      @@michaelrice716 sorry man I never recieved the notification for this comment. I don't remember the brand but I have heard that rock auto sells some pretty good ones. Personally I'm going to look into a retrofit project as I have seen a couple of them that have changed my perspective on these trucks with projectors. When I do them I will clear bra the headlights to protect them from uv Ray's. Now with that being said if I was you I would wetsand your current headlights, spray them with a uv resistant clear coat, let that cure, then clear bra them. If yours is an 00-04 this will be a more expensive route but I believe they will last longer that way than any of the aftermarket ones. If yours is an 05-06 then this will probably be a cheaper option.

      @@articledon4880 I've heard a lot of bad reviews about their light output and that the lens starts to almost flake pretty quickly. Get some oem replacements from rockauto. Then if you want a blacked out look to them dive into a retrofit project and make your truck a little more your style 🤙

    I got an 03 tundra new, still driving it. Only mods I make to it are when something brakes. I don't consider it a modification if you replace broken parts with aftermarket parts of similar specs. Basically my truck is bone stock, with over 200000 miles on it. Biggest problem I have had with my truck is the shift lever breaking off the column. Watch the video on my channel. Nice truck. You wanted to know a good chrome polish, for your tailpipe. Vinegar. Nothing used to clean my Bike pipes with it works better. Works great for getting water spots and calcium build up off glass, chrome, stainless steel, porcelain...anything. Add baking soda and you have an instant de-greaser, clears .clogged drains, better than Drano( safe for septic tanks ), heavy duty calcium deposit remover, great for cleaning bathroom , tub, tile, etc., etc.
    Nice Tundra, by the way.
    I inherited an 05 extra cab SR5 V-8 2WD. It has a Lund shell, Roll Out Bed and ladder rack. I replaced the struts and shocks 2 yrs ago and wish I'd lifted it then. Now it needs bushings replaced...just did the R & P bushings...and it needs leafs, so I think it's screaming , "List Me!!!" Lol

I was hoping you could recommend some shops to get these mods done at. Where did you get your tinting done? Did you do the lift yourself? If not, where would you suggest taking my truck? Any advice you could give would be greatly appreciated. I live in Hall county near sardis rd.

      Hey man, cool that we are close by. This is actually Tidwell Park though lol. I actually have a video on my truck of it getting tinted on my channel. Top Line Tint in Dawsonville is who I last used and will use from now on. The owner, Johnathan Sanchez, is awesome. You can find him on FB, Message him, and he can get you a quote. 10/10 would recommend. Tell him I sent you. I did do my own suspension mods. I trust southern offroad specialists in Alpharetta to balance and rotate my wheels, they seem to say busy and we all know good work is the best form of advertisement so I would say give them a call. For engine mods I used Ben Diesel in Dawsonville, he does really good work too! Then for exhaust work I use K&C Muffler in Dawsonville. I had 17s originally. I swap to 17s for long roadtrips. I honestly don't feel much of a difference on the road. Only time I feel a difference between the 17s and 20s is the leverage that the wider 20s have on steering when clearing curbs, or going over uneven terrain at job sites. Other than that I don't really notice the ride quality. I would never go back to stock wheels for a longterm thing.

      @02to06TUNDRAFAN  6 лет назад

      BeastMode95 yeah with a 33 and an 8 wide you will be hitting the frame and obviously no trimming you can do there. I'd look into bilstein 5100s and set them at at least 2" of lift, 2.5" would be better but then you would want to look into supporting mods like uca and a wheel with around -19 offset. That way you have trim the pinch weld like I did and you won't hit the frame. My trim job isn't pretty lol but I'll try to get that for ya one of these days

      @@edgargonzalez2633 yeah I mean it's expected when you preload the stock suspension to it's max. However when I say it suffers i dont mean to where it feels like you are riding around in a wooden wagon lol but after driving the truck stock for about a year and a half I could definitely tell the difference. 0 issues out of the oem ball joints but I had them replaced under recall like 15k miles before I threw this set up on it. 2.5" would look good and you should be able to keep the stock uca on at that height. I'd still recommend getting some aftermarket ones but the stock ones would be able to get the job done. No lean to either side. At 2.5 you might be able to get that height with bilstien 5100s on top notch with your stock coil springs. Idk how they would ride with that much preload though. I installed a set of 5100 on the 2nd notch on my dads 02 tundra and it rides really nice. It feels very well planted up front.

      Yes. Pretty much same thing. I had a set of 33x12.5R20s after this set of ko2s and it was exactly the same

    Man I thought my 05 tundra looked good 😂but then again I haven’t spent any money on it other than a new thermostat and a fire stick antenna since my old cb antenna was no good
