Hi, how thick is the case without the holster? (in cm?)
And what Lens Protector do you use?
Lens protector was included with the AmFilm screen protector I did a video on, but I assume any lens protector would work. The thickness in 3.3528cm (from otterbox website)

Hey. I just bought symetry series black case for s23 plus. But my s23 is cream color Like yours and when i put the case on the case doesent cover the aluminum frame completly and because the frame on cream s23 is silver you can see a thin silver line of the frame while the black case is on. It bothers me alot because the case doesent cover the frame completly and make the front of the phone completly black. There is a silver line between screen and the black case. Its driving me insane. Does your defender case cover the silver frame completly?i think im gonna buy a new black cese from defender series if the silver frame is fully coverd with the case.Can you answer plese. Does defender case cover silver frame completly?if it does i will pred Defender series. You have defender or defender pro?
When I had it on I didn't notice silver line between the case. If you look at the video the only silver line you see is for the earpiece

@@PuffMcDougal Ok. I have switched to black Defender case now. No frame is visable. I Got used to black Symetry and i the silver line visable because i put a very good wallpaper and i liked it. But now i switched to Defender case and i like Defender way more. The front of the phone is all black now and protection for the phone is way better. And the texture of the case is on another level. Also i have instaled tempered glass screen protector. Zero fingerprints seen and no scratches either. I would recomend you to do the same.
Mine won't fit even I ordered s23 plus phone case of otterbox defender case
Make sure its S23 Plus ! I didnt have issues with mine, you may have to get a replacement

Drop the phone in motion whilst walking at first pocket height then chest height onto the ground outside.

Outside that everything you're saying is meaningless.
The otterbox defender series are already drop tested at many different levels. Dropping a phone in a case at chest level into the ground is going to be ok for the majority of cases out there. I’m mainly describing the cases feel, how to install it it, and looking at features of the case. That’s why in the beginning I always mention the drop ratings.
@@FIREWOLFTECH Since when does anyone take what a manufacturer says at face value? "Only fools" that's why independent live tests are done, to either verify or trash their claims.
I've had many phones state many things most of them were b.s for advertising (under optimum conditions) life is never optimal. So it's enormously important.

That’s very true and I see your point. But to test what a manufacturer says (in this case military drop tests) would mean I would have to really rigorously live test those claims 😅
At this point, from many years of using cases, i can tell what cases are high quality and feel more protected (kind of like feeling if a jacket/sweater will keep you warmer)
honestly. if you think that this case doesnt protect your phone enough. you are just insane. this is the probably the most protecting case there is
