- How to Make Oatmeal Pancakes at Home | Quick and FLUFFY Pancake Recipe
Apple and Oatmeal Pancakes Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup (approximately 80 grams) oatmeal
2 tablespoons (approximately 30 grams) all-purpose flour
2 large apples, peeled and diced
20 grams butter
300 milliliters milk
1 egg
Olive oil (for greasing)
Instructions:
Hello guys, today I’ll show you how to quickly make delicious pancakes from apples and oatmeal! Start by grinding 1 cup of oatmeal in a coffee grinder. Add 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour (approximately 30 grams) and mix everything. Peel and dice 2 large apples.
Heat a frying pan over low heat and melt 20 grams of butter. Put the diced apples in the pan and stew them with the lid closed for about 7 minutes.
In a blender bowl, combine the stewed apples and 300 milliliters of milk. Blend until you get a thick smoothie. Add 1 egg and blend again with the blender.
Pour the liquid into the mixture of flour and oats and mix well with a whisk. Lightly grease the pan with olive oil and pour 1 ladle of pancake mixture. Cook for approximately 3 to 4 minutes on low heat on each side.
When the top of the pancake becomes matte in color, add a bit of olive oil and flip it to the other side. These pancakes are very soft and delicate; they can easily tear, so it's better to flip them using a plate greased with olive oil or a second pan.
Make sure the pancake doesn't burn; if it's happening, reduce the heat. Once cooked, serve the pancakes warm and enjoy their soft and melt-in-the-mouth texture.

I actually made these yesterday...I added a small amount of cinnamon and I thought I messed up on the recipe because I put more apples into the batter but they really were good! I did eat them with honey ....Excellent! Here's your thumbs up 👍 😂

It keeps Microplastics from leaching into your food. Try buying wooden or metal spoons. Stay away from Teflon so badly for you. You can get good kitchen stuff used in the marketplace or goodwill.

Update! The first two broke when I flipped one pan to the other, only adjustment I did was increase the stovetop heat and after that, they all came out perfectly. My kids enjoyed this with honey 🍯 they truly were fluffy and delicious. I switched between 1/2 cup batter to 1/3 cup batter and both sizes were great for myself and my kids.

I made these and added a little bit of ground cinnamon and they were not like the bad stuff that tastes so good but it’s okay for a healthier alternative.

I have made them and i love them there are really soft i'm going to get myself a crepe pan to make it easy for me to turn them over.
