This video follows along on the build of a Custom aluminum 7.5m Marco boat. It’s been custom-built to target marlin. The hull has a whole new transom and walk-around cabin design, which is a first for the team of boat builders at Marco boats. It also has some problem-solving new technology “stealth tech” which is basically outrigger bases built into the hard top of the boat that folds away completely! Just like a transformer, It’s very cool.

Everything in stainless steel is incredible, no fiber, that is an impeccable job and on top of it the trailer included, you are real professionals and I don't know if there are many people like you left today.
The boys at Marco boat a very very good at what they do 😎👍 the boat is made from aluminium not stainless steel. Aluminium is a lot lighter then stainless. Thanks for watching

Here in the states we like to think we make the most over the top boats, and maybe we do in most categories, but we certainly don't make the craziest aluminum or pilothouse boats. That is all you guys and I love seeing the content.
You boys in the US definitely win “most over the top boats” 👍 I love seeing boats with 4, 5 and 6 out boards across the back! Its insanely cool 😎 I haven’t seen more then 2 out boards here on a boat. And yes, I think we hold our own on the alloy boat building 😁 Chur chur my man
I think it all kinda started with our trucks, more common in a lot of places here to see more F250's than cars, and you can walk into a dealer and drive out with a 18,500lb gross vehicle weight F450 pickup truck to haul your boat, rv, horse trailer, or whatever, so we have very little limitations on the size and weight of the toys we make.
We definitely can’t just go buy a vehicle like that 😳 and anything over 6 tonne requires a HT license to. I wish o could come to the US and go bow hunting for a white tail buck 👍👍

awesome. I just couldn't imagine building an amazing boat like that, and for that purpose and then putting an outboard on it like that... just my unimportant opinion. Impressive build. Thank you for the video.

great to see someone else using solidworks Sheetmetal to design alloy boats
I am still searching for complete solidworks boat modeling analysis tutorials on youtube and still cant find one that can satisfy me. If you have some links, pls share.
@@thantsin8515 I model the boats in solidworks from hull lines developed in delftship. Delftship is a free software that has hydrostatic report generation. A tutorial video would be super complex and if you haven't logged alot of hours on solidworks it would be a real struggle. damien murphy use to have one up on youtube. he models a jet boat

Just incredible - when they focused down on the V I didn't see any sign of a flooded hull design for stability. Does a boat this size not need it? It's epic! 🎣🤙✌
Boat is pretty stable at rest so no, no need for a flooding keel 👍
Flooding keels have several drawbacks too, we design all our hulls around not needing to do that.
This is really good information- there's a lot of different opinions out there, and your explanation is super clear. Can't wait to see this beautiful looking shape when you folks get it out on the water - fascinating!

You would have to talk to Danye at Marco boats about cost as it all depends what you want? As far as I can tell you can pretty much spend as much money as you want....... or, work to a budget. Have a look at Marco’s website to get an idea of base cost and go from there. Thanks for watching 😎👍
