Do you know of a school with a trade program that can benefit from this type of training? Share this video! Let's inspire the next generation to RISE. BOOM!
TITANS of CNC: Academy in my school (in Austria) we already have workshop lessons and we desineing parts at the computer and produce them it is very nice and at the moment we are makeing a stirling motor.✌👍 Nice video
This is incredible! I love what you’re doing Titan! You will be responsible for starting hundreds of family-supporting careers! I got into the industry via a Dept of Defense grant program teaching G&M code programming at Schoolcraft College in Livonia MI. Their program was revolutionized by a local shop owner too.
This is so cool when I was in the high school I had to show my shop teacher how to run a lathe after I fixed it. I think it was a jet 10 x 30 manual lathe.
I’m from Arkansas I’m a machinist not very experienced but I’m getting there . I only had a training on haas like two days then they moved me to night shift. I was a little concerned and confused about it but my man TITAN never let me down and help me with his videos all the time. Now when they ask me who trained you ? The answer is TITAN . that’s all. Thanks I hope I’ll see you one day in person. Edgar.
I wish my high school would’ve had opportunities like this. These kids will be light years ahead of most people in the work force by the time they get out there in the real world. So cool! Real world experience right in high school! Go get it guys and gals.
At 29 I ended up doing prison time and having to start my life over. I was in a halfway house on parole and I saw an ad in the paper for a school in the city I lived advertising CNC operating certification. I went to my counselor and enrolled immediately. 6 Years later and now I'm an instructor in that very same school. The sad truth was that they couldn't find anyone else to do it, but I was referred to teach by the company who gave me my first job as a CNC milling setup/operator. The program has evolved immensely since I took over but we are still lacking in many departments. I love what I do and I'm trying desperately to inspire a new generation of machinists. Seeing Stuart is doing the same thing made me smile, reaffirms my love and dedication to this.
Wow! This should be done at my school where we only have one cnc lathe which is super old and no teacher knows how to operate it. I would seriously consider moving from Holland to USA just to go to that school! That school makeover is just awesome! Keep doing what you do Titan, you really make people like me motivated to get into (cnc)machining. Thank you!

