Look at that rise on those pancakes that’s what I love to see 😍 I love to cook all of the pancakes at once and then freeze leftovers once they are cooled and lay parchment paper between each one. Then pop them in the air fryer on low temp and add a little bit more butter and they taste great! 😊

Great recipe can't wait to try it today. I do have a suggestion that works really well for me. Take the amount of maple syrup you think you're going to use and put it in a little bowl put in as much butter as you think you would need in that bowl now put it in the microwave until the butter melts. Now stir the butter and the maple syrup that's nice and warm and then when your pancakes are done you just pour it over so you have everything is butter and maple syrup.

Natasha, these were the best pancakes made from scratch. They are so fluffy and crispy on the sides. My grandson and I gave some to our neighbor to try. Our neighbor called us to say how good they were. thank-you.

@7:42 there’s Sharkey which is where I would like to share a shark moment in my life …It was about 1:00 am in the morning in Chatham,Massachusetts ..about 20 years ago,,standing in the salt in my waders up to my waist with my surf rod .. And then I feel this thing gliding by my left side .. When I turned on my headlamp it was a 10 foot Great White and he wasn’t looking for a buttermilk pancake, but l was lucky.. We make your buttermilk and blueberry pancakes at our house all the time.. they are so delicious 😋 and we freeze the leftovers to toast and enjoy on our busy mornings.
Made these pancakes for my husband yesterday morning. He is usually the pancake maker in our house. He really liked them and said he never thought of adding vanilla to the batter although he does use in in his waffle batter. Now my pancake recipe is the one we will make. Thanks Natasha!

This is literally the same recipe I have used for years. These tastes like diner style pancakes and they are good! I always put the melted butter in the wet, but I think her way is better. I will give it a try.
I read that some thought the batter was too thick and it is quite thick so here is my hack.
My refrigerator is not as big as Natasha's (I'm jelly), so I don't keep buttermilk on hand. Mix two tablespoons fresh lemon juice into two cups milk. Allow to sit for one minute. Not 45 seconds and not 1 1/2 minutes just one minute. Mix into the wet then whisk into the dry right away. You can't taste the lemon, but I swear it enhances the flavor. You will thank me! 😁
Also, Mrs. Jonstigator likes blueberries in her pancakes but I dislike dropping them in when they are on the griddle. Here is what you do. The night before or a couple hours ahead put your blueberries in a strainer and rinse them until the water runs clear (just a couple of seconds) and kinda shake them while rinsing. Allow to dry completely then freeze. Whisk the frozen berries into the batter. It won't turn blue, and your berries will be cooked perfectly not mushy. Once again, you'll thank me. 😁

191-344 eggs in the pan, 163-578mL, 146-258 and 166-179 sec. Add a kettle or other liquid and cook until Golden and brown on all ingredients in About the end Result 28-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from heat 29F. 😮

You have the shark a bite cute. By far the best pancakes since my childhood at my grandparents cabin in Ketchum in the 60s. Memories are vivid. We all had small dairies back then and took buttermilk for granted. I've tried in these later years to cheat. You can't. Perfect pancakes. I'll never buy a box from store again. Perfection.
