I bought a "kid" bar, that weighs 25 lbs, the handle is the same diameter as a standard olympic bar, its just much shorter. I got it for my kids and my wife, but i use it to practice form for snatches and clean and jerk and for warm ups before going to my bar
Can I use a 6 ft bar instead of a 7 ft bar my new bedroom is a little bit smaller than the other one just bought a two bedroom condo with my wife thanks
If you cant fit with a 7ft bar and not bang the walls, then a 6 ft will definitely be better than you cant use, itll weigh different so youll have to use math,
You should buy a quality, made in the USA, Strength Co. barbell.
If you tease a bookshelf, you ought to do a bookshelf tour.
Excellent video thanks 🏋️

stainless steel or raw steel are probably best for knurling, but its really not that big a deal
The best one will always be the one you'll buy next 😅😅
