Last life was the craziest season, there was so much going on, the most people took part in it and we had memorable moments like Scar losing 5 lifes in a single session, the wither fight, lots of end crystals, the whole "Ah-HA" thing in the south lands, boogie kils, Grian ending Mumbo's series and the final battle royale

It's one thing to do the same thing for a one off video, but for a whole season is a different story. I think part of the charm is that it's different every time, because there's new things to adapt to and it changes how everyone behaves. In third life, people were mostly focused on their main objective of survival, so you didn't see as much strategy and bartering as you do in Last Life, where part of the game is managing lives and bartering, as well as forming alliances. Then, Double Life adds a whole new danger in that you have to look out for your partner, which made everyone focus on not only themselves, but also their partners whereabouts and coming up with ways to split the duos apart to focus their attacks on one of the pair. Limited Life was a breath of air where lives themselves weren't as limited, but because of the time crunch and the benefit of gaining time after each kill, players were more lenient to resulting to kills early in the season, and forming things such as skynet to provide a statistical advantage. And finally, we have Secret Life. Unlike prior seasons, it's hard to tell when someone is trying to sabotage you as anything could be justified by considering it part of someone's task. This adds the challenge of using your intuition to come up with conclusions of someone's behavior with little information. Grian has done an outstanding job thinking outside of the box on how to make everyone's goals each season feel different, making everyone's behavior different, and thus making every interaction, fight, alliance, and betrayal always pack the same punch no matter what season it is. I am excited for the next twist of whatever upcoming series will take Secret Life's shoes when it is all said and done, and that's why I prefer the one of each concept rule Grian has stuck to.

I am 95% certain he wouldn't've gotten killed by Bdubs in the first place if he was a yellow life. Granted, the series would've still been different, but not to as much of an extent as we that.

Last life was my first ever life series I watched, I watched it from Scotts POV at the time and it introduced me to lots of creators and empires smp. So thanks last life, you'll always have a special place in my heart for introducing me to so many wonderful creators 😊

I'm thinking a target system for next season. Anti boogy, someone gets picked as the target and it's kept secret for 10 minutes(giving them time to prepare) then it's revealed and the first to kill the target gets some bonus. Bonus depends on other mechanics that need to be figured out but I'd love to see it. Maybe even combine it with a boogie and if boogie kills the target first it gets a double bonus.

I feel like keeping the they-die-you-die would make the different time loss almost useless. Also, if your idea also includes shared hearts, I think Martyn said they probably wouldn't do that again, due to some issues with regen

I think this was the best of the Life series so far imo, This one was the funniest to watch for me I remember coming home from school and watching like all the perspectives of this one
something I love about this series is the slow change in the map. all of these start looking like a hermitcraft world, everything is fine, all the builds are coming together, ect ect. then it starts going to battle dome. you can see the builds slowly fall into decay as people scramble to keep the bases they once had as sacred places of safety doomed to fall. well that's my bout to of stuffs. love your stuff G (or should I call you grain?)
