Finally! We are bringing you our very first TRIMARAN Yacht Tour! And it's a 2021 NEEL 47 - which I think might just be one of the Ultimate Cruising Trimarans for a couple. We were pretty impressed with many of the unique features, use of space, and safety-oriented design. The on-deck Master is just fabulous, the amount of storage and equipment locker locations are very thought out. Just see for yourself! It would make a great Sailing Liveaboard possibility. We would definitely enjoy chartering one of these in the near future 🤩
Priced as seen 572 000 € HT ready to sail (with tender) 😜 Let me know what you guys think of this one in the comments
Huge Thank you to the NEEL TRIMARANS TEAM for setting this up.

I do enjoy your boat tours. I have developed a drinking game to complement my experience watching the channel. Every time you say storage, I take a drink.. I'm HAMMERED!
if I only had a penny for every time someone said "they have developed" the same game, I could have bought this boat already LOL
Having sailed on a friend’s Neel 47, I can confirm how roomy and fun this boat is. We chartered a Neel 45 in the Caribbean and it set the stage for his purchase. The 45 was very hard to tack, but the 47 seems to have solved that issue. The tri is so much better than a cat if you enjoy a spirited sail. It really is the best of a single hull and cat…roomy yet fast. Glad you had a chance to review the boat, now sail it already.
You are 100% bang on when you say, makes a great couple boat, which 85%+ of sailors are. Everything on the NEEL 47 seems purposely designed and built for couples, and the outriggers bring so much safety to the game. As Sinead would say, I always make sure the carpet matches the drapes incase I go into a highspeed spin, well done, well done in deed!
The interaction between the both of you is half the fun of watching this channel - love will always have its own rewards!
😁🙌🏻😝 So glad to hear that you enjoy our banter, life is too short not to have fun!
Hahahahaha
Great review. Please also consider reviewing the aluminum exploration catamaran Explocat 52.
I have to admit that this was one of your more professional walkthroughs. You did well in not looking back to see if Rico was following you on your shot. Trust Rico. You do not need to turn around to see if he’s following with the camera. He is 😀One of your best posts to date.
This was a really interesting yacht. It was also a great opportunity and expose your vast experience knowledge and unique perspective in the yachting industry. Once again another great tour and as always greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Wow! I have always loved catamarans since sailing the Grenadines on a 51' Fontaine Pajot 20 years ago. This changes my mind to trimaran. So many clever ideas in this roomy boat. Looks like tons of fun. I bet is is fast too.
It is fast! 😉
Thanks for the video. Really interesting look at this fascinating boat. The master cabin on deck super close to the chart table and helm, the very easily accessible technical rooms, better finish and quality than on early samples, standard bow thruster for easy control in marinas, amazing amount of storage, possibility to really single hand from a position that is protected from elements and offers a good view on at least 3 corners, large areas for solar panels, great performance on all points of sail,... this boat really has a lot going for it.
It's also great to be able to charter it for trial before committing to a purchase. I am not in the market for such a boat, but if I were I would personally never select on plans or based on a visit in a boat show or even day sail. It takes a week on board to really understand how a boat feels in various conditions, how practical it is, what the issues are,...
If I am not mistaken it's also possible to fit 2 additional "skipper" berths in the front part of the hulls?
Another aspect you could have spoken about a bit more is the hardware, rigging,...?
So much to love about this tri, but reviewing it under weather and open seas would tell the real story. Loved the use of spaces!
Just started watching a few months ago and already can tell you both are a hard working couple.
Love the way your personality bounce off and complement each other.
Really like the available amount of space, and quality of life accouterments that are possible in this type of vessel. Very nice tour, very informative and entertaining.
The amount of storage space in this Trimaran is really re-enforcing the concept of the incredible amount of space that you could get, for more cabins and extra space for multiple different things, as the dimensions increase for bigger trimarans.
I love the layout of this boat. Especially the front interior main section.
Dont you think a toilet just under the kitchen table top with a window is a quite strange solution?
The way I see it, the guests are lucky to be there in the first place ; )
😝🤣🙌🏻
Enjoy so much your videos you are the best!!!. thank you very much.
I really like the layout of the main cabin. It definitely seems like a great boat to sail.
Glad you liked it
Ok so now there is another boat I'd love to sail, thanks very much!
Cool boat. Very unique!
Just another great presentation 👍
Thanks so much 🙏
Cheers
Awesome new episode! Love the Neel's! Looking at them for possible solution for our sailing needs. thanks for this episode seen 51 but have not seen a 47 yet..
Our pleasure!
