@@vuksgitauchildren need to be able to adapt and know there are different ways of living. As long as you aren’t homeless or living in unsafe places if I live in a 10 bedroom my child won’t die going to the other parents 3 bedroom apartment.
It’s not about the parents though. The laws protect and provide for the child. It’s unfair for the child, for example to live in luxury 50% of the time and in lessor conditions the other 50%. Most often child support supplements for the lack one parent may have. If both parents make the same money then there’s usually no CS ordered. Halle makes significantly more than he does. It’s best when you make her kind of money to choose a partner that makes more. Think Janet Jackson, Eve, and others. Serena Williams will be in the same boat as Halle if she ever divorces her husband while the children are minors. 😬

My ex-husband used to screenshot our arguments with my daughter after the divorce, he's a narc and I went through 12.5 years of abuse and after the divorce, the demon told me he would use my kids against me and he did and has continued to. smh...ya'll can call Halle crazy but she seems about her business with her kids, she doesn't seem to play that sh*t. I am so sorry you have had to deal with that trauma. I am a young woman and never been married. Yet, my eldest sister is a malignant Narcissistic individual who has made disturbing false claims about me to authorities and smear campaigned me so as to turn the majority of our relatives against me. Her behavior terrorized our late parents and our deceased sister. The trauma and toxicity of having any Narcissist in one's Life is pure terror and agony. Wishing strength to you and a better future for you and the children involved.

Just put your entire body down on a chair if you lived through this with Ms. Berry before. The saddest thing is that she had to go through so many failures before she realized that her poor choices and settling were reflections of her unhealed childhood abandonment.
I want her to win. But unfortunately, she has to bear down and shuttle this burden for a few more years. It is often the hardest to be in the midst of growth while still on the battlefield of just another bad choice. The best thing to come from this all is that the court refused to grant her permission to extinguish the parental rights of Gabriel in order for Olivier to have a smooth path to adopt Nahla. This could be worse for her financially and for her and Nahla's mental health.
Sometimes, as hard as it may be, the court tries to save us from ourselves.

And for Halle too. Her daughter's father had to sue Halle to prevent her from moving to France with Olivier, which would have impacted their custody arrangement. Aubry ,got his face busted up by that same Olivier as you mentioned. She is involved in too many violent and messy relationships for her not to be a contributor to the chaos.

Now, let’s observe her world since then. She’s got daddy issues and other issues that she’s got to address. She’s brought two beautiful kids into all of this.
