    Another great video. I think if a person had a palm/trim router, you could use a templating bit to quickly cut away most of those noses. You’d still have to use that multi tool to get edges though. Also, not everyone has a router, so using a circular saw like you did is probably the most practical method for most people.

    Very nice job. I'm curious how long the whole process took.

      Thanks! I prepped sealed and sanded the multiple coats on the steps and risers over a few days while I was doing other work on the house and then I think I cut and installed everything in an afternoon. It went fast since everything was prepped minus measuring and cutting.

    How would you do a landing, if ordering these?

    • @YouCanDIYHome
      @YouCanDIYHome  16 дней назад

      @@cmcb4okc I would either do the landing in the same floor as the surrounding flooring and do a bullnose on the overhang. Or, if you wanted it to match exactly, you could buy a few of these and rip the nose off on a table saw and glue and screw them together to make one large piece for the landing

    Idk why this video came into my feed, but dude you did a great job on those stairs! Are you just self taught or in a family of craftsman? So I think you should change your channel name to Perfect 10 DIY or maybe Hottie DIY. I’ m leaning Hottie.. Just a thought. And your capitalism works when you do shirt is so awesome. I watched a few of your vids I confess.