Wow, it's a perfect boat with a perfect description to both of you. Kudos to the NuatiStyles.💯👍👍
This seriously changes my mind on trimarans! I’ve always loved the catamarans, but this is seriously cool. Superb size if you are on your own with occasional guests so much storage that’s for sure. Love it! Thanks to you both for the enlightening tour- great work!
Totally agree!
So glad you found it interesting Ann
Sailing La Vagabonde has done some videos on the advantages of trimarans vs catamarans. They’re building a Rapido 60+ to replace their Outremer cat.
@@aggiewoodie Is the Rapido that much faster than an Outremer?
I really enjoy your channel. A lot of other channels have yet to keep me interested. So keep making great videos guys!!
Trimaran surprise. And a pleasant surprise at that. Always keeping your channel unique - this is another example. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Really interesting boat design. Thanks for showing it to us!
Great walkthrough. Thanks for going the extra mile to explore everything on the boat
@20 minutes - I like the way the windows tilt forward at the top. There is no glare.
I like the private entrances to the guest cabins.
great to hear
Great job, nice ship.... the perfect cruising boat, fast and gorgeous!
Many thanks!
Another awesome video. I like these yachts more and more. Nice tour.
Love your boat tours. Thanks.
I can really see how some people could enjoy there time on this type of yacht! 🇺🇸👍
Hi Victoria &Rico, that is definitely a final thrilling sailing with a three -catamaran.⚓⛵🌊👍😘
Thank you so much for watching Kay-uwe
That's a great walkthrough! Thank you.
Now I only wish you'd also covered 51 and 65 as they don't have such thorough and entertaining reviews as you do! Great job, love your reviews more then anyone's else.
Yana, thank you so much!
As always, I love the video, excellent
Thank You, a very interesting video .I really enjoy the interaction between you to and the broad knowledge and experience that you have
Glad you enjoyed it!
That is the first Trimaran I've seen that I would consider living on. Convert one of the side cabins into an office, save the other for guests. LOTS of deck room, and I adore all that space below decks. Wow! Some cats are almost impossible to get at the engines, you'd need trained monkeys to do a valve job. That hatch looks big enough you could actually just lift the entire engine out!
As a tri, it's probably blue water capable, too.
Glad you liked it
If you like the Neel 47, you'll positively be enamored by the 51. Larger engine room and it's accessible from the saloon inside the main living area. Also, the side cabins have interior access as well plus they're wider. It's in a whole other price range but a used Neel 51 might be a good option to consider.
@@jamesaron1967 will check it out. As fun as this trimaran is, I am uncomfortable with the kids not being accessible from inside the hull!
@@TexasbyStorm Agreed. That would be a deal breaker for me if I had kids.
@@TexasbyStorm 51+ has doors to side huge cabins from the center. Its pretty awesome.
Ten thumbs up! As always! Thank you guys for at least teasing me with my dreams. Well done. My fav channel on RUclips. And I watch a lot of different channels lol!
Wow, thank you sooo much!
GREAT tour of an amazing ship! So nice!! thanks!
Nice Neel. Hope your knee gets well soon. x
A couple of words makes a huge difference
Great to see a trimaran tour! That’s quite a special layout. Thanks as always Victoria and Rico 💙
Our pleasure! Thanks for the comment Harko
Great tour guys - pretty amazing boat.
Thanks so much!
One of the rarest of the rare video where Rico talks more than Victoria......LOL
Hahahahaha
haha!
I love your out takes every week! 🤣🤣🤣. So good! Another great tour, well done. I like the design principles they have used in this...but it's not for me. If I was sailing the world on my own, yes, but since it have family (big family) I need much more space! Well done Neel however.
🤙✌️🤚🖖
Thanks so much! 😊
The OUT TAKES are my favorite! I watch to the end just so I can see them. 🛥 Real life!
Loved this design and of course another great video
Another great tour per usual Victoria and Rico!
Thank you kindly Rolf
You guys are a left right combination from a prize fighter. 👌🏽
So very cool .. just Wow. Thank you for the tour.
This looks very nice but you guys have got me hooked on explorer yachts!
🙌🏻🙌🏻
sowwy, not sowwy! lol
Totally agree, the Bering 77 is my favorite yacht on this channel. Definitely love the explorer style

I have no doubts whatsoever that this yacht review is the best I have seen in relation to a fast, stable, solid bomb proof cruising yacht designed with perfection for the ultimate use, by anyone.
It has made my mind up on what to get.
Many thanks to all for bringing this review to us.
I always like trimarans.. All the tris I watched, gave a very good impression.. This is an awesome one..
Rico loves the engine room, Victoria love the closet space. I love you both!
Ooowwww 😍😍😂😝
As always a fabulous insight to the trimaran Victoria
Thank you for a thorough and thoughtful video. Well filmed as well. 🥰🥰🥰
You are so welcome!
