Lovely boat, congratulations.... I've recently offloaded a BlackWatch 28 (express) which lived in Wannanup canals, I threw a fair bot of folding at her (ironically, with the intention of keeping her, however received an offer too good to pass up) one of the upgrades was the Zipwape system. Honestly, one of, if not the best $$ I've ever spent on a boat. Changed the whole dynamic of her, whether it was booze cruises or wasting $$ on bait in the attempt of catching something, half edible. (haha) 100% putting a set on the new girl.

Fantastic ! , I really love your design especially in the fishing area. Only adds I would have would be a small grilling bar area just a lil larger than yours, A couple of plop down 2/3 man seats on the sides . In the cabin ,That bench seat could hold a bi fold table top on the side of it , you could set on a collapsible center stand that could stab in the floor or be removed....Ohh and a wench bar holder on the side for crabbing and power for that..Move the Radar electronics to the back or roof on its own bar a lil higher . So the front could have a sun roof or fold back cloth roof.. and a toilet . Im sure you have but didnt show .hehehehe . Im gonna fav this vid to save it definitely .

Nice tinny. I used a mooring rope with a loop in the end to hook over a long protruding bolt which I put in the front mudguard & tied it off on the rear cleat to doubly secure my Razerline when hauling it up the ramp on the trailer just with the boat latch connected.
Yeh that’s a wicked idea mate👌 piece of mind anyway🍻

Love the boat. If paint a clear on the polished aluminum it will last longer and better looking

Absolute beautiful boat ole son, you have certainly done your home work on beauty. I was curious on what type of general fuel burn are you getting with the motor, either the 325 and or 350 ?

Last two boats you built were awesome but this boat is on a whole nother level. I would give my left 🥥 to be able to afford any one of the first two im definitely in the wrong job . what is it that you do for a Livin if you don't mind me asking. Ps love your walk through vids

Thanks Michael, I got it from south west trailers in Mandurah, it’s composite aluminium paneling, most sheet metal companies should be able to get it for you👌

How is ya BCDC going? I have just built a 8m ally with a Suzi 300 duo prop, the BCDC (25A) is pulling too much charge for the Suzi when running the power assist as well. Have heard that Suzis dont like DcDc chargers afterwards. About to rip out the Redarc BCDC and keep it simple, prob 2 SSB Ultra AGMs

Great setup. Just one thing, where do you bleed your fish before putting them on ice?
We bleed them straight into out Logix fish bag with the ice slurry👍
Great build - only change is swapping that cheap fuel filter for a Racor ASAP.

Nah those filters are fine mate - you just a sucker for good advertising
One outboard is more than enough for ally boats.. the mercury 300hp xs would be a beast on this boat

What is the interior deck size? From helm to bait board and inside gunnel width? Want to build the 7.6m for the lighter weight, already have a y62 and not sure the wife would let me own a ram aswell, but pretty sure I need the space of the 8.2 or 8.5 for the layout I want
Yeh the extra length definitely help with flexibility when it comes to layout.

Just out of curiosity what made you go suzuki over a mercury or yamaha??
suzuki are cheaper, just as reliable, and have dual props above 325hp models.
But the main reason is Suzuki are the only manufacturer that offer the 350hp at the moment🍻

I neglected to mention in my earlier post, Glass enclosed helm.... I dip my hat 🎩to you.... Nothing worse than leaky clears, which is an oxymoron, as ultimately, you cant see 💩 through them after a long day on the water. 👍👍

The quickest and easiest way to keep the rails and gunnels shiny get some steel wool and soap pads from Woolworths get a hose wet the rails jerk them off with the steel wool and then rinse with the hose simple as

You have literally had multiple boats that people could only dream of having 💪 all absolute weapons but the big walk around hard top was my favourite.

This just recently sold for around $265k well that was what it was advertised for 😊
To build this boat today you are looking at 250k +, and that’s if you do most of the fitout.

My new 250 Murc v8 20 hours let go 2 cylinders when out wide had to limp home on 6 cylinders now I have trust issues
