Gave the guy the inside lane and he got the jump on us, must be cheapin out and not using 93 octane. We're in a '24 Mustang Ecoboost (A10 obviously as no manual is available).
I had a '21 GT, the dynamic is different in the Ecoboost and I've come to like it more. 13.8ish in the quarter mile is fast enough for this old guy :-) Also, the Ecoboost grunt and turbo noises have grown on me, drive or ride in one at WOT in drag mode and report back. :-)
@@DouglasBeCorvetteManic146 would rather be in a gt, been in plenty of turbo 4 cylinders, and would prefer a v8, although the fake engine noises have become very good especially with vw group products.
@@tysonchickennuggetsI'm semi retired and poor lol I dumped my 2000 FRC on trade and stroked a $22,000 check (cash) for this baby. The extra $10k ish for a GT would have wiped out my money market shrug lol

i thought ecoboosts were faster. it sounds like a vw, which isnt a bad thing, but if ur gonna get a weekend car the gt is better.
