Too true. I'm a big fan of Daniel and what he's achieved and will continue to do so, but shoot that cage they fabricated was so far short of what is needed it begger's belief. There are videos on RUclips that show the necessary strength of cages required to contain an exploding tyre or wheel ring not seated correctly and the energy released is astonishing. If someone at Ashville could make Daniel watch one of those videos, he would realise the shortcoming of what they made.
@@dunes7 watched a video a couple on holiday abroad from the uk had a bulged tyre on their z3, swapped the spare on and decided the mrs would hold inside the car the spare , bad bad move as the bulged egged tyre exploded on her in the car and killed her. That’s even more shocking than a lorry tyre going boom as I never heard of a car tyre doing that to someone but there ya go
Looks fantastic bits of equipment. Makes sense trying to bring everything in house. I’m starting my own haulage company and seeing your videos is giving me inspiration. Love your videos and keep up the great work.
Every time I watch Ashville video, I want to subscribe again. I run a truck transportation company in Cameroon and you can't imagine what I have learned from this channel!
Amazing Cameroon!! 🇨🇲 im here in New York, United States. Maybe make some videos in Cameroon. I’d love to watch what you do there in Cameroon. Would just love to see the beauty of Cameroon and the roads you travel. Very fascinated with all of Africa.
Makes perfect business & economic sense Daniel, get an MOT Lane in there & you can offer your services out to other companies.....more revenue streams 💪🏻 I looked at that workshop before the current tenants took it up 🤔
That's by far the best way of doing business -- when you're both doing each other a favor so you know there's plenty of overlap in the prices you'll be happy with, and you can both trust each other to come up with a fair price that's somewhere in the middle.
Evening Daniel, Your enthusiasm is catching as always😊 So happy you were able to secure this equipment, and Good Luck bringing your Workshop into fruition - can’t wait to see it😊Have a great rest of the week Daniel, and all at Ashville as well as all the Ashville Weekly family😊❤
I would say that`s right up there with the best money you will have spent. We save a fortune, and do better work using our in house workshop. We went on to invest in a small paint shop, again, this saves a vast amount of money.
That’s how you buy kit ! Say you’ll have it turn up when you say you will and stick by your word 👌🏻 That RoRo is my favourite Ashville truck so practical 😎
Surely you could of lifted some of that on the truck yourself Big Man 😜😜😜. Great to see your Buzzing Buying all of these items !!!! You deserve everything Dan !!!!!! 🏋🏻♀️🏋🏼♂️
Nice touch there Dan. You are on your way to the new workshop. Move fast and you get the goods. Micheal would still been asleep. First up best Dressed 👍👍👍👍👍👍
A great deal again for Daniel and the team. I have noticed that in a recent weekly there is land between the aggregate bays and the railway line. I do wonder if this is part of Asheville’s land if they have considered relocating the railway line to that side of the site that would allow for the reconfiguration of the site to support the corporate / administrative side of business in the current admin/workshop area and move all operational vehicle facilities into the main yard. Any news what you are doing with those media boxes? Could they be set up as a replacement structure for the gym to allow the team more admin space and a “clean” yard separate from the wheel wash required areas?
The title put me in mind of HeavyD Sparks who has a habit of buying everything in a workshop or warehouse. And while I think of it, Dave Sparks and Daniel Louisy are much the same size!!!😂
Hi Daniel, Good luck regarding your plans for your own workshop. I see that your lifts are made by Tecalemit, good bit of kit. We had them in our workshop, well quiet a few due to at the time we had 2,000 tractor units and 1,500 trailers.
Gosh I love watching those European trucks make a tight squeeze. We need more European models here in the U.S. especially I’m located in the NYC metro. area.
Didn’t look like your 26t ridgid had a escort vehicle as the load was to long for the truck. Also great to see your drivers strapping the load on the wrong side of the truck. If any of the straps had come lose he would be stood in a live lane trying to rest rap the load it’s easier to strap the load on the near side where he would be safe
He paid 25 percent of original cost . Even on the streets of America it would have been 50 percent. So he got a unbelievable deal on like new merchandise
I'm a compressor engineer and that compressor isn't worth a lot, maybe £150-200 if you're lucky. Check the manufacture date on the air receiver(or air tank), it should be stamped on it somewhere or have a tag on it. It looks pretty old, I'd guess at 20 years old or more. I'd install it in a box cupboard outside your workshop if i were you because they are noisy old things and vibrate a lot when running. They are also a lot slower making air than a screw type compressor, but they are easier and cheaper to service and repair. Some useful equipment there but I'm not sure if it's £15k worth of equipment.
Brilliant video thank u ❤👀👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Shame they didn't have a proper tire inflation safety cage among that shop gear. You know a place that needs one.

That Ashville yellow and black in a work shop will look awesome. Shout out Ashville
The little burst of excitement @3.55 - I havent seen those levels of excitement from a presenter since Challege Annika in the early 90's.
Great video to show sometimes you just need to be in the right place at the right time. Videos of the workshop being made will be so watchable.
Never gets boring....mad respect 🇰🇪👍🇰🇪👍
The lorry driving off at the end was perfect way to end
I can appreciate your excitement to get a great deal on equipment, that can be used to continually build the business

I am not sure, I think Daniel was excited. Excellent work
It looks like they are emptying the unit before the bailiffs take possession of all items lol fair play
Thought the same 😂😂
It's that or the landlord has strict move in, move out dates where anything which is left is property of the landlords
Thought that too. Hope it’s all been paid for by the previous owner 😉

Daniel brilliant opportunity. Now you need to build a posh and proper work shop that can hold several trucks. Cheers.
Love stuff like this keep that business growing 🙌