% O001 N01 G00 X0 Y0 Z0 I'm 50 years old, from Plymouth Ma. an unfortunate turn of events pushed me away from being a Well Driller "for the better part of 30 years" & into CNC machining. I just finished a class on CNC basics as well as manufacturing basics, our teacher "Matt" on occasion would use "TITAN CNC" videos during our class to show certain points of interest which you clearly explain. TITAN CNC videos were the highlight of EACH class. I luckily passed both courses "thanks alot in part to your video's Titan", graduation was yesterday June 15th, 2018 So, I just wanted to say "Thank you" to you Titan as well as Stuart & the rest of your employee's who also participate in your videos, also, a HUGE thanks to our teacher, Matt H.who introduced ud to your existence. I must say, at 50 years old it can be scary starting over, however, you guys helped make the transition that much easier Titan CNC videos are so much easier to understand as well as relate to on a personal & professional level. Much more so than those boring outdated monotone British CNC English CNC videos which contain ZERO personality. Thanks, TITAN! If my wife & I lived out West Id definitely apply at your shop! Remember "There's no place like G28... Sincerely Rick M BOOM! %
Its a great trade to be in.Good luck. Im also a fan of Cabby shack in Plymouth Ma when on vacation , A clam chowder that you can stand the spoon up straight in and it stays there , mmmm Rondal N Peoria Illinois
These kids are our future & teaching them a skill in high school that can be a career when they get into the real world without a mountain of debt is an investment in our future. This is a fantastic example of making America great again.
Love to see this. I'm from the uk (south) and we are still years behind this level of investment in to education. I would love to see this happening near me. I have seen friends that have got the skill and pick it up fast but the method of teaching is so slow and out dated that most of them had to give up and just get in to work however they could as Bill's needed paying. And machining just wasn't an option as the methods taught one up to the same standard as machinist job shops need from their employees. I'm fighting to get where I wonna be every day studying after work and all i can say is thank you to the titans of cnc family for making your content I watch you every day and you have a unique and brilliant way of teaching complicated stuff making it easyer for me to understand what, why, when, and how to apply the skill you demonstrate. So thanks you are helping change my life :)
You really did something great ! I am 28 years old and I live in Wuhan, China. I work in machining for 7 years. Although China and the United States are competitors now , But from my personal point of view, I hope that the United States can bring back those job opportunities. China has eaten enough people's dividends. It is time to think about the future.
Titan I'm really happy that you're taking the time to provide, teach, guide our future to the level of existence and push forward to better themselves. Please keep up the encouragement for the kids.
Titan I just am learning how to program as a sophomore and from watching your videos wants me to continue with the trade and btw some of your parts are awesome to even imagine... Thanks Titan BOOM
Thank you for Creating this !!!!! You and Your shop are Amazing !!! I'm literally Crying Because this is the support We need!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love Titans Of CNC! Come By Seven Stock in SoCal This year.
Properly heart warming stuff. Fantastic academy you have their Titan, really really good of you to pour your heart and sole into teaching us. Thank you once again from the UK.
Love your ethics and determination of reteaching young adults into making manufacturing cool again. When I had my business I had the passion to try and do what you are doing, even when I was part time teaching CNC. But business owners only wanted the money but not reinvest back into their staff or equipment.
thats awesome. I did welding when I was in HS because that was all that was offered. I know I would be much further along in my career if machining was offered when I was in HS.
to become industrial country ,these kind of stuff is really needed.im 40 plus years old and over than 20 years in welding work ,i guess ,im gonna switch
9 minutes of awesomeness unbelevible and indescribable feeling I'm having at this moment really titan I wish I can meet you and I wish having mony and oportunity to help students just like you do when I see people like I say the world is still fine.
Wow!this is good stuff. I'm an engineer managing machinist but I'm not train in practical work. I do hope I can be as skillfull as my machinists so that I can make better decisions at work.
This is exactly what corporations should be investing their money into, our kids and their future here in America as well as getting the U.S.A. back into the production race, BOOM!
In my country CNC machining is at it's infancy and the investment of a CNC is always dismissed as something dedicated to mass production or more complex parts, but pushing the limits of manual machining can only get you so far business wise and I would like to know if there is a good controller simulator to practice on before I am able to break the bank?
Hope there are jobs for these folks. I have a degree in machine tool, and a work emphasis in CNC machining. I now work in food retail. Machine tool was probably the biggest mistake in my life. Almost no jobs to be had, machine shops closing up left and right, manufacturing moving to China. My opinion is to run from this trade, at least in the midwest. I would not waste my time on a trade that is dying so fast around here at least.
This video is great, I say the same thing all the time. Your training kids on techniques 40 years old and charging 18,000-20,000 USD per student. (Schools differ) Its Bananas everyone.
Love that you see it too. We've got to get the word out and show what is possible! We hope that this inspires teachers and students, but the real change will come from digging in to the Academy and learning the trade.
Yes, but not the way that some people seem to think. 3D Printing (additive manufacturing) is an additional manufacturing technology. As it stands, additive manufacturing isn't replacing any previously existing technology. Additive manufacturing is capable of producing parts that have features that are impossible (very difficult) to machine. CNC Machining is capable of producing parts that have features that cannot be achieved via additive manufacturing alone.

Titan, you are the man! Rather than BS college, learning this early is the way to go for America. Boom!
Most colleges today simply indoctrinate their students. They we are not allowed to question what is taught, only parrot

Serious question which I can understand if it would remain unanswered: does *3-D printing* changes things?.
3d printing is cheaper, but the processes used don't really translate to a mill or lathe beyond a very basic level.
