My husband is not an Adventist but he watches the various Adventist programs with me on Sabbath. I left home for a Bible class at church and left RUclips playing (your program was just coming on). My husband came home shortly after it started and he watched the whole thing. When I got home it was about 40 minutes left. Pavel Goia gave a talk "Growing in Jesus"- if we wear the banner in our heart of a certain political party, sports team,etc. as our identification; that is territory in our heart that needs to be surrendered to Christ. His banner is the only one that we should have or want; that is total surrender to Jesus.
What is truly a beautiful answer to prayer is that almost a year ago when I fully embraced the Sabbath and Adventism in general I was DIRECTLY led to abandon every single political affiliation as well as cease to listen to my idolatrous talk radio. I had not yet been presented with Ellen White’s admonition against such things, but FULLY understand why she made them.
I realized that I loved my unsaved friends and family more than I loved my former political party/allegiance and that it was only a divisive wedge between myself and them when sharing the Everlasting Gospel of the 3 angels’ messages.
I just finished watching all 7 presentations, albeit out of order, and am now better equipped to proclaim the Everlasting Gospel because of the straight testimony of these presentations.
These presentations have truly been a blessing to me and, Lord willing, will be a blessing to others as the Holy Ghost sees fit.
Pastor, I thank GOD for your strength and knowledge. Every one of your videos opens my eyes and gives me more faith in God every single day.
Not all Adventist are drinking the wine of the wrath. My wife and were caught up in all of this “Christian Nationalist” thing before we became Adventist. Now we have a different view and opinion on all of that. We agree with what you’re saying. We attended a church in Orlando, Fl before moving to Tennessee in the spring of 2022. Our old church is on the same page as you. We have struggled to find a church home in Tennessee because of all this political stuff that is being pushed in the church. Some can’t see that they are going into the “tare” side of the prophecy. We truly are in the end times. I never thought I would be alive to say that but it’s unfolding right in front of us!
Can you imagine the awe this 85 year old is feeling? Do to poor health I have been mostly home-bound for the last 20 years and I didn't realize the length to which I have studied and actually heard from the SDA pulpit over the years is coming into being even faster than I thought. Before, Pastor Myers and Atonte, I remember often hearing sermons about the fall of protestantism in the country and how the SOP explained it would be used. I was not educated in our schools but I am a reader just finished the drama of the ages series (nope, have Acts of the Apostles to read since I reread The Great Controversy first, out of order, along with the Bible as I read the SOP references, a wonderful experience), and I was not raised in a home where any kind of racism was expressed; the teaching was "God looks upon the heart" and that's all there was to it. However, when the younger siblings in my family (we were poor) attended SDA schools, I was told how poorly they were treated. Sometimes, in the USA being poor and a SDA isn't so acceptable. Please continue to inform us. I have not missed one of the four and I am hoping for more. May God bless and strengthen you both. A frequent watcher and listener.

Thank you Pastor for talking about this, this faulty thinking is everywhere. So hard to believe that Adventist have gone this direction when this spirit is so anti -Christ. We all need to read the Great Controversy and Marvin Moores wonderful book, “Could This Really Happen”. Let’s all wake up…Jesus is coming!
God is doing absolutely amazing job by your ministry, Pastor Mayers! Your sermons on the final events(and the ones of various topics) deserve millions of views! I am serious! Honestly! I think that God has given you special knowledge and spiritual insight about the correct interpretation and application of the prophecies in Daniel, Revelation and the SOP!
You will probably face a lot of opposition from church leaders, church members and from the enemy himself but if God is on your side who can stand against you?

Truth normally make people uncomfortable, conferences are not ready for end times then neither are the remnant. We need to establish another Underground Railroad.

Thank you Pr Myers for your critically important presentation on these topics. I have been watching some of your videos for about 2 years now Including your back to basics series. I have certainly learnt a lot and I greatly appreciate your videos.
You have outlined the issues very clearly. Ever since I read the Great Controversy about 10 years ago it was very clear to me that the Sunday Law Mark of the Beast crisis would most likely come from the Republican Party (at least as the main drivers) as they are closely connected with the apostate Christian churches. I too have noticed many SDA friends starting to believe the Sunday Law will come from a left wing climate change agenda. It may play a smaller role in some way but without a doubt the Bible and Spirit of Prophecy is clear our eyes must be on the image of the beast forming in the United States.
However, although we should not become involved in politics or align with any political party, I do think it’s appropriate and even our responsibility to advocate for the unborn. This is to be done with a private vote when abortion is one the ballot, but without voting for a party or politicians. We can use our Christian influence to respectfully and lovingly share the truth on this topic without becoming partisan and without being blinded to the agenda of the so called Christian right. I believe this approach is in harmony with Ellen whites council when she recommended that SDA’s vote for prohibition even though she knew it was a movement connected to Babylon. She even stated that they could vote on sabbath if needed because it was so important.
Therefore, I think that speaking up against sin and using your vote on specific issues is just fine as long as it’s on a moral issue and not political. Just because apostate Protestants and Catholics seem to be fighting for the 6th commanded doesn’t mean we can’t also stand for Gods law. But we must make sure we have our prophecy glasses on to see where movements are leading.
I’ve made a determined effort to turn off the news more often and open my Bible so not to be as influenced by fear or politics. But as SDA’s we must uphold all 10 commands even if it means sounding like the Catholics or evangelicals on one or two issues of biblical and moral importance. It doesn’t mean we have to see things in the same light on other issues,

