I still agree with this statement but I get annoyed when someone puts down Season 2 for not being Season 1. The show had 3 great yet different seasons for different reasons.
What if for example, you were a villain in the Marvel universe. Would you want to be shot in the face and gutted, or thrown in prison? Sure Daredevil believes in Justice, but he does it the legal way. You know since he's a lawyer and all that jazz.
but they even said they'd still be controlling the criminal empire they built but in the safety of inside the prison. so technically daredevil didn't really solve anything but made things worse. like Caleb said, if it weren't for daredevil, hammerhead and jackel would both be dead and martin would still be alive, plus punisher wouldn't have shot an innocent man.
killing the gang leaders wouldn't really stop the what happened to the kid. The thugs from either their gang or a different one would still be at the kid's throat for pulling a gun and trying to look cool in front of everyone (given the reactions thats what felt like) or straight up jail time. Daredevil was zelaous but for the most part he wasn't wrong either.
Technically, that wasn't the Jackal. That was the Professor, a clone of Jackal that constantly feels cold (hence his thick coat). So, no. Killing that guy wouldn't have stopped the Jackal.

I wish DD fought more like this in the show, with more acrobatic moves that compliment his powers. The show is great, but they convey him as a slightly better-than-average fighter with super hearing. DD is much more than that; his powers and fighting style are much better
Sebastian Quintana im just talking about his fighting style and portrayal of his powers. In the show he has a more gritty fighting style with lots of punching, less kicks and acrobatics. I'd like to see him do stuff like hitting pressure points and doing flip-dodges, etc. And they hardly ever highlight his sense of smell and touch, just his hearing....
Sorry, they didn't had the budget for 15 camera cuts like Black Widow does. Trust me, if he ever get into the MCU movie list, he'll be unstoppable in hand to hand

do you tell stories from old comics? I read a comic in the 80's that had the hulk on a rampage. just about every super hero was fighting him. Dr. strange was also in it trying to find a dimension for the hulk to live in. this comic stuck with me for so long because of daredevil's actions. he was the only one not fighting but trying to save lives. if you can find this series of comics and narrate it, I would be extremely grateful. I never got to see how it ended.

Frank is missing on purpose. That's how he deals with heroes. At best, he shoots to cripple. And yes, Punisher wears body armor...on his torso. I think that bullet caught him in the thigh, where there would be no armor.

An interesting story, although I prefer their encounter in "Welcome Back, Frank". Gives better insight into Punisher's view on this rivalry.
