for everybody saying they " miss the old Bobby brown", he's not 20 any more, he's gotten older, as every artist get older, they can't sing their old songs like they did way back. IN spite of what he went through at least he's not giving up on singing. he sounds good for his age
yeah he is damn near 50 if not already, and a recovered addict. he is doing great, blessed to still be singing. he sounds much better in 2016 than this video
whitney proved that drugs ruin voices very fast.....in the end she was just awful. At least he is still worth listening to.
TSean Powell it's called drugs and alcohol which damaged it. A lot of artists still got it due to the fact that they stayed sober and not use drugs.
At least someone was raised right! People ain’t got no manners! This comment is FACTS!
He was only 43 years old right here.
that "Every Little Steeeeeep" still sounds good 💎
Papí Dee Stop lying.
Papí Dee His Background singer was signing most of the part😂😂
Ralph Tresvant sang many of the lead parts
@@isaiahjohnson2516 if you trained in music theory you learn to depict different voices in a harmony and I would agree on benzo’s assessment.
Everybody who really knows bobby will always love him
He aged naturally his voice will change..he was 20 when he released this song. Past 40 in this..
He can still sing amazing
Nadia Ferguson Actually, he was 19 when he released this song in 1988 on the year I born.
Ralph Tresvant sang many of the lead parts
He didn't take care of his voice ..cocaine is a helluva drug. Why did Michael Jackson, Prince, Stevie Wonder...etc maintain their voices throughout?
He was 20 actually
Bobby brown was 43 right here and still touring here and there. Bobby you still got it
he still does today
i miss the energyy from the dancing he did back in the day.
well if u keep doin sports and dancing, like michael jackson for example, you can even dance good in an old age,
miclazy That's right! you are so correct
miclazy Well he's a ex addict and in his 50s
King's Queen you a petty ass person... but you're not lying.
King's Queen he's 46
God damn. Bobby Brown to Busta Rhymes real quick
Mikey Grimshaw 😂😂
Mikey Grimshaw Goddamn I ain't even think about that.
KIKIKIKIKIKIKI LOLEST
Mikey Grimshaw 😂😂😂
He was struggling omg!!!😐
Let's be real, he was MOVING! I was too young to experience Bobby Brown in his prime, but this right here? This Bobby? Oh I'd give anything to see this Bobby live again. This was when he could still throw in a little of that ol' B Brown footwork every now and then, see 0:22!
Whitney performed on good morning America she still got it
For all that this man has endured in his lifetime, and some of it self inflicted, you have to at least give him credit for continuing to succeed in life! I'm proud of Bobby Brown for that! Tragedy after tragedy and he hasn't giving up on life! 🙏👏🙏👏🙏👏🙏👏🙏❤
Proud of you Bobby!!!! Keep your head up!! Nice job!!!
I love him
It is a different person. It was reported that Ralph Trescant song on the recording because Bobby Brown went missing because he was on a drug run.
@@monique-uo7bo Really? Interesting....
@@monique-uo7bo wsz
A live band with real vocals! Wish he would have done this in his prime. Yes, his voice is ragged, but it's honest. There's no point in a 43-year-old man trying to pretend to be an 18-year-old with a tender voice. Even in 1989 he never got the recognition he deserved as one of the most passionate, dedicated and engaging R&B singers and dancers.
He doesn't sound bad, but it sounds like a different person
Aging and imperfect health can do it to best. But he did a good job here.
Bc he is he was very young plus doing drums he clean
Aging and I'm sure there was some sort of auto tunes going on too back in the day.
Hes still lucky that he's able to sing..the cocaine the stroke messed him up real bad..he as to thank God to be even talking ..much less to sing again..he wilk never be the bobby brown..but at least we can see him and still enjoy wats left.
Whitney couldn’t sing anymore either but she still got it
God bless you and thanks for sharing your voice with the world. Keep on staying on Top.
My nigga still doin it at 43, 43!!! there are so little people that can perform as good as bobby at that age
Bobby Boston swag is unmatched
Bobby is amazing. At 43, he is young and far from what he was in '89. He still has the go-getter spirit that he had back then. His body has to be lean as it was back in those days to keep up though. In any case, he is an elder statesman in the game, so therefore he can leave those vigorous dancing routines to the newbies who still have something to prove. Go BBB!
I'm proud of Bobby brown. I remember 90s Bobby in jail and high and acting a fool. he is proof you can clean up your act and have a second chance. the drugs have took a bit of a tole but that's the price he has to pay. but after seeing so many crash and burn I'm glad Bobby is recovered. god bless
Bobby you can still sing and show a good performance even with age. every step I take for all you been through is not a bitter pill but a twist of faith. love from a fan.
we still love ya bobby b!
Regardless of what negative is said bout BB, he's grow into one humble human being. While his voice changed due to age and drugs, he can still hold a note regardless of how it's changed from when he first debut on the solo artist tip. Life experience will make you humble about everything and for that I still got mad respect for one of the founders of New Edition. Stay blessed king of R&B. Never get tired of your music
bobby brown is still da bomb. singin and ole school hip hop singing and dancin. more power to u bobby!
Bobby Sounding DMX right now.... I'm feeling it. Just glad to see him up and showing out. He looks really good here. Like Bussa Bus.
B brown forever Beantown stand up
2:18 His Voice legend
Only 40 plus feelin this ! Jaaaam
+Nicole Little and I m under 35 , we re lucky !!!!!
I can see he trying...lost some weight and is bringin the moves back.keep goin bobby🔥🔥🔥
love how not a single got damn person in that audience knows what the hell is going on... a straight CLASSIC is being performed live by a legendary new jack swing icon... disgusting how little the current generation appreciates the foundation of the music we stand on today.
kudos for singing live my man
I know at least he put on a good show it was beautiful to see him perform that day
Whatever negative things people said bout him.....this surely not the one...!! Loved ur music man...!!!
"Every Little Step" track 6 and the 4th single from Bobby Brown's 2nd album "Don't Be Cruel"
Why does he sound a lot like John P. Kee in this video?
He still got it Bobby Brown still got it he is still the bad boy of R&B
One of the greatest entertainers of my time! He's been through such loss in his life and he is still able to entertain with excitement! Thank you Bobby for so many years of outstanding music and dance videos! There's no one like you!