The climate change agenda is definitely the primary impetus now for the Protestants to unite with the Catholics (and atheists and all works governments and all other world religions). They are ALL looking to the Pope and his encyclical Ladato Si which calls for Sunday Sacredness to save the planet from climate change.

In conversations with non-Adventists, I have been without good explanation for our church's positions on segregation, gender-equality, and abortion. Rather embarrassing, really.
It's been speaking as a dragon early on for it spoke false prophecies and lies, but to speak as a dragon forcefully.

I thought this was unique in the Northern Conference (formerly Transvaal Conference) and the Trans-orange Conference. These two Adventist conferences are segragated in the same area. The one has been, in the past, for whites and the other for blacks respectively. You'd think now that there's a black president over the Northern Conference things will change--nope! What's worse is white Adventist Churches do not welcome black people. The white church in the same area as my local church (as of this date) will send black visitors to my church. This series has helped me understand why and how that the Holy Spirit spoke against this.

Pastor, please take a look on the sister White writings about labor unions. Here in Brazil they use wrongly those texts to support they vote on the christian right. 😕

Seriously now :). Wonderful message brother. There is a lot of money and power to be lost with these truths. Many independent SDA ministries would lose everything if they teach our message. It’s very lucrative to preach a message of being the “remnant” of the remnant. You have massive ministry’s like Amazing Facts, 3ABN, liberty and health alliance and other heavily followed speakers like Conrad Vine, Walter V, who have incorporated Apostate Protestantism into the church.
How has Veith incorporated AP into the church?

He has told us that a global church worships the dragon (Satan) and that the United States will do the same. That they both will kill anyone that does not agree with them. But it is not a conspiracy theory. It is conspiracy truth, as Walter Veith would say.
We live in a wicked world full of conspiracies. There is an active battle going on between Jesus and Satan. It was not until I read The Great Controversy and then saw what is happening in our world today, that God was able to open my eyes to the fact that those (governments, merchants, mighty men) of the “world” are fighting against God, and that I needed to choose whom I would serve. I thank the Lord for His mercy and love and truth and for all of the teachers that you mentioned (Vine, Batchelor, Veith, 3ABN, Liberty and Health Alliance) for bringing me to the truth of a beautiful Christ of salvation and His soon return.
You are mistaken. They are not apostate protestants. I believe to say this is to grieve the Holy Spirit. We are accountable for every word we say. 🙏🏻
This episode made me exceedingly sad. I am very troubled with the light that has been given me about the certain SDA conference who seem to be exclusive to only people of a certain race. That they won't employ people of certain races. Have we not learned anything in 2000 years, seems so similar to the conflicts between Jewish Christians and Gentile Christians that we read about in the Book of Acts and many of Paul letters. Paul said there is no gentile or jew, Galatians 3:28. If he was among us today there is no doubt that he would say that there is no black or white. Although this episode saddened me and discouraged me, it also gave me a big WAKE UP call.
Hint. The earth is hollow. The abyss is a literal bottomless pit where the king of Rev 9 now lives. He was out here but went inside but when the asteroid hits the star at the core will crash inside and light it into an inferno. Notice Isaiah 13 tells us that God will move the Earth out of its place on the day of the Lord. Rev 8 reveals the earth will be spinning faster by 1/3 after this event. Verse 12. The king was out here went inside and will come back out here. He is one of 7 kings. Possibly Herod Antipas. That takes some explaining so it won't sound ridiculous. Before the flood men lived up to 969 years under a different atmosphere. I believe the ozone was the canopy that protected the earth. After the flood the earth expanded stretching the ozone layer allowing the uv rays of the sun to kill faster. However the inside of the hollow earth has no UV rays so one could live 2000 years and believe he is god. There were 6 Herods. The death record exists for all but one. Antipas. There is more to this this is enough here. Can you see this?

