Easy Cinnamon Apple Pancakes Recipe

- Fluffy pancakes loaded with tangy sweet apple is the ultimate breakfast treat and it’s so easy. If you’ve never tried adding shredded apple to your pancakes, you’re in for a treat.

DRY INGREDIENTS:
* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
* 2 tsp baking powder
* 1/2 tsp baking soda
* 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
* 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
WET INGREDIENTS:
* 2 cups low-fat buttermilk
* 2 large eggs
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 3 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
* 2 green apples or 1 lb, peeled and coarsely grated (2 cups)
* 2 Tbsp light olive oil, plus more as needed to sauté

I’ve only made these pancakes about five times in the last week. Lol they are so fantastic and my whole family loves them. I actually use oat flour and/or gluten-free flour and it still works out great! ❤

One of my favorite ways to enjoy pancakes. I can't wait to try this recipe as I usually just add apple topping! SHARKY was on the spatula handle when adding the grated apples.

After tasting my mother's apple pancake recipe (an old Betty Crocker recipe), I always said that apple pancakes are better than banana pancakes! No doubt. Natasha, you never disappoint and congratulations for going past the 3 million mark for subscribers!

I just made this with regular whole milk (I didn’t have any buttermilk) and it is AMAZING!!!!! ESPECIALLY with the baked apples!!! This is the only pancake recipe I’ll be using , it’s THAT good😋

This reminds me of my grandmother's apple pancakes. Also a big yes on cinnamon. :-)
I recommend not buying cinnamon anymore. I discovered a wonderful hack. There is a product called PUMPKIN PIE SPICE. It is mostly cinnamon anyway but has a few other spices in it like powdered ginger and nutmeg and cardimom. I call it 'enhanced cinnamon" and you can use it for any recipe calling for cinnamon.

I use coconut oil in my frying pan making my pancakes crispy! My grand children absolutely love them cooked this way and one of them only eats pancakes his MeeMa (Thats me!) makes!