You two are brilliant, really enjoy you videos 👍
Thank you kindly
Great tour, thanks guys! Very interesting boat and thanks for explaining the difference in the characteristics of the different hulls. I was wondering what was behind the mast in the center pontoon and what a great space it turned out to be. Looking forward to the next one.
Our pleasure!
That's one for the top of the charter listings... Awesome setup and amenities!
I never was much for a sailing vessel, however, growing up in Central Florida as a teenager in the 70s we had a sunfish to use on the lake and the neighbors had a 16-ft Hobie cat that we used to sail on. But our 18 ft ski boat got the most use since we were near Cypress Gardens. I would seriously consider one time going out on a charter sail yacht but it would have to be in the range of 80 ft and above. Excellent presentation as always.
Great tour guys. I am not a fan of cat's and tri's but this one I thought was pretty slick. I agree the it would be comfy for couples and small entertaining. A nice vacation, island destination hopper I think. Great for taking advantage of views from the water. Thanks for sharing Victoria and Rico.
Our pleasure!
Thanks for the walk through. Very interesting concepts. I hope Neel has improved their quality of fit and build. Saw some terror videos from owners on earlier models.
Niiiiiice for guys 👍🏻 When you get a chance,do one on the NEEL 51. A leap above the 47. ✌🏻️
Nice clean and easy set up. I love how it makes use of space so efficiently. great for personal / charter use. ..and its a solo sailer wow.
Great video! You got me hooked!
Very informative! Thanks so much for sharing!
You are so welcome!
Excellent video! I had hoped that the Neel website would have a better video of the layout but unfortunately it doesn’t. Thank you for doing this video, you’ve shed a lot of light on just how well the trimaran is laid out. Looking forward to seeing it for myself!
So glad to hear that it was helpful! Thanks Brad
Great vid!!!!
Y'all did a good job enjoy the Neel trimaran
Really like you folks. Thank you for the tour 👍🥂
Thank you too!
Currently have a Windrider 17 & Horstman 43 used to have a Corsair 31 really interested in the Neel 43 thanks for the dive into the 47 looks wonderful. Cheers from California. Duncan
Thanks for comparing Trimarans to Catamarans!! Love the toilet under the stairs!! Looks like a fun boat! Love from Vermont
Our pleasure!
Great presentation as always!
That thing looks amazing!
glad you liked it

Only one word: Fantastic!
Very nice tour guys. Even tho these are not my fav. yachts, I love you guys.
Fair enough!
Love this one!
Great 👍🏽 tour and presentation. Thanks 🙏🏾
Glad you enjoyed it!
Excellent showing. Very well done 👍 🐻🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Thank you so much!
Neel does an excellent job on all their trimarans of providing space in the engine room and auxiliary machinery space for ease of maintenance. I do hope you can do a similar review on a Rapido trimaran.
is rapido Gino Morellis tri?
Did they fix the poor built quality that was mentioned here on RUclips when the 47 first came out?
@@martinkirchner4902 i saw that tour on the other channel, and the fit and finish was atrocious, especially as it was a show boat
@@BigBadLoneWolf If it''s the same video I'm thinking of, I believe that example wasn't representative of what a buyer will receive when ordering from Neel now. I heard that boat was rushed and manufacturing used to be outsourced in the past, which is no longer the case with current orders.
Love The Walk Around
Going back more years than I like to remember, my best friends dad guilt q fiberglass in his garden, his mum was a teacher the year I went to middle school 1978/9 they set off around the world, it was built with double cabins in the two outer hulls, I guess it's all down to designer. Love your videos. Thank you David 🇬🇧
Fab videos as always xx
Y'all do a great job. Thanks
Thank you too!
YESSSS! @Nautistyles Thank you for listening to my suggestion on the trimaran! 🥰🥰🥰
you are very welcome, we are always listening to you guys
Always enjoy the out takes.
Glad to hear thAT!😜
Very interesting boat - I'm looking forward to walking a trimaran soon myself. thanks 😀
Best of luck!
Great tour. Thank you
Great info. Thanks.
That's the first time I've ever seen a trimaran. I have to say I'm quite impressed.
glad you found it interesting
The candy striped dress for the win!
Just 🔥!
Cool did not know they had charters for trimaran's!! Awesome!! thanks for the tip!
You got it!
Excellent commentary/review, actually watched right to the end (and the out-takes were fun). Just need a bigger bank account to buy one.
Another very interesting boat. Thanks.
You are so welcome 🙏🏻
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do a tour of the Neel 65
One of your best tours!
wow, thanks!
Great job guys!
Thank you so much!