It is a part of her policy to assume the character which will best accomplish her purpose; but beneath the variable appearance of the chameleon, she conceals the invariable venom of the serpent. "We are not bound to keep faith and promises to heretics," she declares. Shall this power, whose record for a thousand years is written in the blood of the saints, be now acknowledged as a part of the church of Christ?
Pastor Ivor, do you have a bible reference that shows why religious and civil liberty represents Christ? I didn't see biblical evidence in the sermon but I know the EGW quotes should be based on it.
On one point I take exception. It is about color ( 1:57:24) and all the other social ills fall from that one thing. Think about it. In most societies white represents purity and black represents evil/darkness. All social ills then are blamed on or used against the " evil" darkness. No one is "black', at least I've yet to see anyone that is truly black. Why do people of African origin allow others to describe them as 'black'. Just as no Native American, from the artic to the tip of South America is a "red man". And there is only one race with many different shades between white and black. All between, there is no "white' color person, most are some shade of beige and some have what is sometimes described as peachy coloration. But put them in the sun for long periods and that beige begins to brown..

Good to reaffirm the wonderful counsel of Mrs. White on the issue.
There are some things, (and I’m not trying to be critical but I believe in the spirit of the Bereans we must examine all things) that I don’t fully agree with.
The construction of your presentation seems to be an endorsement of a political party especially one who is speaking out against slavery - Adventists voted for the Republican Party due to this - since the spirit of slavery will be revived at the end of time, we should continue to show our opposition to dragon talk by strict opposition by our votes - I know there are other factors here but I’ll examine this. You raised a few Adventist names in a conglomeration of quotes to back your stance. James White’s comments was raised to show Adventists voting for a political party, however I wouldn’t say that that is an endorsement by God moving forward that we should vote for political parties. An admission to some who voted is different from a thus says the Lord. I think it’s best we stick with inspiration, don’t you agree? Some of the statements used to back your position:
The Lord is grieved at the indifference manifested by His professed followers toward the ignorant and oppressed colored people. If our people had taken up this work at the close of the civil war, their faithful labor would have done much to prevent the present condition of suffering and sin. 15LtMs, Lt 37a, 1900, par. 5
You then made the statement; was Adventists starting to accept the dragon spirit? Which leads people to your very next thought that eventually shows the importance of voting to show their strict opposition to the dragon talk and slavery. I’ll address the voting aspect later however I think it’s important to understand the context of her statement. Just prior to her making the statement you quoted, she mentions this:
The importance of the work and the great need of missionary effort in the Southern field were plainly pointed out. It was a field near at hand, whose needy condition they had every opportunity to know. Why did they not realize their responsibilities? {15LtMs, Lt 37a, 1900, par. 4}
Upon close examination, the context focuses on missionary work including publishing work for the south. This has always been Mrs. White’s position. Mission work and uplifting the Saviour is the work in which we need to be engaged in and any indifference to those who needs God's word deserves a rebuke.. I also bring this up because sometimes we connect statements in her writings not because that's what she meant but we read into her writings what we want - she was talking about missionary work in the south.
You then said that Ellen White says we should even vote on the Sabbath if we have to:
The problem I have is that these quotes are being used to suggest something she is not saying, namely; voting for issues on temperance is important but it's not an endorsement for voting for a political party.
"‘Shall we vote for prohibition?’ she asked. ‘Yes, to a man, everywhere,’ she replied, ‘and perhaps I shall shock some of you if I say, If necessary, vote on the Sabbath day for prohibition if you cannot at any other time.’”- Ibid. 3BIO 160.1
Again, Mrs. White has given clear counsel in favour of voting for issues that are clear and stand free in this case laws that would destroy “temperance” namely alcohol prohibition laws. This again is not an endorsement for voting for political parties and the reason for this is plainly given:
The people of God are not to vote to place such men in office; for when they do this, they are partakers with them of the sins which they commit while in office. {FE 475.2}
Now the context of this was the Sunday law crisis, however the principle can be clearly seen - those you vote in office you will be partakers of their sins. Here’s another quote:
But the fact that a movement to establish error is connected with a work which is in itself good, is not an argument in favor of the error. We may disguise poison by mingling it with wholesome food, but we do not change its nature. On the contrary, it is rendered more dangerous, as it is more likely to be taken unawares. It is one of Satan's devices to combine with falsehood just enough truth to give it plausibility. The leaders of the Sunday movement may advocate reforms which the people need, principles which are in harmony with the Bible; yet while there is with these a requirement which is contrary to God's law, His servants cannot unite with them. Nothing can justify them in setting aside the commandments of God for the precepts of men. GC 587.1
And finally, here’s her counsel:
