    What is an alternate exercise to do for the child’s pose? Having a knee replacement it’s very impossible to do this one.

      Hi @Harphoney! For an alternative to Child's Pose, try the Seated Forward Bend: sit on a chair, keep your feet flat, and gently lean forward from your hips. This stretch is easier on the knees. Be sure to check with your healthcare provider first.
