I'm always amazed when Gordon adds a "touch" of butter like 5 times.
Fat is a good flavor carrier, i think his dishes only tastes grate because of the fat he sneaks in
(nothing against him but i could thought)
Olive oil in. Salt, peppah, Buttah, done.
Yeah, seriously all his food is crazy fatty
I have read that your dinner, when you eat at a very upscale restaurant, contains between 2 and 4 cubes of butter. That is why it tastes so much better than the version you make at home.
If you worked in a kitchen you would be amazed at the amount of fat that goes into making a meal.
"The excess flour really helps to thicken the sauce "
" shake off the excess flour "
xEmixalx yeah noticed that too
xEmixalx just like when he sometimes says: "a knob of butter" and proceeds to throw in a pack of butter 😂😂😂
Actually it's true tho... You have to roll meant into flower and get rid of the excess in most stews and gravy based dishes. If you don't get rid of the excess the flower will form balls and cook on their own rendering your sauce lumpy and really gross.
xEmixalx THATS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS THINKING!!
Hahahahah so fucking true
Gordon: 1 finger front, 2 finger behind
Jack: nice
"Start, literally, cooking the chicken"
Next level culinary technique by Gordon today.
*scatman's world starts playing*
the more you know [insert the star]
There’s no metaphorical cooking here, no sir
@0:32 "The excess flour helps thicken the sauce"
@0:35 "SHAKE OFF THE EXCESS FLOUR"
lmao
Badicus Vibesimus lol I was suprised by it too🤔
Badicus Vibesimus maybe he doesn't want a thick sauce
Bec Gordon really wanted to use the lamb sauce thats why
😂😂
"Remove your eyebrows"
*Shaves eyebrows midway cooking recipe*
I don't like to add so many extra ingredients when I want to enjoy my olive oil.
I miss the old cameramen, where I can observe the microstructure of the ingredients
Koo Jun vui i got fuckin whiplash off that guy
😂
It’s the same cameraman, the editor just stopped doing coke.
Comedy hour on coke
'Remove your eyebrows' I don't know why I laughed so hard.
This is what I like to see. Just cooking delicious food. No drama, reality show BS.
“remove your eye brows” HAD ME DEAD 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
"The flavour is incredible" - an often forgotten about line that is classic ramsay.
I removed my eyebrows but the sauce was still bland... help??
Elijah Burton Haha
No you're doing it right
Did u add a knob of butter?
Add a touch of salt, pepper and olive oil.
Elijah Burton did the singed hairs fall IN the sauce? That's the key. The caramelized hair gives it a depth of flavor. Done.
This looks really good. Just from the kinds of ingredients used one can tell there's a real depth of flavour. Gordon seems to have a great appreciation for different ingredients and how they can come together.
Gordon's wife: We're out of lube.....
Gordon: Olive oil in.
haha nice
Punctuation was slightly incorrect. It should be: "Olive oil. In."
]
Get that nice and hot
Just slide it in. Done.
I'm about to cook the most amazing frozen pizza. But, more importantly, I'm going to smoke a joint first.
THE MOST AMAZING
Ramsey's video's has the best comments section hands down on RUclips 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I'm dead 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Not really.... Check out Marco Pierre White 😉
Bro couldn't agree more
Made this recipe but replaced the flour with cocaine, fucking excellent idea you should all try it
Tom Windsor lmao
Comment of the year
Neel Bhave 7 hours later and it's a fucking awful idea don't even bother
Where do I get the cocaine? Publix or Wholefoods and is it expensive?
Nino would have been able to double the amount of cocaine you used, and come back for seconds.
When he said “remove your eyebrows” I died laughing, but of course I had to season my coffin with salt & pepper before I got in it.
I just made this for supper tonight. The recipe is generous enough for two people. I'm not sure about adding the diced lemon to the sauce in the end and my polenta was a total bust :( I'll be eating the other half of the chicken breast tomorrow with the left over sauce in the pan with egg noodles. It was fun trying and will attempt more of Chef Ramsey's recipes from now on.
Upsydasy Me That's awesome!
Upsydasy Me I planned on omitting the chunks of lemon myself and you just confirmed it. Thanks :)
Upsydasy Me If in your personal taste you didn't like the addition of the diced Lemons, then don't add it again the next time you make the dish. Maybe try a diced Orange (Citrus) of some kind you may like as substitute and see how that work instead vs the Lemons. But if you don't like that either, then absolutely just leave the part out about the lemons and don't add it. Gordon gave you a roadmap guideline for making the dish. But you certainly can change things up as you see fit in personalizing the recipe to "Your Own" taste or style. That's the beauty of recipes, they're like guides, but you can improvise to making it your own. But taste it in the end to see how you like it or if your missing anything else you could add to your taste..
Excellent! I've yet to lose with any of his recipes--in his restaurants or at home. The man is classically trained and highly experienced, under the best chefs in Europe and on his own. Nobody reaches his level unless their work is extraordinary. I'm glad he's doing simple classics for us; Julia Child did the same thing, as did Jacques Pepin. All three are highly reliable sources for well-above-average dishes!
You've completely missed the point. I love lemons and the point of learning a new recipe, as I did here, is to add your personal touch AFTER you tried it the first time. It is completely obvious that you don't keep making something if you don't like the result. Why don't you try it before criticising someone else's efforts. At least you'll know what you're talking about.
The amount of secrets he just let me in on is insane
1 finger in front, 2 behind, add nob of butter. Beautifully done.
🤣🤣🤣 so.... one in the pink and 2 in the stink?
I’m making this into a game now. Taking a shot every time he says “touch of butter” lol
Huge fan of anything Chef Ramsay does ❤️
I make my own poor person version of this and I love it. Was never really confident with chicken but this video opened a new door for me. Thanks for spreading your genius Chef Ramsay.
"That is a beautiful, amazing, incredible chicken cacciatore" OKAY GORDON WE GET IT HAHAHA
Italians are shaking their heads and rolling their eyes.
I don't understand why he always jumps in the video 😂😂
That's how you elevate your palette
Gordon: couple tablespoons of tomato sauce
Recipe: 8 oz of tomato sauce
“REMOVE THE EYEBROWS” IM DEAD
Gordon's most used words
*Most importantly