ONE OF MY FAVORITE SINGER ENTERTAINER HIS AUTOBIOGRAPHY IS GREAT AS WELL I GREW TO NEW EDITION SOUNDTRACK TO MY LIFE REAL R&B
Congratulations Bobby on your new Journey. God’s not done with you yet 🙏🏾🥰
Say what u want he was the R.Kelly of the 80's hands down. Jus hated to see one of music's icons to lose almost everything behind drugs. I seen him and New Edition in concert in Shreveport, LA and best believe he hasnt lost a step. Still a true fan!
Right on Bobby Brown Lets Dance this funky song
Bobby Brown is still the King of R&B we all get older but he can still rock it out! Bobby was & always is humble & cool & true talent always & forever!!! ❤️👑
After a long week of work I come here every weekend to relax, and enjoy
the moment, by listening to this MAN. I am STILL entertained by his
music today, I enjoy it as if it was right now. When I think of music
and entertainment I think of this man and his music I lovvvvve this MAN.
Yes I listen to other artist like SWV, Mariah Carey, I lovvvve Sade and
alot of old school jams, but I cannot end my listening time without
listening to this MAN, or just simply listening to his MUSIC alone. and I
enjoy it every time. Through it all MAN today you have help make music
worth listening, jamming, singing, and dancing TO. Good or bad, happy or
sad, like him or not; you have help make music history. I am glad to
have been here to see you do just that. Thank you Mr. Bobby Brown Always
a fan love ya 2016 until end of time because I have ENJOYED YOU SIR,
THEN and NOW. I am not here to judge you for I to am flawed, but I am
here to enjoy the gift of you and that's what I do every time I hear
your music, and that's from the HEART Be Blessed.

King of R&B baby Bobby Brown!
Bobby is so amazing!!!
he was the best dancer the king of stage big fan for him
the king of r nb is back
One of my favorite songs of his!
BOB killed that with ease
Sinbad called it! Sinbad called it back in the 80s or early 90s during his standup!!!! He said, "Y'all ain't gon' be able to dance like that when you get up in age!" He was talking about Hammer but with Bobby, he was dead on!!!!!!
I dont care what anyone says lol he still got that trademark raspy bad boy sound. Just a raspy grown man vine now. But my God I still love seeing Bobby hit the stage
Súper Grande Mi Ídolo Bobby Brown..Amazing.. Awesome..Every Little Step....
Still love me some Bobby. You go boy!

that every little steeeeeeeeep I don't care what no one says that took me into the 80s
Down since day one
Alright! It is great to see Bobby Brown back on stage! With all the troubles and downfall that he had in the past, he is moving forward and reclaiming the title the 'King of R&B.' I'm looking forward to see him and New Edition in Chicago, June 10th. Go Bobby!
GOD BLESS HIM AND KEEP HIM! ITS A BLESSING TO STILL SEE HIM DOING HIS THING AFTER SO MANY YEARS! LOVE YA KING BOBBY!
Da Best to ever do it straight energy raw on point no matter how old he gets its in him great showman !!
I remember an interview Bobby gave with his mother and how she believed that one day he would be able to get back on track.
Monisa Montoya ... He had to break free from Whitney. Hate to say it but true.
Codycole80 sooooooooo his voice is her fault his flaws and in and out of jail is all her huh... He was smoking and doin all that craziness b4 Whitney which got him kicked out of NE. he did it to himself hun not Whitney
@@CodyCole80 I do agree with you. Although Bobby is responsible for his own actions, she really wasn't good for him, and vice versa. I also heard that she introduced him to the harder drugs, and not the other way around. And her brother introduced Witney to the harder drugs, initially.
@@elwilliams2801 I think what was meant is that they were both bad for each other in regards of drugs. Both did. drugs before meeting each other and when they became a couple it got worse cause they would just get high together the whole time. They were still a great couple that was deeply deeply in love and I still love them together.Maybe it was bad timing
@@CodyCole80 yeah him marrying Whitney was his downfall. Teddy warned him not to
Bobby got older, this song was classic still today
beautiful sound....IN GOD WE TRUST
Go BOBBY!!! So proud of you💋

He is not 21 so his voice matured. But he is a true showman an command an audience. Looking at all the women were 21 at the time this song was made they are enjoying themselves.
