  • RUclips friends! Thank you for bearing with me as I learn and improve with the audio/video side of things. My microphone failed a few days before I filmed all the reveal footage for this house and didn't have time to wait for the new one to arrive so I apologize that the sound will be a bit off for these next few.
Here is the final reveal of the 2 bathrooms I was able to make out of the space that was previously 1 awkward bathroom and a weird, big, closet.

Great use of space and design. Does the raised area at the end of the tub serve any function other than act as a seat?

@@mngbennett it was just the extra space and it was too shallow and a weird spot to make a little closet in the room behind it so I just did a little bench. But, my mom will live here, so it may be nice to have when she’s older!

This is EXACTLY what i want to do in my 720 sq ft bungalow. Thank you for sharing! Did you need to line up any of the plumbing fixtures on the same wall, (back to back with the other bathroom)? Or is that not necessary? Also are you worried about moisture issues in the bathroom with no window?

@@skiesofpromise9391 hi! So the plumbing is not back to back. It’s actually better for it not to be if you can avoid it- because if you ever need to service or repair a shower component, it’s easier to cut out drywall behind it and repair then to have to remove a shower or tub wall. Bathrooms used to have windows before bathroom fans- code says if you don’t have a window to have a fan. I always add fans anyway- I live in a COLD climate so no one will open windows in winter anyway. So both bathrooms have bathroom fans added- even the bathroom with the window :)