There is danger, decided danger, for all who shall link themselves up with the political parties of the world. There is fraud on both sides. God has not laid upon any of our people the burden of linking up with either party. We are under Christ's banner, and every one who names the name of Christ is to depart from all iniquity.. GCDB February 17, 1897, par. 7
In all of her writings, she is consistent that we should not be linked with any political party! But that’s not what your study today suggested. In fact, if we’re being honest, the only outcome we can conclude from your study is that we need to vote for the Democrats - listen again, in none of Ellen White’s writings does she endorse voting for political parties in fact she plainly says do not vote for them:
"I call upon my brethren who are appointed to educate, to change their course of action. It is a mistake for you to link your interests with any political party, to cast your vote with them or for them.." FE 478.3
So here’s the thing; you may see in the Republicans racism or the spirit of slavery - however, is the side you’re placing your vote for free from corruption and their war against the commandments of God? Is the Biden Administration and other democrats not connected to policies that go contrary to God’s word? You say “Do I believe in homo sexuality” etc.. and smirk at it - however according to your statement, you cast your voice with your vote and sister White says we are responsible for the very things they do in office.
Here’s my final point; those who are calling people to join and vote for political parties are they themselves partaking of the Spirit of this world. Listen to this quote:
The Lord desires all who bear the message for these last days to understand that there is a great difference between professors of religion who are not doers of the word, and the children of God, who are sanctified through the truth, who have that faith that works by love and purifies the soul. The Lord speaks of those who claim to believe the truth for this time, yet see nothing inconsistent in their taking part in politics, mingling with the contending elements of these last days, as the circumcised who mingle with the uncircumcised, and He declares that He will destroy both classes together without distinction. They are doing a work that God has not set them to do. They dishonor God by their party spirit and contention, and He will condemn both alike. FE 482.
While we should vote on issues that are clear, we must not vote on political parties as to link our hearts with them. The 3 Angels message is to come away from the world and be separate! Your people will be entangled with political strife in these last days and will join the opposition as the storm comes. The work of the 3 Angels is to uplift the risen Saviour and in this work racism and other issues will fall away:
When the love of Christ is cherished in the heart as it should be, when the sweet, subduing spirit of the love of God fills the soul-temple, there will be no caste, no pride of nationality; no difference will be made because of the color of the skin. Each one will help the one who needs tender regard and consolation, of whatever nationality he may be. {4MR 16.1}
The government under which Jesus lived was corrupt and oppressive; on every hand were crying abuses,-extortion, intolerance, and grinding cruelty. Yet the Saviour attempted no civil reforms. He attacked no national abuses, nor condemned the national enemies. He did not interfere with the authority or administration of those in power. He who was our example kept aloof from earthly governments. Not because He was indifferent to the woes of men, but because the remedy did not lie in merely human and external measures. To be efficient, the cure must reach men individually, and must regenerate the heart. DA 509.3
Not by the decisions of courts or councils or legislative assemblies, not by the patronage of worldly great men, is the kingdom of Christ established, but by the implanting of Christ's nature in humanity through the work of the Holy Spirit. “As many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name: which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.” John 1:12, 13. Here is the only power that can work the uplifting of mankind. And the human agency for the accomplishment of this work is the teaching and practicing of the word of God. DA 509.4
We need more sanctification by the Spirit and not more ballot voting.
Thank you for a more thoughtful post than last. However, not once have I called for the support of a political party, or support for voting for or against anything. That isn't the purpose of this message. You may have misheard. This message is about prophecy, not about which party you should or should not vote for.
@@powerofthelamb Yes, but prophecy isn't only about the right side of the Aisle as in Republicans. The very quote you quoted from:

You've made this quote about Adventists joining Republicans or their party but that's not what this statement means. The truth of it in context shows that the Sunday law movement will see papists and protestants unite - this is not just a right side of the aisle thing. Those that engage in politics will see politics in God's word therefore the other side must be the culprits of evil - however if you'd do an examination of the Democrats you'd see that they too are under the deception of the Papacy as well. I've shown this to you clearly.
Politics is the means in which people will be swept into this movement to persecute God's people. Tracking the Spirit should lead you to understand that both sides are infected with the Spirit of Satan and that our only safety is to stay clear from the delusion of politics.
Church and State united means politics in the church will bring about the man of sin. The Adventist Church playing politics and mingling with them will have them voting for the man of sin and it's already been done. Your message here is loud and clear:
1) We can vote for political parties.
2) Republican Party is the party that the spirit of the world and slavery currently resides.
