    🎉🎉 Welcome back 🎉🎉 so glad you're okay! Update I went with Mochi and am on my first week of Tirzepatide! Haven't weighed yet but you help me remember it's not a race but a journey! I can agree with the water part bc I have such dry mouth now and it never seems like I've had enough 😆 so I'm always in the bathroom but I'm not sure if that's from all the water or the medicine? Have you noticed that?

      Thank you!!! & yes the dry throat caught me by surprise! I’m going to try more electrolyte drinks like liquid IV & body armor to see if that helps.
      And that’s a good point about always being in the bathroom… I definitely have more than before.

    I’m with mochi too. I just had my 4 shot of .25 sema. Not really had bad side effects. Didn’t really notice any appetite suppression until this past shot. I do struggle with constipation so I’m going to start taking miralax daily in my morning coffee so hopefully that will help with that. I started at 270. I have lost 2.8 pounds in the month. But I believe I have lost inches due to just feeling better and clothes fitting differently in the tummy area especially. I just ordered my refill my provider ordered .5 sema. So I’ll see how that goes. Congratulations on your lost.

      @@mcmanus618 that’s how I felt as well, I definitely felt smaller despite not having lost much weight in the beginning.

      How did adding the Miralax do for you??

    Hi Kenz. I started a semaglutide-based drug a couple weeks ago and my doctor specifically mentioned that I might get a hoarse voice and that that is normal. Hopefully that’s reassuring for you, but also great that you looked into everything to ease your anxiety. I think you’re on the right track in terms of associating it with dehydration. I’m drinking lots of water and also drink a daily electrolyte-based drink to help with this. Thanks for sharing your journey and all the best to you! 😀

      Thank you for commenting! It definitely caught me by surprise, but I’m glad to know it’s a common side effect now.

    I am taking tirzepatide at my 2 week, and I also have the same situation with my throat, but I was panicking and also very anxious and dramatic and think I should stop it.

    Do you have any constipation issues?
    And does your energy level get better after a few days of taking the shot?

    • @mckenzieerinn
      @mckenzieerinn  Месяц назад

      In the beginning it was longer between movements, I would go less often but never to the point of constipation. I ate fiber one bars daily in the beginning & magnesium every so often to keep things moving. And yes, energy definitely improved after a few days & in general the longer I’ve been taking it. Protein intake definitely helped with energy.

    Does Mochi increase their price based on how many mg you are taking? Like is the 0.25 mg price the same as the 0.75 mg price?
