  • No frozen Cassava? Don't worry.
    Here are my secret Ingredients to make This Savory Cassava Cake Using Cassava Flour.
    2 Cups Cassava Flour ( Sifted if puede)
    Half cup melted butter of margarine
    2 eggs
    1 cup thick coconut milk
    Condensed milk half of the can in the batter
    Condensed milk half of the can for the toppings
    Half cup Milk In the batter
    Half cup milk for the toppings
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    Pinch of salt

      mas prefer ko po na nasa room temp. lang kc maninigas po yung cassava if ilalagay sa frigde. salamat sa panonoud!

      puede po sir but hindi ko po alam if yung top na condensed milk will have the same result as in this video. But you can try naman po!

    Need po b i pre heat ang oven..and ok lng b gumamit ng cassava starch (tapioca)

      yes you need to Pre heat the oven at 180 deg. You can sub tapioca but the consistency is bit starchy or thick. You can Try!

    hi po. ask lang po sna for the half cup of milk.. ung 1/4 of it goes with the mixture and the other 1/4 goes for the toppings?? tama po b?

      Hello , 1 cup of milk is used for this recipe but half of that goes to the batter while half goes for the toppings . ( I made a change in the description , )

      hi po ! it might be that the batter is not mixed thoroughly, or the temperature of your oven is too hot when you put it. Wat kind of oven do u use po ba? mabye next time you can lower the temp and make sure u mix the batter well. Hope this works.

    I tried with exact measurements but the batter turned out so thick and not runny as shown on video. I added 1 cup more of milk to get “close” to the desired consistency.

      Hello po! D ko na po nilagyan ng sugar kc may condensed milk na po plus yung regular na Milk. 😀 ,if lagyan q po ng sugar medyo nkakaumay na sa tamis.

      Bake at 350℉-180℃ for 30-35 minutes

    Look good but too much fat. Other recipes don’t call for many kinds of milk like condensed milk regular milk, but coconut milk.
