Ngl a year ago I made in my mind a scenario in which humans fight the decepticons using mobile suits, and humanity discovers the autobots exist too when the conflict was already raging on for years. I still carry on to that imagination daily

Frankly Mobile Suits are MASSIVE compared to Transformers, like 2-3x times their size massive. OG Gundam wouldn't match up because its weapons are only 'on par' with what we see the Transformers using., but the Nu or god forbid the Unicorn would absolutely tear through Cybertronians like a hot knife through butter.

@@arnelanat3578 Firstly, nukes would be 'quite' effective in dealing with a Titan. And if they happen to be in space, then a Colony Laser would easily obliterate one too. Second, bringing in fucking Primus of all characters is a copout.

...why has there never been a crossover? I mean I know that in Japan, Transformers is viewed more as a kids' franchise (but oh, for a more adult-oriented Transformers anime) but it doesn't need to be.
Heck, it wouldn't even meed to be a crossover between universes. Transformers could very easily exist in the Gundam universe.

In an Olympics match between transformers and mobile suits, I would have to give it to the transformers because they would be so much more flexible and mobile, while also just being smaller so they could use the track easier LOL.
In an actual fight… depends on what continuity is fighting what series or time point in a timeline.
At least ELS OOQ, Turn A, and Unicorn would give a very solid fight. Mighty Strike Freedom from the new SEED movie would also be a formidable opponent for Transformers.
Also depends on which pilot is fighting the transformers. Mikazuki in Barbatos would be formidable.
