife doesn't see this comment, trying to think of ways to explain it to her 😂