"Remove your eyebrows" 😂😂1:49
Thank you Gordon Ramsay I'm actually following in your footsteps thanks for teaching me how to cook your great teacher I actually want to be like you one day
take a shot everytime he says "the secret is"
Wow. Thank you for the amazing experience.
this is an awesome recipe. I was looking for him to do chicken Cacciatore. the recipe I used was 70% similar
My first try turned out delicious! The side vegetable and greens must be eaten with the chicken in each bite, I think, for the full cacciatore flavor. Bravo Gordon.
Beautiful!!! Real Mediterranean food!
This looks really nice. I'm definitely giving this a shot.
The secret to making the most amazing video guide is to keep it entertaining, but more importantly, cram as many memes into five minutes as you can. This gives the audience lulz, but more importantly, youll win your bet with the cameraman about how many times you can say “more importantly” in a video.
Wonderful thanks:)
Me watching this while eating my instant ramen:
Hmm yes delicious indeed
Statement A - But more importantly - Statement B
Yummy! Thank you. 👍💕
I thought he said "That is burnt at the end" and just imagined him yelling at himself
drink every time he says "more importantly"
Ray Nalley who else reads that in his voice?
Drink every time he said "just *insert action*"
"the secret is..."
and "literally"
drink every time he says "Touch of butter"
"A little touch of butter." -- puts a huge chuck of butter in every single thing literally
MyVery1st that's because he's studied under French cooks. The French love their butter.
You should go to France. Literally half a stick of butter to make each croissant or it's not considered genuine.
It's verry unecessary
That's why you aren't a master chef bruh
"A teaspoon of olive oil" pours half a bottle
Hmm yummy I will try to cook that for my study cookery :)
Is Gordon aging backwards?
Ghost Dragon idk but let's put him on the list of possible vampires with Gerard Way, Jared Leto, Billie Joe Armstrong and Pharrell Williams lol
Done lol
Botox and hair transplants does that ^^
No, he just got an allergic reaction to a bee sting
Las N Lee huh lol what. I read recently that he had plastic surgery but not botox because his own children were mocking him because of his wrinkles. Poor guy
:(
I've seen many versions on here(YT),by Italian and American Italian Cooks and personally I think their efforts are more appealing!.Yet he's the one with the name,Rep&TV shows!!
I may have found the perfect drinking game.
Take a shot anytime Gordon says
Sort of
Kinda of
Just
Literally
Game won't last more than 2 min
Looks really good 👍

Anybody elses mouth start watering. That looks so good !
You are amazing Mr. Chef
"lightly season" - proceeds to drop the dead sea in the pan
bravissimo, un fenomeno!
Fabulous.
I hope gordon realizes he is a living meme
A living meme, true, but he is also truly a great culinary artist. His financial status and Michelin stars are proof positive, methinks.
His commentary and bodily mannerisms while on camera *are* hilarious, though.
probably has something to do with the fact that most people don't know how to cook... and think they do.
@@CodyRockLee13 ok lol.
Gordon in the bedroom: “a touch of truffle butter”….
Un arte tiene este hombre omg 😱
Amazing
1:49 "Remove Your Eyebrows" LMAO.
Que bien cocina....con contundencia de sabores
Although i am a vegetarian but love all of your recipies.
He always says 'more importantly' lol
also "from there" "now" "most beautiful" "literally"
"Lightly season."
Proceeds to dump an entire salt mine on the onions.
The secret here is that there is no secret.
Hit the blunt everytime you hear chicken
I made this at home. It tastes amazing😋😋😋
I have now seen at least 3 different versions of chicken cacciatore. Pasquale Sciarappa uses green and red peppers with onions, garlic and oill cured black olives and hand squeezed whole tomatoes and finishes it off in a 400 degree oven. Lidia Bastianich uses peppers and shitake mushrooms, omits the olives and cooks everything on the stovetop. Gordon only uses onions and tomato sauce and green olives and capers. I have to try all 3 before I pick a favorite. Of course presentation wise Gordon's looks the best.
This is the most simple and delicious chicken cacciatore recipe ever
Ramsay with his wife :
Door opened. Closed. I'm behind you. It's in. Perfect
😂
Just made it amazing. used cheesy nachos as bread crumb 👌🏻
Looks Scrumptuous!!!
"Deglaze the pan... Remove your eyebrows!!"😂😂😂

"Just a teaspoon of olive oil"
-invades Iraq
Al Al 🤣🤣🤣 truth!
Al Al stop copy pls
Ever see how much oil Marco Pierre White considers a “touch?” You’d need a whole olive tree.
Wow! Beautifully done Gordon! When's dinner? :)
Gracias 😊
Every single video ever ¨add just a touch of BUTTAAAA¨ for everything XD
Estupenda comida
''incredible'' ''amazing'' ''extraordinary''
Literally every step is the dish's secret
That......is......beautiful, amazing, incredible
